Why? You said you may be missing something. If you see the Dark Knight, you won't be missing anything. You'll get it. Showtime "Krimzon"? I am alerting Danny Rodd on facebook to your obvious gimmick infringement.

I am put off by the idea of Comic book movies that try to hard to be realistic. That or I just want to take the contrary position on things sometimes,to the effect that since everyone says I should see it I won't.

TDK does use "real world" technology (like the Ledger Joker's use of RPGs and shotguns rather than deadly hand buzzers and laughing gas), but the cool thing about it is that dialogue and plot wise, it's still very comic bookish. Either way, if Sting's going to be crazy(er), I'd rather he just drop the Joker paint.

I haven't seen The Dark Knight because I have zero interest in anything Christian Bale or Heath Ledger does, HOWEVER, even I can see that this "Krimzon" fella is clearly ripping off Ledger's Joker character.

Krimson aka CK3 isn't a bad wrestler. But yeah, I'm calling this a major stretch. Obviously, Vince Russo is ripping off Dark Knight and so is he.

I almost laughed coming into the thread given I brought up how Krimson did a better Ledger rip off than Sting by far about 3 days back on a different topic. But hopefully this is all a joke, or just a false controversy to get Krimson some much deserved attention. Decent wrestler and a good promo guy, so probably just trying to dig up some more attention by any means.

Your loss. Not really, i personally find it very overrated, goes on way too long and not much really happens to be honest. I liked Jack Nicholsons joker better as well personally, wasn't too keen on bales gravel voice for batman either, always sounded like he had a mouth full of skittles. As for the news item, everyone rips off everyone, deal with it.

Well after reading the expanded, and updated version, of what allegedly occurred, if this is true I've lost a ton of respect for those in charge of TNA Impact Wrestling. Furthermore, I feel this could potentially cause them major problems securing new talent in the future. After all, what is to keep them for stealing the gimmick and/or style of any other wrestlers they deal with in the future? How many indy guys will want to deal with them in the future, and take such a chance once the proceeding story makes the rounds? I know, if I were an indy wrestler, I sure wouldn't take such a chance.

Cause if the independent scene is known for anything, it's originality.

ohhh, this is Conrad Kennedy III? I just saw him on a couple of old ROH shows. didn't know it was the same dude. his matches never really stuck out for me but good on him for at least trying to do something other than "Average Indy Joe"

Cause if the independent scene is known for anything, it's originality. You can say the samething for TNA Touche. Still, the guy openly says he ripped off his gimmick off the Joker, and still acts like he was ripped off here for ripping off someone. The movie came out in 2008, and how many damn wrestlers in WWE or TNA had "Joker-like tendances"? Jeff Hardy? Edge? Hell, I've RPed with the mod called Joker here in an efed, and who was his character basis? Calender Man! No, I'm kidding, it was Joker. Also, while Krimson is doing Ledger's voice, Sting at least sounds like Sting, and at least is a crazy face than typical goth Raven/Vampiro/Kevin Sullivan heel.
