Fertig = Mordecai Does anyone think Haas would do well in say, PWG? He's good as the 'normal' guy if they're doing a comedy angle.

I agree with everything you said except for the part about Janetty. I really liked the match with Angle. In fact, I taped it, and watched it a second time. In all honesty, that's probably the cut I'm the most disappointed about, even though it's probably not the most signifigant in terms of business. He might've been good for a draw though, guess we probably won't find out.

Morgan had a lot of potential and there was no reason to let him go as he could have been a real draw in the coming years

I'm sure I wouldn't be writing anything new when I write that it's tacky to fire a newlywed couple and a pregnant woman, not to mention that Haas and Morgan have huge potential, and Spike, D-Von, and Bubba could've been big draws coming off of the ECW PPV.
But has anyone touched on the fact that most of these releases are Smackdown wrestlers? I personally feel that RAW got the better end of the draft, not to mention was the show with more star power to begin with. Taking away more wrestlers from that show can't help at all.

OK WHAT?!
Charlie Haas- GREAT WRESTLER! Jackie Gayda- Decent looking but...eh Marty Jannetty- HEY! He was good! And could have REALLY been used Maven- Getting INCREASINGLY better and could have REALLY been a main eventer in a few years Shannon Moore- While not a main eventer yet. Could have beent he benoit of the Cruisers James Yun (Akio)- Missed the boat David Heath (Gangrel)- See Jannetty Billy Kidman- Though I cringed everytime he hit that GAWD AWFUL SSP, see Jannetty Spike Dudley- See Jannetty Dudley Boyz- The BEST team they had. Really the only CREDIBLE TEAM THEY HAD!
What's that? Is that the ball or the ratings dropping?

I think Matt Morgan just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. If you look back, the wwe has used the Big Show a couple of times to get mid carders over. One of John Cena's earliest big pops came when he FU'd Show, and Brock Lesnar's original push really took on speed the first time Brock hit the f5 on Show. Then, the wwe give Matt Morgan his push, giving him Lesnar's old finisher and letting him loose on Show, and the crowd went nuts. Okay, not Rock nuts or Foley nuts, more Rico nuts, but it's still a pop, and thats a good thing. And then Brock decides he's coming back. And he wants his move back. So despite all the lessons about contingency planning they should have learnt already, the peeps at Titan Towers (and wasn't that just an excellent name for a wrestling HQ) strip Morgan of his move and his career. Nice work as ever, Creative! Suggestion to whoever picks Matty up: if you're looking for a vacant power move Bill Goldberg's Jackhammer is sitting gathering dust somewhere. Just make sure you point out to Matt that you don't drop them on their heads and you should be okay I'm convinced they keep Tomko on so that you have something to practice Create-a-wrestler on when you're playing a video game. My Tomko looks more like a real person than the real one does ;D Charlie and Jackie going saddens me a bit. I still think that Charlie and Rico with Jackie alongside made for a fantastic tag team but then again what do I know.

and while I think about it, where are you now tough enough champions, when we really need you?

Well, one is half of the WWE Tag Champions, another is still in OVW... and Puder has vanished off the face of the planet.

With all the people they've fired in the last 2 years, they could have made a moderately successful third brand. Charlie and Jackie going saddens me a bit. I still think that Charlie and Rico with Jackie alongside made for a fantastic tag team but then again what do I know. A lot more than those at Tightass Towers.

now that its sunk in, I am most upset for Charlie. he had great booking ideas for himself and the writers blew it off.
