Or Mick vs. Terry. HOW IN THE HELL did that not get in the top 50. Stretched every continent, bled everywhere, and their pyschology made you believe death was coming for one of the combatants.

So lets get this started. Two guys feuding for the company's world title always make for a great feud. But add a woman to the mix and it gets interesting. Add the fact that the woman is an owner of the company and add the fact that she's married to one of the guys and you get our #50 entry of the greatest feuds of all time. 50. Kurt Angle vs. Triple H This feud was named the 2000 feud of the year from PWI and started when he McMahon/Helmsley regime started cracking with Stephanie being paranoid that Triple H was cheating on hear with Trish Stratus. Hunter too became paranoid that Stephanie was cheating on him with Kurt Angle. On the August 3 edition of SmackDown!, Triple H and his wife, Stephanie McMahon, along with Kurt Angle, were booked in a Six-man tag team match by Commissioner Mick Foley, against the Dudley Boyz which Triple H, McMahon, and Angle won. After the match, as Triple H left the ring, Angle and McMahon hugged in a victory celebration, frustrating Triple H. On the August 7 edition of RAW is WAR, Angle and Triple H were booked in a Triple Threat match, along with Chris Jericho, to determine the number one contender for a WWF Championship match against the defending champion, The Rock. Both Angle and Triple H simultaneously pinned Jericho, which made both Angle and Triple H co-number one contenders; in frustration, Rock delivered a Rock Bottom on Triple H, Angle, and McMahon, who was at ringside during the match.Later that week on SmackDown!, the match was made official for SummerSlam by Commissioner Foley. He also booked a tag team match, where Angle and Triple H would team up against Rock and The Undertaker. During the match, Angle accidentally attacked Triple H, causing Triple H to walk out on the match and a loss for Angle. The following week on RAW is WAR, Angle, Triple H, and Shane McMahon were booked in a Six-man Tag Team match against the Dudley Boyz and Rock, with the stipulation that if Angle or Triple H walked away from the match, they would lose their number one contender status. During the match, Edge and Christian interfered by attacking the Dudley Boyz, which resulted in Angle, Triple H, and McMahon winning the match when Triple H pinned Rock; as a result of neither Triple H nor Angle walking out on the match, they both were able to keep their number one contender status. Triple-Threat match between Triple H, Kurt Angle, and the defending champion, The Rock. Before The Rock made his entrance, Angle and Triple H fought at ringside, with Triple H delivering a Pedigree on Angle on the commentator's announce table, which broke prematurely, resulting in Angle being injured. After the incident, The Rock made his entrance down to the ring. He wrestled Triple H as Angle was attended by EMTs, who transported Angle backstage. Stephanie McMahon then came down to the ring and attempted to interfere by hitting The Rock with the WWF Championship belt. She accidentally hit Triple H, however, which resulted in Triple H ordering McMahon to the backstage area. Angle returned to the ring midway through the match, alongside McMahon, and attacked Triple H. As Triple H recuperated, Angle called McMahon to give him a sledgehammer, but Angle and Triple H brawled over the sledgehammer, resulting in Triple H accidentally hitting McMahon. This situation allowed The Rock to throw Angle over the top rope onto ringside and deliver a People's Elbow on Triple H into a pinfall to win the match and retain the WWF Championship. The Kurt Angle-Triple H feud continued after SummerSlam. On the RAW is WAR edition after SummerSlam, Kurt Angle interfered in a match between Triple H and Eddie Guerrero by attacking both men with a steel chair. The feud intensified once more, as Triple H and Angle brawled on the September 11 episode of RAW is WAR after a match between Triple H and Chris Jericho. Later that night, Commissioner Mick Foley booked a match between Angle and Triple H at Unforgiven. The following week on RAW is WAR, Foley announced that he would be the Special Guest Referee for the match between Triple H and Angle. On the final edition of SmackDown! before Unforgiven, the feud Escalated when Angle attacked Triple H with a sledgehammer, resulting in Triple H becoming unconscious and allowing Angle to kiss Triple H's wife, Stephanie McMahon, who was at ringside. At Unforgiven, Triple H beat Angle after Stephanie low blowed Angle and Triple H hit him with teh Pedigree. Afterwards the storyline was dropped as Angle would win the WWF title from The Rock. Angle and Stephanie would be seen together with HHH but nothing came of it. In 2002, the feud started again with Triple H winning the Royal Rumble and Stephanie turning on HHH (Thus the divorce angle) Tribute Videos: History of the Feud to Unforgiven: www.youtube.com/watch?v=s3aqVLRMl8E

Now we get another "two guys fighting over a woman" well except one of them wants to fight the woman. This is also the first former partners feud. These two bled and did some amazing things in their feud, even coming close to actually killing each other. This insanity brings us to the #49 of the greatest feuds of all time. 49. Jimmy Jacobs vs. BJ Whitmer It all started when BJ Whitmer's partner, Dan Maff, was blackballed from wrestling due to an arguement between him and Homicide. Whitmer and Maff were the ROH Tag Team champions and the titles were held up. Whitmer picked Jimmy Jacobs to be his new partner and together defeated Samoa Joe and Jay Lethal at Best of American Super Juniors to win the vacant titles. They win the titles another time until at Unforgettable, they joined Lacey and Lacey's Angels. At the first ROH show in 2006, Hell Freezes Over, Jacobs revealed that he is in love with Lacey and starts to lose focus on matches and would rather focus on Lacey. After losing in the 06 Trios Tournament and a tag team title match against Generation Next, Whitmer walks out on Jimmy and Lacey's Angels. Whitmer would focus on the CZW Invasion but at Dragon Gate Challenge, Whitmer and Jacobs would have a grudge match that ended when Whitmer lost his footing going for a superbomb and the back of Jacobs head hit the ringside apron, 6mm from cracking the back of his skull and killing him. Whitmer focused more on the CZW Invasion but at In Your Face, Whitmer and Jacobs collided again, this time with the match ending after Whitmer SuperBombed Jacobs and himself into the crowd. The next week, they both challenged Bryan Danielson for the ROH World Title with neither getting the title. After that, Lacey started to doubt that Jacobs could get the job done against Whitmer so she tried to get Colt Cabana to be Jimmy's new partner. With Jimmy frustrated that Lacey and Cabana were having sex together, he took his frustration out on BJ, breaking his ankle and putting him on the shelf. Lacey would then hire Brent Albright to fight Whitmer when he came back after Colt left Lacey. At the Chicago Night Spectacular Night 2, in an 8 man elimination match involving both Whitmer and Jacobs, BJ accidently hit Lacey with a railroad spike that was aimed at Jacobs and Jimmy would transform into a psycho emo, including creating music videos dedicated to killing Whitmer. He would face Whitmer at Battle of the Icons in a Last Man Standing Match where Albright would run in and help Jimmy get the win. They would meet again at the 5th Year Festival: Finale in a Falls Count Anywhere match with Whitmer coming out on top. Then the feud ended at Supercard of Honor II in a bloody steel cage match where Jacobs chipped one of his teeth and tore his ACL and got the win. In the midst of WCW's golden age in the mid 90s, there was no bigger angle in wrestling than WCW vs. The NWO. But what was more intriguing was the man who hadn't sided with anyone for over a year and watched both sides go to war. When he made that decision, he went after the NWO's top man and his world title and that brings us to the #48 of the greatest feuds of all time. 48. Hollywood Hogan vs. Sting Everything started when Scott Hall and Kevin Nash invaded WCW as the Outsiders. Sting became the first person to stand up to the invaders and got Randy Savage and Lex Luger to be his partners to face Hall and Nash at Bash at the Beach 96. What seemed to be a handicap match, despite being a six man tag, Team WCW didn't fare to well as Luger was taken out and left Savage and Sting against The Outsiders. This occured until Hulk Hogan appeared and turned on WCW and became the third member and thus began the New World Order. Things got worse as Hall and Nash would win the WCW World Tag Team titles from Sting and Luger at Hog Wild the next month. Everything was set up for a showdown at Fall Brawl in the WarGames with The 4 Horseman of Ric Flair, Arn Anderson and former members Lex Luger and Sting against the NWO's Hogan, Hall, Nash and a mystery partner. On the Nitro before Fall Brawl, Luger was attacked by Sting, or so it seemed. Sting tried to reason with Luger and the Horseman but was rejected and they saw him as NWO. During the match, the NWO Sting came out until the real Sting came and demolished the NWO, including Hogan. Sting then walked out on everyone and announced he would choose a side to fight for. For over a year, Sting transformed into a different person, he resorted to just black and white facepaint and a trench coat and baseball bat and watched everything from the rafters, attacking both WCW and NWO wrestlers. Hogan meanwhile held the WCW title for over a year, with just a short title reign by Luger. Hogan kept boasting that Sting was NWO and that he couldn't beat Hogan anytime. Finally after a year of speculation, Sting sided with WCW and JJ Dillon made Sting vs. Hogan at Starrcade 97 with the WCW title on the line. Sting made his return after a year since his last match and won the WCW title, but.....well you know what happened if you read any of the Wrestlecrap books. Sting was stripped of the title but won it back against Hogan at Superbrawl 98. They would continue to fight until Hogan left in 2000 but the feud lost any feel to it since they fought so many times, including Sting joining NWO: Wolfpac. When you hold a championship, you're expected to be held higher than you usually are, gain some respect and become famous. But when you are constantly disrespected, being shown as second-fiddle and importantly, you don't matter, you would wind up being one of the people in the next induction. When that man had enough, he took it out on a fan favorite which ended in the most specacular fashion in the early 80s. This brings us to #46 of the greatest feuds of all time. 46. Don Muraco vs. "Superfly" Jimmy Snuka In 1983, as Jimmy Snuka just turned babyface, WWF Intercontinental champion, Don Muraco was having a problem with people disrespecting him by cutting his interview time and making short the fact that he defeated Pedro Morales twice to become the IC champ. In March of 83, Muraco finally had enough after Snuka came out for his match during Roc's interview time as the fans cheered for Snuka. After some trashing talking and spitting, Snuka lept from the ring onto the champ. Snuka and Muraco would meet in April with the IC title on the line with Snuka winning after Muraco got himself disqualified. They would feud during the summer of 83 including Snuka teaming up with Buddy Rogers to take on and defeating Muraco and Snuka's former manager, Captain Lou Albano. They then would meet in their famous steel cage match where Muraco retained the intercontinental title but Snuka would get him back in the ring and hit an amazing splash from the top of the cage. The feud ended a few days later when Snuka beat Muraco by DQ in a Fujian strap match. The next two wrestlers who feuded on this list actually came back to back on the greatest hardcore wrestlers list. Together they busted, bruised and tore each other apart. Didn't matter if it was in Japan with FMW or America with ECW, these two never put on a bad match together and they also stole the 05 One Night Stand PPV as a last minute addition. Two guys who knew each other very well yet put on classic after classic after classic comes in at #45 of the greatest feuds of all time. 45. Mike Awesome vs. Masato Tanaka Awesome and Tanaka's feud started in FMW in 1995 as Awesome, known as The Gladiator, held all three prominent titles in FMW: The Brass Knuckles, Independant Heavyweight and Six Man Street Fight Titles. In a course of a month, Tanaka defeated Awesome and his partners for all three titles. They would bring their feud to ECW in 1998 when they were showcased on Hardcore TV where Tanaka won, but Awesome would deliver an Awesome Bomb to the outside and through a table at the end of the match. They would meet again at Heatwave 98 where Tanaka defeated Awesome again. In 1999, Tanaka was brought in to ECW to face Taz at Anarchy Rulz for the ECW World title but when news of Taz leaving for the WWF, Paul Heyman got Awesome and the two eliminated Taz early and Awesome was able to defeat Tanaka and become the ECW champion. They would trade the ECW title during the course of 99, with Tanaka defeating Awesome for the title only for Awesome to win the title back only a week later. Awesome and Tanaka would also feud over the ECW World Tag Team titles as Awesome and Raven would hold the belts, defeating Tommy Dreamer and Tanaka. Their feud would come to a halt after Awesome was lured by WCW. Awesome would return to face Tanaka at ECW One Night Stand 2005 in a match that had the crowd chanting "This match rules". Awesome would Awesome Bomb Tanaka to the floor through a table and Awesome Botch/splash on Tanaka to win the match in their final match together. Awesome vs Tanaka should've ranked much higher than it did, IMO. It made my top 5. Wrestling-wise, the matches were top-notch. The only thing they were lacking was the psychology of classic feuds like Raven vs Tommy Dreamer.

Finally back, sorry for the long wait. During ROH's 6+ year history, there has been one feud that has been the company's longest running feud. They met in 04 as two upcoming stars as they tested the limit and as of today, they are the companies two biggest draws, headlining Pay Per Views. From upstart and potential great to ace and best in the world, this feud comes in at #44 of the greatest feuds of all time 44. "American Dragon" Bryan Danielson vs. Austin Aries In 2004, a group of young wrestlers, led by Alex Shelly, formed Generation Next. They intended to be the headliners of ROH and not wait for their shot and pay their dues (sound familiar?) Aries made an impact by making it to the finals of the inaugural Survival of the Fittest Tournament, but losing the six way to Bryan Danielson. Aries and Danielson would meet months later in a 2 out of 3 falls match at Testing the Limit, where Aries beat Danielson in a match that went over 75 minutes! Dragon and Aries wouldn't meet again until 2005 when Danielson and Samoa Joe beat Aries and Roderick Strong at the 3rd Anniversary show part 2. Danielson would challenge Aries for his ROH World Title at Nowhere to Run, but again Aries defeated Dragon. Danielson would quit the promotion in frustration of not being able to win the ROH title. When Danielson returned to ROH to win the world title from James Gibson, Aries immediately challenged Dragon for the title and after over a year plus since Testing the Limit, Danielson defeated Aries one on one to retain the ROH title at Enter the Dragon. In 06, Dragon tried to take Aries ROH Tag Team titles at Tag Wars 2006 but fell to Aries and Roderick Strong but Aries would save Dragon from a beatdown from the Embassy. In October of the same year, Aries once again challenged Danielson for the ROH World Title, but like a year ago, Danielson beat Aries to retain the title. The feud would cool off for a year with Aries being contracted by TNA and Danielson out with a shoulder injury. In 2007, when Aries returned to ROH and feuded with Danielson again. It was made into a best of three series for not only the #1 Contendership for the ROH World Title, but to be known as the "Ace" of ROH. The first match was at Honor Nation where Aries got the first win. Danielson would even the series at Chaos at the Cow Palace. Aries would win the series at Glory by Honor VI Night 1 to win the Ace position and the #1 contendership. They would meet again at Final Battle 07 in another #1 contenders match in a 4 way with Takeshi Morishima and Chris Hero. Aries and Danielson would be the last two and Danielson would win the match, knocking Aries out. Lately, the two have teamed up and almost became the ROH World Tag Team champions at Without Remorse. They would also defeat Go Shiozaki and ROH World Champion Nigel McGuinness at Double Feature. Their feud would then go on PPV at Take No Prisoners where Danielson made Aries tap out. They teamed up once again at Up for Grabs to participate in the ROH World Tag team title tournament but were eliminated in the semi finals. Sometimes the best feuds aren't on the top of the card but sometimes, they open up PPVs. Suddenly they do become top of the card guys and have headlining matches. This is what happened to two workhorses as they feuded in two companies, as opponents and as tag team partners. This feud shows what was great about WCW in 1996 and 97 and why in WWF/E, they became superstars and it comes in as #43 of the greatest feuds of all time. 43. Rey Mysterio vs. Eddie Guerrero The feud started in mid 1997, just as Eddie started his heel turn and became WCW Cruiserweight champion, defeating Chris Jericho. On the September 8th edition of Nitro, Mysterio defeated a masked man by the name of El Caliente and it was revealed to be Eddie under the mask. This set up Mysterio as the #1 contender to Eddie's title but before the match at Halloween Havoc could take place, Eddie would unmask Mysterio during a match with Dean Malenko which added more fuel to the fire making their match a title vs. mask match. At Halloween Havoc, Mysterio defeated Eddie to win the cruiserweight title in a breathtaking opener. Eddie would win the title back two weeks later on Nitro. In 1999, Eddie and Rey would join forces as part of the Filthy Animals, but would do nothing for either of them for the 6 months they were together until Eddie left for the WWF. When Rey joined the Smackdown brand in 2002, he feuded with Eddie and Chavo over the WWE Tag Team titles with Edge. In Febuary of 2005, at No Way Out, Eddie and Rey won the WWE Tag Team titles from the Bashams and then would have the first tag team champion partners match at Wrestlemania 21, where Rey beat Eddie. They continued to defend the tag team titles together until they lost them to MNM when Eddie turned on Rey. Eddie would take Rey's bloody mask and whip it and use it on opponents (Jimmy Jacobs being one) but time after time again, Rey came out on top. Then came the Dominik storyline which ended in a great ladder match at Summerslam. Eddie would finally get his win over Rey in a steel cage match on Smackdown. This would be their last match together.
