In my opinion the WWE is starting to shift to inducting those under the Legend contract...and have completely retired or soon to be retired from in ring performances.
If this is the case, here is my hopeful list.
Earthquake - DUH!!!! But who would Quake like to induct him? Mean Gene - although he may host the event..unless Heenan were to host. Ricky Steamboat - Although still an agent/employee still great to see him. Flair would induct Stu Hart - Mainly to pull in Bret Hart into accepting an invitation for WM23 IMO... Hawk and Animal - Animal accepting on behalf of Hawk, Precious Paul inducting them. Ted Dibiase - See Steamboat above. Hogan may induct.
My other inductees would be: Fink, Dusty, Bret Hart, Owen, and just for shear amuzement...HTM!

I think this should be a "Chicago" class year. LOD, Rick Rude, Hennig, Roberts maybe, and Ted Dibiase
I would love for the year Bret is inducted that do a Hart class: Bret, Owen, Stu, Neidhart, Bulldogs. Some of the best tag and singles wrestlers from the 80s and 90s

I think it is too early to induct Eddie.
My main worry would be if they did induct him this year people would be like "Oh your only inducting him because his dead".
The fact of the matter is you wouldnt even be considering it yet if he were still living.
So yes Eddie Guerrero is a future Hall of Famer.. But not yet... I feel others have been waiting longer in line.

I'm the punky QB, known as McMahon. When I hit the turf, I've got no plan. I just throw my body all over the field. I can't dance, but I can throw the pill. I motivate the cats, I like to tease. I play so cool, I aim to please. That's why you all got here on the double To catch me doin' the Super Bowl Shuffle. Something tells me they would do something like this. And, it being Chicago and the 20th anniversary of the Super Bowl XX victory, let me toss a celebrity induction: "The Refrigerator" William Perry It's perfect. He was in the NFL/WWF battle royal at WM2.

i think eddie guerreo is a geat coice but not as this time his death may be fresh in all of our minds but and as much as alot of wrestling fans would love to see eddie in the hall of fame i think that the wwe is going to go after talent that is already in retiement I.E. dibiase jake roberts and bret possibly some dead entrants owen, the bulldog.

Mr T is from Chicago, too. So I wouldn't be surprised at all if that happens. Or, it will probably be the Fridge. And his wierd thong-tanktop thing he wore in WM2. EDIT: Found a pic;
