OK, not to ruffle feathers, but the difference between Brandon Lee and Heath is that he ended his life through sad means, not in a tragic accident. Now, Heath may have had many reasons to be upset, he broke up with his wife, got into his roles, etc. But was it really worth leaving behind a young daughter? I don't know, it may have been, but it saddens me most the little girl will only know her daddy through memories. I always think of my kids... RIP Heath. I was out of the house for about 3 hours. Was it confirmed as a suicide? No. nothing is confirmed. It's still all speculation. I personally believe* that it was an accidental overdose, not a suicide. *The opinions of Bob Schlapowitz do not reflect the opinions of the Wrestlecrap forums, Madison Carter, the moderators, Proboards, or the posters on said forum.

I highly doubt it was a suicide. It's very easy to take one pill too many. Some are lucky to get away with an OD, others aren't so lucky and are found dead.
It's sickens me that people are calling him a coward without even knowing it's a suicide.

Unless the police say otherwise, his overdose was accidental....much like River Phoenix. This aint suicide....though Owen Wilson tried to slit his wrists. I'm sorry I didn't clarify. I think it was accidental, sure, but it was in his control somewhat. Brandon's was so out of left field that it was obviously far from his control...now I may be wrong, but I'm not sure this thing was. He really did play disturbed so well...like Monster's Ball...

Yes and no it was in his control. Some people take an aspirin and don't feel it works, so they take more...and more...and more and that's when problems started. Heath claimed his sleeping pills weren't working, so it seems likely he took one too many.

Thank you, DiG. R.I.P. Heath Ledger. It's going to be a strange night in the theater when "Dark Knight" opens. I Agree, I was really psyched to see this until I read the news on MSN, I still want to see it, but it will be weird. R.I.P. To an underrated Actor.

I heard this on the radio at work and discounted it because the announcer said "Keith Ledger". Then I get home and turn on the news...
It's a shame when someone with that much talent and charisma dies.
My condolences go out to his family and friends.
Rest in peace, Heath.

Just last night the WWE went to high definition. High definitioned is shortened to HD. Change the H in Heath to a D - what do you get? That's right, Death. And this is just months after the Vince McMahon limo explosion death and the Benoit incident. Coincidence? You be the judge. R.I.P. Mr. Ledger. You were not only a good actor who will now go down as a cult icon, but you were named after one of the most underrated candy bars in America. Heath's tragic death and this stupid post are two examples of why you should stay away from drugs.

It's still so surreal to me that he's actually gone. He is going to be the JOKER, for god's sakes. Sorry, I'm rambling, but it really is just sinking in...

Without leading the thread down a direction that would cause it to be locked, I will say "as always, crazy f***ers".

As someone who has battled alcohol addiction that was brought on by self-medicating for my insomnia let me just say that this is indeed a tragic death and that for those of you who do not suffer from Insomnia, rest assured it is a maddening affliction that suspends logic and cognitive judgement.
I hope that this death, accidental or otherwise, brings addiction brought on by insomnia to the forefront of American health care.

One look at the IMDB boards for Heath makes me really disheartened. There are so many people out there who are so baffling. Some of the comments on there are ridiculous. IMDB is, and always was, a zoo for the stupidity of the internet. Bravo, sir. I would like to echo that statement.

Apparently some tabloid photographer took a snap of the body at the crime scene.
Reminds me, unfortunately, of when a photographer broke into the morgue and take shots of River Phoenix's corpse.

Paparazzi need to be stopped plain, and simple. That is sick. Any magazine or tv show that shows those pictures, I will boycott 4 Life. Sweet!!! No seriously, whoever tried to capitalize on the situaiton by snapping pictures of a fresh corpse should be ashamed of themselves. And anyone who tried to make money of the EXCLUSIVE PICS, is sick and twisted and I have no use for.
