Yuck, I always f***ing hated Creed. Massive Pearl Jam (who are infinitely more talented) too.

Not unless you're using Creed as an abbreviation of Creedence Clearwater Revival

Not unless you're using Creed as an abbreviation of Creedence Clearwater Revival Better negative remark than mine. Sorry my raging hatred for Creed prevented me from making a witty remark

There's like 2 or 3 decent Creed songs. They were OK on their first album. Most everything after was pure garbage, though.

"What If" is a good song, and musically they're top notch (as Alter Bridge has proven, IMO), but outside of that I can't get past Scott Stapp's pretentiousness.
He's like Bono, only without that ability to laugh at himself.

WWE used "My sacrifice" to make a good video although I'm not sure I would have liked the song without it.

WWE used "My sacrifice" to make a good video although I'm not sure I would have liked the song without it. Also on the positive side, those videos spawned this parody (which contrains no WWE copyrighted materials I beleive):

The problem with Creed is that they rose to "every single time you turn around, there they are" status.
I wanted to die when Creed was popular. Die.

And is a pretentious douche. Also, his feud with Fred Durst was one of the stupidest things ever.

My Sacrifice is probably one of the very few songs that I've liked from them.

I always get a kick out of just about everyone proclaiming that they "always hated Creed".
They were HUGE for a few years. They sold a ton of albums. Clearly, someone was buying their albums.

I grew up listening to Creed, so I have pretty fond memories of their song. Putting nostalgia aside their songs are not great necessarily, but I feel they're not nearly as bad as some people make them out to be. They have some catchy stuff, and listening to them makes me feel like a kid again

I am a big fan but that being said their comeback was kind of a failure and with Alter Bridge taking off I wouldnt be surprised if Creed was done for good eventually.

(see also: Bizkit, Limp) Aint it the truth! I like Creed. As others have said, musically, their incredible. And I really dont mind Scott Stapp. Him being a douche or not bears no meaning to me personally, so I could care less.

i always liked them. My Sacrifice is a phenomenal song. They are preachy, but they arnt bad. But then again I like Nickelback and Creed and Limp Bizkit . Again i think people tend to jump on the hate creed bandwagon because its cool. Listen to more of their songs, they arnt that bad.
