WWE - Best in the world at taking something special and finding a way to snuff out the flame.
Law of diminishing returns much?

There's a problem about who's winning? Uhh....isn't this obvious?

I dont see anything wrong with that actually. The Rock wins at mania and Cena wins the following two.

I dont see anything wrong with that actually. The Rock wins at mania and Cena wins the following two. Makes sense, to a degree. Give the Miami fans (and old school fans) something to cheer about, then let Cena get his win back plus one to put over the new generation. So long as there aren't any conflicting schedules or injuries to get in the way.

The Wrestlemania match becomes kinda meaningless then. And I don't think I want this Rock/Cena stuff dragged out even further. That would make it the big angle for that whole spring/summer.
I hope its just talk.

WWE - Best in the world at taking something special and finding a way to snuff out the flame. Law of diminishing returns much? Well, that's not the worst way to do it, with the final match happening at SummerSlam. If the final match happened at....at.....see, this is the problem with WWE changing their Pay Per View names. I can't remember what comes after Extreme Rules. But that's another thread. If the matches happened at three consecutive pay per views, that would ruin it. Spacing it out like this is the best way to do it if they're insistent on doing it.

so like how HBK/Hogan was supposed to go but without Rock pulling a Hogan? or Cena overselling everything?

It's only a 'dream match' that one time.
Take for example the return match with Hogan/Rock.. that wasn't a big deal, at all.

Honestly, if it's not just a Cena/Rock one off at WM, it loses a lot of appeal to me.

Works. That allows them to give Rock the win at Mania.
Although I'd cut it down to two matches.
Rock wins at Mania, then Cena wins the rematch at SummerSlam.
That way, both men get a win and nobody can truly complain.

Rock wins at Mania with that crazy Miami crowd, Cena wins the other two. Cena winning the feud is the best option, and Rock winning at Mania will solve thr problem of them being pissed about Cena winning. It makes sense in some ways.
But the problem is it kinda takes away from the 'only time these two will meet' special feeling of the match at Mania.
Im on the fence here

The Extreme Rules match seems unnecessary.
Ive said before though, have Rock go over at Mania, and then build towards a rematch at Summerslam.

this is the problem with the net. You think the WWE will advertise it's a best of three?

Makes sense I suppose.
Though if SummerSlam is in Los Angeles again I'd imagine the crowd being more in favor with The Rock than Cena.

people will get tired of it Isn't there a wide gap between Extreme Rules and Summerslam? There's enough time to let things settle before picking up again. People didn't get tired of Cena/Punk, and that happened much more often than this will. If it's true, that is.

I don't think it should go on for that long....because I think the Rock should go into a feud with CM Punk afterwards. Which would be DYNOMITE. But the rematch idea is good.

1.Ok, why would anyone inside WWE tell figure four weekly this news?
2. That completely defeats the purpose of a "dream match".
