Seriously. She's billed to be as strong in appearance as a man. She doesn't back down from them. She's the same height and weight as a former World Heavyweight Champion. And she loses quite cleanly to someone who hasn't stepped foot in a ring in how many years?
Beth looks like she's a better-than-even-money favorite to be able to eat any of the Divas in one sitting, so why does she keep losing and losing to them?
I guess Beth is the Warlord / Barbarian of the modern divas, minus the fact we don't get to see her look tough by chewing on developmental talent for a couple months before losing to anyone higher up the food chain than Koko B. Ware.

I think she should compete for a midcard title like Chyna, only hotter.

The fact that she was chosen to be the female partner for Jericho and Big Show is proof enough to me that she's not being buried.
They could have easily went with Jillian.

She lost in a one off match with a Diva Legend. If it's booked right you might see Beth go "mental" for losing to Trish and start plowing through Divas.

Maybe this could be a slow build that could lead to Trish passing the torch to Beth Phoenix at Wrestlemania.....but WWE probably wont be smart enough to do that.

Trish would have to make a real comeback to do that and I highly doubt that's going to happen. Also, Trish already passed the torch to Mickie didn't she?

I thought we could have been seeing the beginnings of the Trish/Beth feud last year when Trish teamed with Cena, that would've headed towards Mania 25. Sadly nothing came of it. I didn't think Beth came off looking that bad, but I hope they use it to go somewhere with her character (it leading to her snapping or something) otherwise what is the point? I don't what her to be Trish's personal punching bag whenever she makes an appearance for no reason. If she's going to come back for a feud and put Beth over, excellent. Although, if Trish does come back to put somebody over, I'd rather it be Natalya. Beth is already established enough without it.

It was stupid to have her job for someone who is clearly smaller, much less in shape who comes back for a one night appearance. But, hey, Orton jobbed to an injured geriatric Orange Goblin that could barely walk.

Yup. She was buried all right. Her career's never going to recover. Just like when Randy Orton was "berried" by Hogan 3 years ago. Whatever happened to that guy, oh yeah! He's a Multi-Time World Champion! Seriously, why do people worry about "burials" so much?

The fact that Trish looked good and didn't seem to loss any steps in the ring. Yeah I agree however she should have a more dominated role over the other divas outside of Mickie due to her being so popular.
