So how many times has Morrison had the opportunity to be pushed? I am not counting his ECW run because to me, ECW was the brand that any mid-carder could main event but on RAW or Smackdown, they're still on the midcard.
Also, what about Shelton Benjamin's push? He had wins over Triple H. He held the IC title for 8 months, even though he didn't defend it that much. Then the next thing you see, he has his "Momma" as a manager.

Well, that Momma character, IMO, was to give Benjamin some sort of personality. It's like what their doing with Dibasie, the're giving him Maryse and the Million Dollar Belt, but he still can cut a promo. Benjamin was like "Ok...Momma..I'll go...out there.. and win." How many time has Morrison had a push and failed. He's basically Benjamin, only white. Good athletism, but zero personality or mic skills. And besides, he takes way to damn long to set up his moves. Until he can find some personality left behind by someboy, he's not going anywhere. They only exception was Jef Hardy, but the WWE had no choice, he was super over in 2009. Morrison is not even getting half the pop's Hardy was getting. And, do you think Morrison can carry RAW? I don't.

Guys like Morrison are a prime example of why forcing scripted promos on guys is a bad idea. He has a ton of personality in real-life interviews and on the old Dirt Sheet episodes. They're neutering him, and then acting if it's his fault.

Morrison needs his "We don't have x at the Palace of Wisdom" phrase back.

How much could a big Mortician guy who thinks he's a zombie have? 4. A zombie is more threatening than a pirate. Not in Somolia. If they ever have a card in Somolia, they should bring him back.

^^ thats Somalia buddy
topic: Bart Gunn should've been pushed after his impressive Brawl 4 All win in Aug. 1998 (yeah the tournament sucked, but at least he gained something off it), even though I don't really know how...but he was over as a legitimate tough guy...instead he rarely appeared and only came back fighting Hardcore Holly for the HC title in early 1999 and getting destroyed by Butterbean at WM XV

Booker T at Wrestlemania XIX. The most over Booker had ever been in his entire WWE run, and a feud which solidified my undying hatred of HHH. Seriously, they couldn't at least let him win it, and then have it dropped back to Hunter at the next PPV?
Jericho's phantom title win.
Pirate Burchill.
Cryme Tyme NEVER winning the tag titles, not once. And breaking them up of course.
Not pulling the trigger on RVD until it was too late (should have been done way back his 2002 feud with HHH, but of course; the Reign of Terror was born instead)
Not capitalizing on Shelton properly from 04-05. Yes, he needs a manager. But don't give him 'Momma'. Give him someone along the lines of Bobby Hennan or 90's Jim Cornette. (another thing WWE doesn't understand anymore-using efficient, dedicated managers as mouthpieces for guys with low charisma.) Jobbing him out to Kerwin White after having high profile matches with HHH and HBK didn't help either. And a useless heel turn.

Christian in 2005. Teased for months, Cena moves to Raw, Cena/Christian on the Highlight Reel, and then they curb that, throw Jericho in for the Vengeance Triple Threat, and ship CC off to Smackdown. Just awful.

I think Carlito confronting Cena about how the locker room doesn't really like him on the Raw Verne Troyer hosted could have went somewhere and would have been a good precursor to what is happening now with Cena vs Nexus and CM Punk.
I don't know why they had that segment to begin with.

How could I forget when this guy started getting super over? Could have opened the door up again for more managers, but...nope.

I don't know why they had that segment to begin with. I nearly forgot about that. I really wish they followed up on it. When Cena was rallying the troops against Nexus I remember Jericho cutting a similar promo where he was saying Cena's just as bad as they are, only to eventually team with Cena anyways. I'm glad CM Punk is sticking with it.

Morrison needs his "We don't have x at the Palace of Wisdom" phrase back. They just don't understand how to push Morrison. He's like The Rock in that when he's a heel he should be a cocky dick, and when he's a face he should still be a cocky dick. They should've kept the same character he was totally over with during his reign with Miz. I'd have been good with keeping him heel but even as a face he should've acted the same but just been a dick towards heels rather than faces.

How could I forget when this guy started getting super over? Could have opened the door up again for more managers, but...nope. That was the most nonsensical thing WWE has done in awhile. They have a manager who gets way over... so have him stop doing his catch phrase, because it get face pops. Then make him GM on ECW, which he did a good job as... and make him a wrestler. Then fire the guy.

I also think more than Dolph Ziggler of the Spirit Squad could've been stars. They had four really talented guys(and potential in Mitch), they plunked them in main events against D-X and they held their own. They became really hot heels in WWE, then WWE puts them in a box and we barely see them again. Kenny Dykstra and Johnny Jeter definitely could've been stars and Mikey could've been at least a very solid midcarder. It just ended up being a case of WWE wasting theirs and the Spirit Squad's time.
