{Spoiler}Has Vince McMahon Placed a Ban on Shawn Michaels?

-WWE’s marketing deparment was told a few weeks ago that Vince McMahon does not want any usage of things related to the image of Shawn Michaels. Those close to Michaels say he is mentally done with wrestling and, in his mind right now, he will never come back in ANY form. Not sure what happened, but Michaels was quite vocal many weeks back about his displeasure with his former student, Daniel Bryan, being released by the company. Source: www.sescoops.com/wrestling-news/wwe-news/vince-mcmahon-bans-footage-of-shawn-michaels-from-wwe-tv/Likely just an unfounded rumor. Still if, and that is a big IF, true could it be that Shawn is thinking of jumping to TNA? At least on a limited basis perhaps? Considering that Vince (as of late) usually only bans mention of people who have done so, a la Hogan & Flair. This is just wild speculation on my part. However if true, and perhaps Shawn is the HUGE surprise Dixie & Jeff have been teasing, would you lose respect for HBK dustying off the boots for one last dance (like Flair)? Or would you be all smiles for the return of the man formerly known as Shawn Michaels?

I don't think he will come to TNA, but didn't back in the day he was always threatening to leave the WWF at the time?

Logically, why would HBK go to TNA? He'd be making a fraction of what the WWE would pay him. Its not like when Hogan went to WCW where Ted Turner would pay him even more than McMahon was willing to pay him.

Being mentally done with wrestling and not coming back in any form means he's going to go to TNA? Is TNA suddenly the farm where parents tell their kids that they're sending all the dead pets?

This might just be pure speculation, but check it: I was at Raw for Bobby Lashley's last WWE match. He goes to TNA. I was at Smackdown for Jeff Hardy's last WWE match. He goes to TNA. I was at Wrestlemania for Shawn Michaels' last WWE match. ?

Agreed. And let's be honest, HBK has a job for life with WWE if wants it. In an ambassadorial role he'd probably have an easier schedule and better paycheck than he'd get with TNA. Not to mention the influence held by his best friend.

"..... Going to TNA" has become the adult wrestling fan's equivalent of The Great Pumpkin showing up. People haven't even gotten Mickie and they somehow expect HBK to show up?

ANY big name in the business should know better by now. You go to TNA, are a big deal for an angle or so, make no real impact on TNA being competition for WWE, and TNA's booking somehow makes you look unimportant within a couple of months. They took HULK HOGAN and JEFF HARDY and did this.

I think alot of the "big names" use TNA like college kids use a "slack class" just to bide their time before they beg for their jobs back from Vince. Tara kinda supports this hypothesis.

Then again, Steiner's WWE run bombed pretty badly, so that's not very hard.

Or would you be all smiles for the return of the man formerly known as Shawn Michaels? It all BS. Something simular was posted last week. A week or two ago HBK imaged was used in one of those this day in history things. Hell there about a half dozen HBK figures being released in the new series by Mattel. Bryan Danielson has been released before by the WWE. Why would would HBK care about that so much. I'm sure he wasn't happy about it but I doubt he would say screw you WWE all together from it. Did he get bent out of shape when Brian Kendrick and Paul London got fired? No. They two where HBK students. As was Lance Cade. You think with HHH being so high up the corp ladder in the WWE who is HBK best friend. You think HBK would ever be erased from the WWE? No. HBK done a lot of much worst things over his WWE tender that Vince still didn't fire him even when he was on drugs, drunk, and hated by everyone that wasn't in the Kliq. Doing all of that is ok and still got titles and pushes. But saying he was not happy releasing Danielson isn't ok and he banished? Come on.

TNA is not in a great state right now. I doubt Michaels wants to possibly tarnish some of his legacy by going there right now.

If anything, getting to see some of these legends in today's TNA would only drive home the point that Shawn doesn't want to go there.
