It's from Wrestling Observer. Like them or not, it's a revered newsletter and pretty much the pinnacle of wrestling journalism. Bryan and Dave both know many people currently and formerly employeed by WWE. There's no reason to doubt any of that. Dave Meltzer is one of the biggest fraud's in the wrestling business. He's never the first person to come out with a story, and most of his "report's," are either obvious thing's that a 5 year old can think of, or just talking out of his ass, remember Undertaker vs. Brock Lesner at Wrestlemania 27, yeah he was the only idiot talking about it. The fact that people pay 10 dollar's for his newletter just baffles me. How about the fact that the guy is also friends with people like Bret Hart, Mick Foley, Chris Jericho, Bruno Sammartino, Lance Storm, and many others well respected in the wrestling industry? I doubt they would associate with the guy if he was nothing more than a big fraud.

lol I'm not even a big fan of Ryder but I'm getting sick of WWE dicking him around. It's like they're more intent on proving a point than actually taking something and running with it. It's not even a "Val Venis on Heat" thing with the so-called IWC, it's beyond that in a big way, with signs all over the place and people chanting and mentions/signs right in the front row. You know, the fans that fork over the most cash?
People want to see him. It's fun to root for him and his character. And yet, who would have thought it, those who have the tightest reigns don't understand it. You can't have old, out of touch men running what's supposed to be a cutting edge entertainment company. That's how Kid Rock winds up playing Wrestlemania in 2009 and an entire episode of Raw gets dedicated to ZZ Top in the same year.
tl;dr Kevin Dunn needs to fall into a bottomless pit full of Michael Tarver clones. Vince, I'll wish him better and just say he should enjoy the retired life. But that's only because the guy has done so much.

He's gotten over because of himself, not cause of Creative. He's gotton over with the people who like him despite Creative. That's why Vince probably hates him Didn't Steve Austin get over without Creative? A lot of people DID. The most recent one I can think of is John Cena. Doesn't seem to work that way anymore unfortunately

That's why Vince probably hates him Didn't Steve Austin get over without Creative? Did Vince turn to Austin in desperation to launch the attitude era because he was getting his ass handed to him by WCW? Yes, because Austin was the person the fans wanted to see. It's simple, we the consumer demand something in a high quantity. We should be supplied him in some quantity. Not supplying Zack angers fans who want to see him and turn them off to the product in some way. It's simple wrestling economics 101. Vince has a goldmine here in Ryder, even if he only gets to Midcard, people will eat his stuff up. Yet he refuses to use that, I don't get it.

King Kong Bundy, Mean Gene, Andre the Giant in pit full of Michael Tarver clones, who do you save first?" Answer: {Spoiler}Just when you think you know the answer.... Sorry, none of them obviously as they're Tarver clones, instead you RUN!.

Just to be clear, I don't think Zack Ryder could or would ever lead a new boom period, become a 16 times world champion, become the next Rock/Austin/Hogan, or anything of the sort. I just think he could be a decent, US/IC title heel or face, that's all. But it's just so god damn pathetic that he doesn't get the chance while guys Ted DiBiase get chance after chance after chance after chance and STILL aren't over.
"Who you know" is a part of it, if the people in charge don't give a shit about you, you'll be fired, sadly its as simple as that.

Dave is almost always the first person to break a big news story in the wrestling biz. Most the time when he's "wrong" it's because some low-rate website credits their fake news to him. As far as him not naming sources, that's just how the journalism business works. Most journalists have several anonymous sources.

I don't believe that vince wants to bury him just because hates the internet, at first how can you hate the ''internet'', is like all those times that people said that the IWC really doesn't exist, but other times believe that exists when some guy in the company hates them.
At least if he doesn't appear on in the next raw after capitol punishment, then I will be worried, at least if im not wrong he got some mic time on superstars yesterday and gave a speech for the present crowd
I will wait until next week, or hell, next until to jump in the wagon of ''lol, vince hates anyhing that he doesn't create/the internet''

I think if Vince hated the internet he probably wouldn't allow the talent to have official Twitter accounts and wouldn't let the talent/commentators hype some feuds around them. Not to mention wouldn't plug WWE.com so much.
I'm sure he hates the typical internet smark types, but he's not Bischoff. If there's a big enough fanbase, no matter what kind, he'll cater to it.

Vince actually LOVES the Youtube show, but doesnt know that Ryder works for him. He was too busy watching Ryder on Youtube to write him into RAW.

Found this posted on another forum, it claims to be from the observer.
Meltzer was texted during the show by a WWE employee stating that the reason Zack was not on the show is because "Vince hates the internet". Backstage, many, many people were upset that the person getting the most chants throughout the night was not brought out for a promo or even a quick appearance in his hometown who clearly wanted him there. Meltzer got some more information today on the thought process.
Evidently, it was indeed a rib/joke being played on Zack. Zack had spent his prior show talking up how he was in his hometown, how excited he was, how this could be his chance to finally shine and move up on the card. Zack was told a few days ago he would have a promo and a match on RAW and would turn face on RAW, even being able to acknowledge his youtube show and Internet Champion gimmick. This is why Zack was so excited the past few days.
The rib went so far as there was even a fake script and timeline alloted for Zack to come out and wrestle, besides Superstars, with his RAW promo and on air face turn. When the time came close for this to happen, Zack was informed plans changed and he would not be on air. This was literally during the broadcast. The entire rib was Vince's idea and was because Vince is not a fan of the "bashing" Zack does about WWE and sees it as "giving in" to someone who is visibly bashing the company with "dropping ball" clips, etc.
Meltzer comments that the real joke is on the fans, as the reaction to him not being on air is not pretty and as the rib is being revealed, even less people are happy. Multiple wrestlers have stated their public displeasure with the rib and John Cena was said to directly confront Vince over the situation and what he felt was a poor joke.
Respect for Cena and as for Vince...man, is he really that cartoonish?

Does Zack actually say on his show that WWE are mis-using him? If so...I'm really not suprised this has happened, and neither should anyone else.

I believe this. I know smarks are supposed to look at the dirtsheets with a healthy level of skepticism, but this sounds very possible. Also, I'm not surprised on Cena; he was one of the first to call BS on Kaval's "Christmas present," as well as (supposedly) a supporter of both Ryder and Bourne, in fact, being used better.

He makes funny skits like jumping on ice and saying "the WWE is getting cold feet!" but he doesn't complain about it. Or even say they are misusing him.

Yeah if all that is true i'm not surprised.
When I first saw the 'WWE dropping the ball with Zack Ryder' clips I thought 'this isn't gonna help..'. It's a shame because his shows are funny anyway and don't need the bashing.
