I'd be shocked if the Packers didn't win at least 10 this season, especially if they are afforded the luxury of having a large percentage of their starters not on IR.
The only teams in the NFC that I potentially fear are Philly and New Orleans. I would have said Atlanta a few months ago, but then they got curb stomped in the playoffs, and, well. *coughs*

I say the Rams would go 8-8. I'm hoping for 9-7 at least but it would be an improvement over last season's 7-9. They'll probably get into the playoffs with a mediocre record just like Seattle did last season, but I'm not complaining.

New York Giants: @ WAS (W) STL (W) @ PHI (L): The usual shit-fit will occur from yours truly. @arz (W) SEA (W) BUF (W) MIA (W) @ NE (L) @ SF (W) PHI (W/L): Depending what measure of revenge the Giants want to get after the... unpleasantness at the Meadowlands last December. If Vick isn't sacked 15 times and DeSean Jackson isn't destroyed over the middle by the end of the evening, the game is a failure. Oh, and the Giants beating the Eagles for once might be nice. @ NO (L) GB (L): Cue GIANTZ END OF SEASON CULLAPS!!!1 @ DAL (W) WAS (W) @ NYJ (W): The Giants always beat the Jets. Always, damn it. DAL (L): The Cowboys and Giants have yet to win a home game against each other since Cowboys Stadium or the New Meadowlands were built. I expect the same thing happening here. This changes if the Giants are fighting for say, a playoff spot or some such.
10-6 and perhaps a wild card spot if the Buccaneers somehow catch an 8-8 record next year.

Green Bay: 11-5. And I haven't even seen the schedule yet, but they will probably go 4-2 against the NFC North. (It's usually a given they lose once each to Minnesota & Chicago, no matter how good they are.)

Citing a source, Mike Jurecki of XTRA 910 in Phoenix reports that the Cardinals "are prepared" to offer Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie "straight up" for Kevin Kolb when free agency kicks off.
Jurecki also confirmed that Matt Hasselbeck and Kyle Orton are on the Cardinals' "short list" if they can't acquire Kolb, but insisted that "Kolb is the guy" the team will pursue first.

The United Football League has been put on hold for 30 days and appears to be in danger of going under.
According to reports, two or three of the minor league's five owners don't want to proceed at all. On several occasions, the UFL has been accused of being late with its payments to players and other employees,

RISE UP! you better hope not, because the last scene fans have in their minds is a score they can't exactly remember but was probably something like 72-14, in the Georgia Dome, and "Matty Ice" looked like a noodle armed Daunte Culpepper. I don't know what "rise up" means, but I hope for Atlanta's sake that it involves a new corps of defensive backs and a playbook that allows wide receivers to run routes that are more than 6 yards

The Falcons may end up being the NFC's version of the Chargers. They look like they're going to be an excellent regular season team for a number of years but not close to sniffing a Super Bowl appearance.
