Alan Moore's an odd cat, to say the least. "odd cat"? you're calling this and odd cat? No lie, I actually tried modeling my look after him for a time:

That's the least scary pic of Moore I've ever seen. He actually looks pretty cheerful there. I believe this is more the speed you were shooting for, mcmahonfan.

Well, I liked LOEXG, probably cause I never heard of the novel it was based off of and that I liked the people in it. HOLY CRAP! I thought I was the only one.

I didn't mind League, it just didn't have a whole helluva lot to do with the books.. and ah, a creepy Moore pic- THAT'S the Alan I'm used to seeing.

Alan Moore likes movies, he hates Hollywood.
He's kind of like the "Loves wrestling, hates WWE" wrestling fan.

If WWE is Hollywood, I would think Bollywood is TNA.

Loved it. Saw it at the IMAX and it was definitely an "experience." I loved the dude's style in 300 but found the actual movie & plot boring, so it was nice to actually be able to appreciate it with an awesome plot.

Saw it last Saturday and loved it. Never read the novel or really knew anything about it at all before I saw it either.

Made by my insane boyfriend; there's actually a fair amount of me in this. Haha! That was pretty funny.

Also, apparently I've been pronouncing it wrong this whole time but I always thought Veidt was pronounced "Veet" instead of "Vight".

Saw it yesterday, and I loved it. It wasn't going to be a perfect recreation, but I was satisfied.
This might seem a bit blasphemous, but I liked Veidt's scheme a lot more in the film than the original novel- I found it to be less convoluted.

As I said, he looks downright jovial there, virtually every other pic I've ever seen of him has been the creepy black and white ones where he's glaring at the lens.

Watch the Watchmen.....or Solid Snake will f'n kill you! Watchmen is doing fine. $55m opening weekend for a 3-Hour, R-Rated movie based on a source material not geared toward the mainstream auidence that a lot of people don't even know about with no real recgonasible stars attached is damn good.

Plus over 90 million in it's first 6 days, but only 20 some odd million overseas. It will be interesting to see what it does on the second weekend, with the remake of Last House on the Left and reboot of Witch Mountain being released. I know they'll get some of my money.
