Didn't see this posted. Feel free to lock if it has been.
Got this from ewrestlingnews.com
Gotta say, I agree with him.
EDIT: Okay, I changed the title, since it was a bit much.
And for all of you guys who say Lance is a never-was who is picking on TNA, I think 17 minutes of wrestling on a two hour show is a very, very valid criticism.

In other current news, scientists have determined that the sky is in fact blue. Yeah it's nothing we didn't already know. But I figured it was notable.

doesn't LTS always bash TNA? He applauded them after one PPV, and usually gives some constructive criticism. Lately though, it's been Alvarez-levels of bashing.

Jeez, less than 20 minutes of actual wrestling is pretty pathetic for a two hour wrestling show.

Man I just wtached Impact and I don't think that was right. I didn't count the minutes as I was too interested in watching and enjoying the show, but I don't think it mattered. Oh and not like it will matter either but I am gonna shoot on Lance, you took a shot at TNA well here's your recipt
Lance Storm may be said to have been past his prime but he never had one. He has settled into Bruno Samartino disease all too easily and frankly it's embarassing. You wre a talented wrestler who never broke out as you could or should have and maybe it has to do with the lack of charisma witch would undoubtabily have lead to TNA not hiring you if that is they knew who you were to begin with. Enjoy the winter in Calgary
sincerley yours one of a few million TNA fans who don't care for your crap.

What do you mean he never had a prime? He had a great tag team in ECW, he was white hot in WCW early on, and his last couple of matches were outstanding. You might have a differing opinion and tire of his rants but that doesn't erase what he did.

Say what you will about Storm's observations, but THIS is a very valid question.

It's fair criticism. I wouldn't say he DESTROYED them. Seems rather normal for him. I think he is usually right about most things. There should be more wrestling, Bolt is boring and the heel turn made no sense, and Lethal-Shelly should have been longer.
I would LOVE if Lance Storm were hired by TNA. His input would be amazing, and he's the BEST wrestling critic today, in my opinion.

Eh, change a few names here and there and this is pretty much the same review of TNA he's given for the last 2 years at least.
TNA is what it is, and it's been that way for years.

I like how people always call Lance bitter and all this kind of stuff, despite the fact that what he says is usually right. Yeah, he's not the most tactful at all times, but that's just him. That doesn't change the fact that TNA had less than 20 minutes of wrestling on a 2 hour show.

If that's destroyed, this forum is the goddamn Death Star of wrestling.
You know what was in those moments without wrestling? there wasn't anything comedy except Curry Man leaving and Palin, and it was about 5 minutes total. You made Rough Cuts, hype and vids, and brawling and in ring promos.
Counting match times. Ain't this the crap Green Lantern fan gets most of his hate for?

Hah, it's been taken down from his site. The link on his home page no longer works.
He is a bit of a ROHbot these days, though he did say Impact was "getting there" a few weeks back.

I thought Green Lantern Fan got hate for being a douchebag who tried to put himself over all the time at ROH shows?
Also, unlike GLF, Lance Storm has things like wrestling experience and a mind for the business to his credit. I tend to trust his judgment over some random smarky fan.
That said, I don't think he "destroyed" them. Seems like fair criticism to me other than his embellishment of the comedy stuff.

To be fair, the Christy/Soujorner match drew the highest ratings on the show, so from that standpoint, it made sense to have that match go longer.
Storm usually is right though. The wrestling and the stories can be told in the ring. The Roughcuts segments are great, but I feel sometimes they have to go back and forth with promos to justify thinking. Joe said this, let's get Sting's comments. Sting said this, back to Joe, and so on and so forth.
Plus, the whole deal with Curry Man I was excited about because I was really hoping they have Curry Man take his mask off (rumour has it it's Christopher Daniels) out of frustration to reveal himself, and then get dragged out kicking and screaming. Or if they want to involve him in the Front Line Angle, have him start laying out security, and when he dragged out by so many people they try to get him a spot in the Front Line, or something like that.
I just read his whole commentary, and he definitely makes great points.

Your constant constructive criticism of all things wrestling has left me no choice Lance. I'm sorry. Hey! That cloud said it was going to rain nonstop, rain like you never seen rain before. Last week, it talked about raining for fifty minutes straight, started to rain for 3 minutes, and Team 3-D hit it with a chair wrapped in barbed wire. Storm had his reasons for ranting.
