Card Outline: A combination of championship matches and grudge matches, with the main event matches having a stipulation determined by the spinning of a roulette wheel.
Gimmick: The stipulation of the main event matches will be determined by the spinning of a roulette wheel labelled with stipulations (like on the Breaking Point list, but add Steel Cage to it), adding an unpredictability factor that can only be rivalled by the Royal Rumble.

EDIT: I wanted to add a War Games element to this, but then it would just seem a bit too much for one show.
