...how about that? www.wwe.com/shows/raw/articles/10774510/rawbigbenDoes anyone outside of North America care? Are any football fans inside North America going to actually watch this instead of Monday Night Football? And before anyone asks, he is a quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers, and is a 2x Super Bowl winner, which includes the most recent one.

He's more relevant than some of the other Celebrity hosts have been.

Big Ben's RAW GM next week? Well, I know now that the local news is going to be picking this up and running with it.
Thanks for the heads up!

Normally I would watch it for Ben, but its Favre and the Vikings vs the Packers.
Sorry Ben, but that's going to be a MAJOR game.

Maybe he'll do his impression of "American Bad-ass" Undertaker to kick the show off next week.

I wonder if they have a backup host seeing how he is playing Sunday night and could possibly get hurt.

He's more relevant than most of the other Celebrity hosts have been. Fixed that for you. He'll generate more media attention than most of their guest hosts have, and is easily one of the biggest and most relevant celebrities to be a guest host. That being said, most of the people who would know/care who he is will probably end up watching next week's Vikings game anyway, or at best flipping over to raw for a few minutes during commercials/halftime.

So rather than worry that his team is 1-2 and just definitively lost a game to a supposed inferior rival, he'll play make believe wrestler?
Good idea Ben. Good idea.

They're on a massive winning streak and they're gonna go all the way, man! And the Steelers? They can't even beat the freakin' BENGALS! THE BENGALS! The Diet Mr. Pibb of the NFL!
