What were they chanting in French?
French already is a rather hard to catch language if you’re not familiar with it, but then throwing in chanting and I can’t make out a word of what they’re saying.
I swear it sounding like they were demanding Waller

Idk about the rest but we feelin pretty damn good here on the island...had a little rough period there but that is what happens when we have unload an entire Bayley. Raw has never looked better and KAIRI got her favourite hat back. I was just thinking, you never see Kairi rocking a blue hat

Do they have assigned seating or something? I noticed that everyone was sitting in the same place both nights. Lexis and Lyra sitting right next to each other, you wouldn’t expect those two to be friends

It’s basically summersault rko, so I don’t think she needs to have her opponent bent over all the time, so it’s not that awkward as say the 619.
She just always needs to by by the ropes or something to jump off of

Just say that when the draft starts, all unprotected wrestler contracts are null and void and everyone is a free agent. That would solve so much and stop all this “Why did they draft someone they already had?” stuff. Like, I think that’s what’s implied, but you know what wrestling fans are like, thinking the worst of everything. Or they can just make it like the 2007-2011 drafts. The month long 2005 one wasn’t a bad setup either. Hell I prefer the superstar shakeup over whatever the f*** this is I’ve been saying for years that I dislike the draft and preferred the random shake ups. I don’t even mind this years draft, but my beef with the old drafts was that they would move people just for shock value. Break up tag teams, move people already in a fued, stupid ass champion swaps. I’d rather they just move mid carders with potential and nxt call ups.

I can't find the original thread, and judging by last week, the mods don't like bumping old threads after a certain point.
so just starting a new one.
I start this thread because I finally sat down and started watching Young sheldon. I always had a feeling it was better than TBBT from what I've seen, but my personality, I had to start from the beginning. It finally came on netflix and I just didn't get around to starting it yet. Last week, I just put it on as background noise while working and I finally started liking it about the 3rd or 4th episode in. I think I'll try watch the last couple episode that are airing on cbs this year since it's near the end. Seeing as how it's a prequel, I doubt I'll be spoiling anything. I like the little callback/call forwards to the original show. Love the cast, and love the completely different tone of this show. It actually has me hoping that the last episode kind of wraps back to modern day sheldon and amy.
I'm also finally watching the Connors on ABC, as that too just hit netflix. It was just on at a bad time for me. No dvr, it wasn't on hulu and I was watching NXT instead. I actually like it without Roseanne. It gives more time to the other characters. I do kind of wish that that weird 1st season/last season of Roseanne was on there. I'm like "is it Roseanne seasone 11 or The connors season 2?". I always like the David/Darlene story. Kind of wondering about they go about what happened to Mark. I always like Sarah Chalke Becky better, but Lecy's growing on me. I totally forgot until she said it in one episode that she used to a smart not so reckless character in the old series before mark. I just always thought she was playing it dumb, hence why I liked Sarah Chalke's version better.
Finally watching ARcher on Hulu. I watched the first two season son FX but then just forgot. Cable tv, especially FX. Damn shows kept getting moved around time slots and days, and short seasons with the longest times in between episodes and seasons. Just better now that I can binge an entire 15 years of content in a couple of months. Damn though, I'm surprised that the show passes time in real time, despite the fact that the characters never age. I also like how the character usually look like their actor. Damn that 3 year coma arc would have really pissed me off if I was watching week to week in real time. Archer just ended a couple of months ago, so it doesn't feel like I'm watching an old dead show.
Started watching Resident Alien. Looked interesting from the commercials I saw. I just didn't remember to watch the SyFy channel and I didn't have DVR up until now. And once again, it popped up on Netflix. It's pretty great.
Also trying to get into "the neighborhood" on cbs. I got youtube tv, and their dvr system is great. Like I said, I had to start from the beginning, and youtube will record every airing on any channel and put them in order. So just watch a couple days, and I got the whole show saved up thanks to cable tv just airing a crapload of reruns on different channels. Always seemed interesting, but it's cbs, and monday nights. So never got around to seeing it.

What shows have you found on sites, you just didn’t expect. I mea, aside from YouTube.
I found
flame of recca King Arthur and his knights of justice
On peacock
It’s just so weird because peacock isn’t known for its animation library, let alone anime. Also, nbc, hasn’t had cartoons since 1990.
If you want those tnbc shows, they’re on a random Roku live channel. And before, that, city guys was on Tubi of all places.
Roku, is also the only place I could find the mentalist. Roku also used to have Adam West Batman show
Freevee has some good original content.
Leverage redemption Sprung Jury duty
But also, they have the original leverage.
I know they have other good shows, but you can find those on Hulu
Pluto tv has a spike tv channel and that’s the on,y place I can find 1000 ways to die
I wonder where I can find Captain Planet

Even though I’ve said this before,
Student bodies, basically a saved by the bell style show in the vein of a Nickelodeon production playing on a Sunday at noon was quite a treat whenever I was able to stay home from church or get home early enough.
Also, the rare time when tnbc had to air on Sundays due to preemption on Saturdays was also quite an intereSting experience.
What was really felt awesome was when it happened to Fox kids and seeing X-men and the tick (and some other shows) on a Sunday. I think it only happened once here in la.

I saw a post on Facebook about Ted McGinley and how every show he was on were on their last legs by the time he got there. But quite preferred the Jefferson era. Just embraced the wackiness and trashiness over the more subdued Steve and Marcy. The show just got meaner and weirder, and I was all for it

Everyone is after my own heart with these threads today. Between this and the Sunday Morning (SunAM?) cartoons. Again, buckle in... ABC would normally have the classic cartoons, mainly King Leonardo and Dudley Do-Right. (Anything close to Bullwinkle but not Bullwinkle, basically) The Adventures of the Little Prince, the 80s anime, was there too, as was Kids Incorporated. And yes, everyone's favorite...Davey and Goliath. Bullwinkle proper I believe was on one of the local stations, which became a Fox one. MAYBE the Avengers (UK) was part of early SatAM fare on ABC? By the time I was watching Sonic SatAM, they were always preceded by Jack Hanna, I believe. CBS for the longest time still ran The Patchwork Family, a 70s live action show. For a time NBC had the Cleveland live action/puppet show Hickory Hideout...which a young Kathryn Hahn starred in. The Kidsongs TV Show. Think (W)NBC carried that in the wee Saturday hours. Yes I am even going to include the Spanish channels. What would be/became our Univision station had this show "Follow Me" that I was obsessed with. It was an English language tutorial by BBC, with small vignettes in Spanish explaining the lessons. You can probably see the original shows on YouTube. Random channels: Christopher Closeup, a religious talk show. Memorable in the 80s for having a sign language interpreter in the corner of the entire episode. Now, on the other end, if I may, how about the shows that let you know SatAM was over? ABC Weekend Specials and American Bandstand are the patron saints of these tropes, with WWF Superstars and GLOW right behind them. Maybe CBS Storybreak fell under this spot too? Post Saturday morning block memories: Harry and the Hendersons, Captain Planet, mega man, sweet valley high, wmac masters, wwf superstars. The other channel had Had soul train, which I thought was weird for Saturday morning at 11 am for a bunch of funky dancing but you get used to it, so it’s weird whenever they’d have a prime time special

I didn't do it on Saturdays most of the time, but on Sundays they had Sailor Moon and Dragon Ball Z before I went to church. I too remember seeing dragon ball z on a Saturday at like 630 on some local channel that only had syndicated programming. Even back than I though “wow this is a really horrible time slot”

Everyone remember Saturday and after school, but I have a soft spot for Sundays.
Back in the day before Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon playing Disney all the day, it felt really nice to know there was something worth watching on Sunday morning. Usually syndication, as the real networks had sports or religious programming.
The one that’s sticks out to mind was
King Arthur and his knights of justice.
Other I kind of remember but don’t remember if it was pre saved by the bell nbc
Fantastic max
And then I when I got cable and discovered the USA network cartoon express :-).
Double dragon Street fighter Mortal kombat

I was watching this YouTube video about the spike tv iceberg and they mentioned that the new TNN lasted 3 years and ended in 2003. That sounds wild to me. I feel like it was really shorter. I remember when ECW was on TNN and I think that’s when it was the national network. I remember wwe going to TNN and i could swear it was only a couple months before turning into spike. If it was 2003, that means it was only on Spike for two years. There’s so much random WWE spike crossover, I can’t believe it was only a 2 year span of Joe Schmoe, those weird ass cartoons, UFC, MXC.
Tmnt going for almost 10 seasons on cbs is crazy. The original cast of power rangers only being one season is nuts considering how iconic the original 6 were

Nah, it was good to get Perry re-established with his new "Scapegoat" persona in AEW but I think it's a bit too soon to compare to that huge angle in WCW 96. The intrigue with the two Outsiders/Interlopers was more intriguing to me because at the time most people thought it was a WWF invasion of WCW. People were confused yet interested. I don’t mean that in a snarky way, I really was. So I don’t know why the wrestlecrap guys were so bothered by that line
