The article said he wasn't even considering a drop to 145 at the moment.
EDIT: Hey, 30 pages! We did it again, mama!

www.galsguidetomma.com/2011/2/15/1995278/gina-carano-is-coming-back-to-strikeforce-should-we-careA female friend (also a fight fan) emailed me this link today. I thought I'd share it and see what you all here at the 'Crap thought of it. Myself? If they really want to declare someone "the face" of women's MMA, then shouldn't that person be, y'know, an ACTIVE competitor? Also, what does Carrano do now? Does she indeed take a couple easy fights, then take on Cyborg (and a potentially disastrous ass-whooping) again? And if not, what's the point of the hoopla surrounding her comeback?

They will probably feed her cans until she wants another crack at Cyborg. The thing is, even though she hasn't been active in a long time, she is still one of Strikeforce's biggest names. The Cyborg-Carano main event has the 2nd highest MMA ratings in Showtime history. (The Fedor-Silva show just surpassed it a few weeks ago)
