Be as biased or as objective as you want!
My team is the good ole vikings, lets see:
@ Chargers = W Vs BUccs = w Vs Lions = W @ Chiefs = W vs Cardinals = W @ Bears = L Vs Packers = L @panthers = W @ Packers = W Vs Raiders = W @falcons = L Vs Broncos = L @ Lions = W Vs Saints = L @skins = w Vs Bears = W
10-6, lets go!

As far as the 49ers are concerned, I'd say the go 9-7. Hopefully having Harbaugh as the coach revitalizes the team to at least a winning record. Don't think they'll make the playoffs though.

Carolina Panthers: I can't decide between 5-11 or 6-10. It will be one or the other.

no clue with the Seahawks. Gonna wait until Free Agency is over with. If its the same team as last year, largely, than pretty bad. But a couple of key FAs could push Seattle to 9-7.

@ Tampa - W vs. Kansas City - L @ Minnesota - W @ Dallas - W vs. Chicago - W vs. San Francisco - W vs. Atlanta - L @ Denver - W @ Chicago - L vs. Carolina - W vs. Green Bay - L @ New Orleans - L vs. Minnesota - W @ Oakland - W vs. San Diego - L @ Green Bay - L
It ends up being 9-7 for the Lions. I would love a winning season, regardless of making the playoffs or not (though that would be a nice bonus).

Andy Dalton at QB, Cedric Benson likely suspended for a couple of games, probably no Chad Ochocinco, no T.O., and likely losing one of our great corners. So let's see...
Sept. 11 at Cleveland (L) - Dalton isn't winning his first game on the road.
Sept. 18 at Denver (L) - See above.
Sept. 25 SAN FRANCISCO (L) - There's a chance, but San Fran still looks better. Plus Benson might get up for 4 games suspension for all I know.
Oct. 2 BUFFALO (W) - Dalton breaks through and wins an ugly game in front of the home fans.
Oct. 9 at Jacksonville (L) - Just losing to a better team.
Oct. 16 INDIANAPOLIS (L) - Losing to an infinitely better team.
--BYE--
Oct. 30 at Seattle (W) - Two weeks to prepare, it's a mediocre opponent, I like their chances.
Nov. 6 at Tennessee (L) - If they lose to Seattle I think they win here, but I don't see any way they win both.
Nov. 13 PITTSBURGH (L) - Put up a fight, but gets run in the second half.
Nov. 20 at Baltimore (L) - Mommy?
Nov. 27 CLEVELAND (W) - Cleveland isn't bad, but they aren't good enough to where I assume a sweep. Cincy steals this one at home.
Dec. 4 at Pittsburgh (L) - Daddy?
Dec. 11 HOUSTON (L) - They may constantly and consistently under achieve, but they handle Cincy well enough. Dec. 18 at St. Louis (L) - Dalton's break through game where he goes off, but they lose in a shoot out with Bradford.
Dec. 24 ARIZONA (L) - If Arizona gets a good QB before the season starts, I think they make the playoffs. That includes a win here.
Jan. 1 BALTIMORE (W) - I'm giving them one big upset. Baltimore may be locked in to their playoff positioning by this point, Dalton will have a full season under his belt, and this will be all they have to play for.
So 4-12 for the new look Bengals.

Given our division, we'd be lucky to go .500 at 8-8. I'm gonna say 6-10/7-9. We could catch people off-guard this year, given we have a new QB and new coaches. Still, against the Saints, Falcons, and surprisingly good Bucs, we're gonna have a rough go of it.

Houston Texans: 8-8 (what else)
Arizona Cardinals: 7-9 with Kevin Kolb, 5-11 without Kevin Kolb.

I think the Saints could go 11-5 this year. Enough to win the South? Depends on what the Dirty Birds and the Bucs do(I think the Panthers end up 5-11).
