I think a great spot would be for someone to go for a knife edge chop only to have it turn into a game of patty cake

People should just start randomly going WHOOOOOOOOOO during random moves, to confuse Vince. I don't think chanting for Neidhart is going to make a difference.

Holy mother... I may never watch the stupid company again. No chokes or chair shots to the head... Ok... But no chops... For the stupidest reason imaginable!!!!

Being entertained is now banned by the WWE. The general feeling is that entertaining segments will remind them of other, more exciting shows on television. Outstanding. You win a prize.

Well, that's stupid, but never liked them anyway.
Granted, at this point I fully expect them to ban submissions, pinfalls, being rude, and being shirtless within the year.

Its stuff like this that really makes me dislike WWE a little bit. They are really limiting what their performers can do in the ring.

PWInsider also just reported that styling and profiling are also banned by the WWE at this moment. However, previous reports that limo riding and jet flying have yet to be confirmed.

Soon the only moves that will be allowed will be shoulder blocks, 'five knuckle' shots to the head, and of course the dreaded stf... at least there will be someone who can still work their current style

Kofi still does his Snuka double chops. Granted, they're hardly knife-edge chops, but a chop's a chop.
And yeah, post-comeback HBK couldn't make it through a match without throwing a metric shit-ton of chops, so I guess they'd have to waive the rule if he came back for one more match, because he'd probably throw them on instinct.

I wonder how many fans realize that the "WOO" chant after a chop was started in the mid 90s as a way of mocking Ric Flair for constantly doing them and being "boring and outdated" doing so. The true meaning gets of stuff gets screwed around all the time. That's language. If its accepted as such then that is what it is now.
