At WWE Breaking Point, Undertaker faces Punk in a Submission match, I made a earlier post about this when there wasn't a match type and now it's a Submission match i really want Punk to win here so the finish i want to see is a type of screw job that gets punk over as a mega heel and still world champion, If punk loses i give up on WWE creative
Thoughts...

I don't see Undertaker taping though, I see 1997 being re-written all over again for the kids, I could be wrong but that's just one man's opinion..

Right now, I figure the outcome will likely be obvious depending on the card layout. If it ends the show... Taker wins. If not, Punk wins likely via something shady.

I can't see Taker winning the title at a minor PPV, so I'm sure Punk will find some way to win.

My thought would be to put them in an ultimate submission match for 30 minutes, where the guy with the most submissions wins. Of course, the 30 minutes would run out with no lead (or even no score period), Punk escapes by the skin of his teeth with the title (maybe have Taker lock in the Gogoplata or whatever its called at the 29.5 minute mark, only for Punk to hold out until the 30.1 minute mark to tap). Thus we get Punk vs. Taker 2: Hell in a Cell Boogaloo.

This is a prime example of WWE booking themselves into a corner, because of this gimmick PPV. On one hand, you have Undertaker winning the title in his first match back and Punk once again has a very short reign. On the other, Undertaker taps (something that rarely happens!).
Odds are, these guys will meet again in October in the Hell In A Cell, so I predict a screwjob ending with Punk retaining.

I think Teddy Long said Ultimate Submission i could be wrong...if so....2-2 with 10 seconds to go and Punk run's away like Randy done @ Summerslam

I thought so too, but Ultimate Submission solves that. Thankfully, both men have an established submission hold, so have both show how deadly they can be with them and build up a reason to make it a US match, then the first Punk vs. Taker match can be a draw. That's stops the forced gimmick match causing problems.

No matter how it is booked, I just can't see C.M. Punk going over Taker, ever. No matter how much MMA I watch, I can't buy that someone who looks as scrawny as Punk could put a whoopin on the deadman. Hell, Punk looks like a Taker fan for chrissakes. I'd be surprised if he didn't bring his own "R.I.P." sign to their submission match and mark out for his own opponent..

Is it possible for this match to end in a no-contest? Because if there is I can see that happening, possibly via Punk grabbing a chair and going apeshit on 'Taker, or simply walking out on the match.

I really cannot see the Undertaker tapping. It just seems very unlikely. However, it would be dumb to give him the belt, as it's really not something he needs at this point in his career.
The best use of the Undertaker now is how they've been using him for a while. An almost cameo role, with the occasional match at PPVs. He should no longer be considered a full time wrestler. It's time to build up Punk, and use him in turn to build up others.

I can't see 'Taker tapping in this one. There's bound to be some controversial finish that will warrant a rematch.

I think we can all agree that there's no way this match will have a clean winner. They've booked themselves into a corner. They can't have Punk lose, yet they can't have Undertaker lose and have it be believable. Some kind of shenanigans will ensue.

Is it so hard to believe that Undertaker might actually tap out, guys?
If they want to make Punk their biggest heel, then yeah, they'll have to do something in this match. Even if Taker taps out, it's not like he's lost all credibility in the world. The same thing would happen if Ric Flair was locked in the Anaconda Vise.
But if it does go into the Ultimate Submission route, then hey, all the more reason to go with what DSR suggested.
