Various websites seem to think so. Interesting, very interesting. Here's one of the said websites: www.worstpreviews.com/headline.php?id=19265&count=0DC just filmed Green Lantern in New Orleans, so it could also be possible (my speculation) that they signed a deal to film flicks in the area for a considerable tax break, BUT time will tell....and Killer Croc Nolan-ized could be very, very cool.

It's better than Riddler. So here's hopin.
Actually though, given the hints Millar gave, it COULD be Black Mask, who would make even more sense.
I just really really really want it to be Black Mask.

Bane or Riddler would probably make more sense, but eh, it could work. Just need to make sure not to overdo it.

Trouble is, Black Mask won't sell a movie. Riddler will. Riddler is an iconic Batman villain that everyone knows, whether they're a fan of the comics or not. To the average audience, who the f*** is Black Mask? Nobody. Riddler is the way to go. As for Croc? Make him a secondary villain, and we're money, even though I'd prefer Bane for a "big bruiser" type villain.

I want a Riddler/Black Mask combination (Riddler convincing BM to create havoc in Gotham City to bring Batman back, where Riddler will blackmail him, as he knows his identity), but I'd be fine with Killer Croc.

Pretty sure the movie will sell big no matter who the villain is, so this could be cool, sets up for an eventual movie with Bane.

I want Black Mask and have it be the mob boss that Joker gave a Chelsea Grin to(No, not because he's black).
He wouldn't be main-baddie material, but a side villain like Scarecrow was wouldn't hurt.

The main villian could be The Clock King and people would still see it in droves. Plus Nolan's promised villians that haven't been used in movies yet and I'm still holding him to that promise.

If anybody could make Killer Croc work, it's Nolan. I trust him completely.

I thought Nolan was going for some sort of "realistic" approach with the Batman movies though?

hasn't Nolan said in the past there are certain Batman villains he won't use, such as Penguin, Mr. Freeze and Killer Croc?
I'd could see see him do a realistic version of Killer Croc though, just play up his deformity to a similiar real life condition.
Still though, I think Riddler would be an obvious choice, but seeing as how he surprised me by having Ras Al Ghul in "Batman Begins" rather than some of the more well known villains (such as Joker, Riddler or Catwoman) I can see him skipping Riddler and go with some of the lesser known villians.

I just really, really hope it's not Black Mask. "Ooooh, a mob boss that poses no intellectual or physical threat to Batman. Conflict abounds!"

If its the original version of Croc, I'd be fine with it, because in that iteration he was just a big freaky gangster with a skin disorder not an out and out "lizard man."

Eh I never really liked Killer Croc ever. Except in Arkham Asylum but that game is a damn masterpiece. But I'm sure Nolan could pull it off.

I don't believe this one at all. Killer Croc wouldn't mesh with Nolan wanting the Batman movies to be "grounded in reality". Bane would be a more realistic pick than Croc would.
I'd treat this (and any other story tidbits) as NEWZ until Nolan himself confirms this.

If they went with how he was in Brian Azzarello's 'Joker' graphic novel, Croc was just a big, bruiser gangbanger with a skin condition. That could work.
Don't know that I'd want that, but it would work.
