I just just find it funny that Anderson took the character from Resident Evil and pointlessly put her in the Three Musketeers. I wonder which director husband/actor wife is worst: Kevin Smith/Jen Smith, Tim Burton/Helena Bonham Carter, or Paul Anderson/Milla Jovovich or other. You can argue that at least Burton/Carter are both talented at what they do. As I mentioned in the other thread from a while ago about Three Musketeers, I gave Burton/Carter a slide because Burton at least had the balls to not only not use his significant other in every film he's made since hooking up with her, he's also had the balls to not give her a headlining role in every film she's been put in. Carter got saddled with the tiny bit part as Charlie's mom in Charlie & the Chocolate Factory, meaning at best, a couple of minutes on screen at the start and end of the film. So you can't really hate on Burton for using his other half, because he doesn't use her all the time, and even when he does, it doesn't automatically mean she's in a major role. Doesn't hurt that Carter seems like the kind of actor that, regardless of how major or minor the part, is just happy to have a part. I doubt I can say the same for Milla now. She seems like someone that has to have one of the major roles in a film.

Say what you will about Kevin Smith's movies, but at least his wife is usually in a small role if she's there at all. VERY true, except in the case of (I believe) Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back and CLERKS II. And even then, Smith doesn't sign on to direct say, a Dead Space movie, write out Isaac Clark altogether, and make his wife the un-killable, unstoppable, super duper BADASS royale-with-cheese hero of the movie. And then follow it up with two MORE movies in the Dead Space universe where she gets even MORE powerful in each installment until Galactus, Dr. Manhattan, Neo, John Cena, Batman, Wolverine, AND Superman combined STILL aren't a match for her. That's how f*****g ridiculous Jovovich/Anderson are. I'd argue that her role in Clerks II was small, even though her character was essential to the story. I know it sounds like an oxymoron but it makes sense in my head haha. Plus, I know I'm splitting hairs but I just wanted to say that. Is that really how bad those movies have gotten? I haven't watched any of them.

Uhhh... you only got the lead part because you're the director's wife. That's not a testament of your acting skills, Milla.
I grew to despise the Razzies after they failed to nominate "Furry Vengenace" this year, instead opting to feature both a Twilight film AND a Twilight parody, but you know she will be nominated for Worst Lead Acrtress.

She's not that bad when she does comedy. She should stick to comedies and stop with the action stuff.

Yeah, Twilight being nominated was a joke. Clearly just kissing up to the Internet there. Hell, I expected it to win, except cooler heads prevailed and Last Airbender took it.

I posted it in the Razzies thread, but I had a list of I believe 10 or so WORSE than Twilight films, all released in the first six months of that year. None of which were ACTUALLY nominated.
