Re-Reading Glen Duncan's I, Lucifer. An ex bought me that as a gift (after she had become an ex) - said it made her think of me. Once I'd read it, I wasn't sure whether to take it as a compliment... I, Lucifer is a great book. Glen Duncan has another one about a ghost, but I can't remember the title - good one too though. Currently reading: Rebel w/o a Crew by Robert Rodriguez

Some weird comic book/graphic novel/fanzine type thing called Manchild. The only reason I bought it was because it came with a Melvins live CD. But the book itself is quite interesting.

A few things: The Lovers - John Connolly (I think it's the seventh book in the Charlie Parker series of novels) The League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen Vol.1 - Alan Moore & Kevin O'Neill (Finished the comic portion. Just getting threw that Alan Quartermain story in the back.. BTW is Vol.2 any good?) The Mothman Prophecies - John Peel (well not reading. It's a Audiobook.. About halfway threw). How was "The Lovers"? I've only read the first Parker novel as well as Nocturnes and Book of Lost Things..how are the other Parker novels aside from Every Dead Thing? I'm excited to read 'em.

I've been considering picking up the Dark Tower series..I'm ashamed to admit that I have never read anything released by King.
I'm guessing by the previous posts that this is highly recommended?

Bet your ass it is. It also connects to a lot of his other works (Like From A Buick 8, etc). The Marvel comics version is actually quite well done as well. The first mini-series is an adaptation of "Wizard and Glass".

I recently finished reading "I Just Wasn't made For These Times", a biography about the making of Beach Boys' milestone record "Pet Sounds". It was a fascinating read!
