I'm not talking about someone like Sting who the WWE would have signed in a second had he wanted to go there. I'm talking about guys who made a name for themselves in WCW whom the WWE never signed or seemed interested in. Guys like Disco Inferno or Alex Wright, 2 guys who could have done something decent in WWE had they been given the oppertunity.

Elix Skipper, they did sign him but just sent him down to development then got rid of him, I know WWE never does much with cruiserweights anyway but I always thought skipper was amazing, I remember in the last few nitros he was the only guy who looked like he was still giving it 100%.

I just thought of Norman Smiley. Man, he did some hilarious stuff in WCW and WWE didnt even give him a whiff after WCW folded. This guy could be over where ever he goes in any fed.

Doesn't Smiley still work for WWE?
I'd of liked to see how someone like Disqo would of been treated in WWE!

"Above Average" Mike Sanders I was thinking him and Reno. I wouldn't expect Sanders to be a big time wrestler for them but, he could have been in the role that Striker has (manager/PBP).

Doesn't Smiley still work for WWE? Well they hired him as a trainer for FCW and he worked a dark match in 07 but they didnt sign him after WCW folded and give him a chance to get over on tv.

Lash LeRoux. He got a shot in developmental, but he had a great look.
Crowbar. He was given a few dark/Heat/Velocity matches over the years, even using the Crowbar gimmick for some of them.

I think Smiley would've gotten over easily with the Screamin gimmick he did in WCW.
Another guy that I was surprised Vince never tried to pick up was Scott "Flash" Norton.

Yes; he was still there when WCW was bought.

the thing with AJ is that he was offered not too long after WCW was bought, but he turned it down because of personal reasons so it's not like he was never given a chance he just chose not to take it.

as already mentioned, Screaming Norman smiley, would of fit in perfectly during the wcw angle and would of went years longer. Scott Norton, I always liked him, I think he went to japan right? Or did he retire?

and Daffney, she would have been a great heel for Lita/Trish back in 2001.

Kid Romeo. Also, I think Scott Hudson could've been a fine WWE announcer if he counts.

Actually they did give Hudson an oppurtunity remember he called the Buff Bagwell vs. Booker T match on Raw. He explains it all here: alanwojcik.com/id134.html

yeah, all the younger guys basically, disco I loved before the russo "italian mob guy" character, as the dancing guy who needed to stop and read a road map to figure out his new finisher was awesome. dean malenko as a wrestler, and not tim meadows wanting lita. Raven if he counts (was in wcw and ecw, and then they did nothing with him wwf and vince didn't want him). Stevie ray for his commentary skills. bobby eaton, although they'd use him as cade's grandpa or something.

Someone they never really gave a chance to..... DDP he got very unfairl;y buried. He could have and should have been WWF Champion sometime between 2001 and now and headlined a few Wrestlemaina's instead he gets beaten by Undertaker and jobbed out to Undertakers wife made to look extremely lame and complete buried. Also Kronik were an excellent big man team in WCW and they got buried by Undertaker and Kane (Undertake mis just as bad as Hogan backstage with the ex WCW stars he buried during the Invasion)>

They didn't seem to do much with Saturn after he came in with the rest of the Radicalz though I liked Moppy. Why didn't they try to get Vampiro?

They didn't seem to do much with Saturn after he came in with the rest of the Radicalz though I liked Moppy. Why didn't they try to get Vampiro? Vampiro was injured shortly before the purchase. When he recovered, he wrestled for the Mexican promotion CMLL and with All Japan Wrestling before going to American indies like XPW and TNA. He then went to AAA and became a booker.
