1. sags watches a recent WWE DVD release. 2. sags does no further research or independent thought. 3. WrestleCrap is trolled. This formula is now 2 for 2. This

How long were the Freebirds actually viable in World Class? I started watching World Class probably around 86" on ESPN when i was but a child and I remember Gino Hernandez and Chris Adams fighting off the Von Erichs. Crowd was super hot against them which is odd considering they got the snot kicked out of them at every turn. It was like facing John Cena Von Erich and Hunter Hearst Von Erich.

If I recall correctly, the 'Birds were in WCCW from 1985-sometime in 1988, with their feud with the Von Erichs being on-again, off-again throughout about a two and a half year clip.

I know they were there late 82 because they just ran the turn on 24/7. But I remember the big fued when I watched on ESPN was Adams and Hernandez v. The Von Erichs. and my god did i hate the Von Erichs, still do, all one of them.

Does the "BS" in his name stand for Beautifully Sexay? Cause he's the real chick magnet, not Miz. Everyone loves hairy, mulleted "rockers" from the 1970s, right? If that's the case, why the hell wasn't Joe Dirt a much bigger movie? HE is not big enough. Thats why.

I just checked out OWW to try and jog my memory from reading about WCCW ages ago. Everyone loves hairy, mulleted "rockers" from the 1970s, right? Well, I didn't exactly find the blond he was pining for all that attractive either...I forget where else I've seen her, but yeah...that movie is only acceptable when I'm intoxicated.

My WCCW chronology is all messed up. I really for the life of me cant remember anything outside of the Von Erichs v Adams/Hernandez stuff at the time. Except when Hernandez died and Adams moved on they tried make Al Madril and Brian Adias top heels.

Jeesh. This guy is a total mark for himself. If you guys have had a chance to watch the WWE 24/7 Legends of wrestling shows hosted by Ross or watch the WCCW dvd. You will know what im talking about. This guy acts like he is on hogan level drawing. He thinks he was the draw for world class. When it reality it was the von erichs. This jerk is so full of himself. How long was actually in the business? I dont remember him making a much of a splash in NY for any long period of time. He couldnt work a lick in the ring. Just had some decent mic skills and was a big loudmouth. It was Gordy and Roberts who carried the workload. Sorry if this is considered flaming, but damn it. I've read quiet a few of your posts, sir, and I don't like you.

Just don't ask Michael P.S Hayes about Dok Hendrix. The world would explode if he found out that he was Dok.
(What's up with the lack of Dok Hendrix photos on the internet?)

When your 6 or 7 years old and completely hate the Von Erichs he was about as good a shot as you got. I think he might have pinned one of them... once I'd love to have seen what the IWC would have thought about the nepotism in World Class considering the reaction a lot of people have to Trips these days.

Hayes had long hair, Joe Dirt had long hair, but it was cut short on the sides

How are people confusing the two hairstyles? Some of us have better things to worry about than the nuances of mullets vs. long hair? Just a guess...
