Initial reports coming out of the PPV is that Jeff Hardy suffered what can only be described as a total melt down in the ring during his few moments with Sting. He was stumbling around and it seems Sting called the audible and wrapped things up in a matter of seconds.
Wade Keller claims that backstage the word is that Jeff was in no condition to even be in the match to begin with.
WHAT HAPPENED AFTER VICTORY ROAD WENT OFF THE AIR: Nothing. The fans in the Impact Zone chanted "Bull****" while security walked Jeff Hardy to the back. -PWinsider
So...what to do now with Jeff?

TNA, this is why you don't deserve to succeed. If a seasoned pro like Sting takes it to such an extreme, YOU HAVE A BLOODY PROBLEM! This is what happens when you don't have a wellness program. You get dopefiends like Jeff Hardy endangering everybody. He could've killed Ken Anderson and Sting refused to let something bad happen to him. FIX THIS!

If it's true. I actually feel sorry. For him and TNA. He should never have been put in that situation.

*sniff sniff* Smells like worked shoot. For TNA's sake....I hope not. Doing something this stupid ON PURPOSE is a death sentence and will make the very few people who actually did pay for that PPV, never want to order again.

I liked worked shoots like this. Keeps things interesting. WWE doesn't have that anymore.

*sniff sniff* Smells like worked shoot. What would be the pay off to bringing Jeff's real life problems into the mix, though? I won't be surprised if it is, but what would be the point? It's not like you have a guy like Punk to call him out on it.

This is not going to help Jeff's court case.

Good for Sting. He should be gone after this. It sucks what happened, but it's more important Sting just end it and get it over with.
I was actually getting tea when they were doing the announcements in the ring. I'll have to look up the video later on.
But yeah, Jeff needs the boot.

One HAS to think that TNA isn't stupid enough to pull a work-shoot like this. I have to believe that they learned SOMETHING from WCW's demise. TNA very well could've lost fans tonight and for damn sure lost PPV buys. They wouldn't take that risk. I just can't believe that.

I should say, I say that having not seen the last two PPVs. I just remember similar stories the last two shows and that is why I think that. Then again it wouldn't be the first time they've had guys wrestle who had no business being in the ring that night.

If Jeff really is back on drugs then it's REALLY sad since he stopped doing drugs for his daughter.

I hope it's a worked shoot, seeing as it's better than the alternative. At the same time, if it is a worked shoot, what a f***ing stupid classless thing to do one about.
