So I started playing WoW again after about a 2 year layoff. Not super obsessively addicted to it but I'm having fun. Currently I have a level 62 night elf hunter on Sargaras.
So if anyone else is playing feel free to add me as a friend. ToyfareMarkLives@aol.com Figured I'd make a thread for all of us currently playing.

I'll throw you a friend invite in short order. I just got back in after about a year away from the game.

I have been playing since right before Burning Crusade came out. I get close to burn out from time to time, but taking a few days off always seems to help.

I'm going through the zones at level (cutting off and on xp) in order to get a look at the new quest and lore. I'm more a lore nerd than anything else so super fast levels aren't appealing to me.

The lore doesn't really interest me TOO much, but it can be interesting. The John J Keeshan and Col. Troteman quests are cheesy as hell, but fun.
It's kind of funny because I did the Keeshan/Troteman in Burning Steppes first, now I'm doing their low level quests just to build rep with Stormwind. Oh well.

Wish I could play more right now, but got school. On the plus side, I got a beta invite to a certain big name MMO for this weekend. Very exciting moment for me.

Have lvl 83 warrior. Just can't get over that last hump. I know I ran randoms like a MoFo to get my last 2 lvls........I recommend Violet Hold (It's short, easy to gear for, and the nature of the dungeon means no 2 runs are exactly the same)

I went right to Uldum at 83. I love that zone, as does my inner Egypt and Indiana Jones nerd. I play on Wyrmrest Accord. Horde-side though (85 Belf Pally and working on belf priest, rogue, goblin shammy, and tauren druid), so I can't play with any of you Alliance scum. Also have nelf hunters and druids I never play. Though on Steamwheedle I'm working on Alliance characters. Have a 30-31 Human Pally, fresh Draenei DK, and a lowbie mage.

I'm kinda proud that I have been able to solo some quests that are recommended for 2 players or more. Of course being a hunter you always have a second player with you sort of.
Speaking of hunters. Being as I'm at level 63. Is there any particular animal you should have as a pet at this point? Or does it not really matter?

I have an 85 Rogue but haven't hardly played since Cata came out. Basically I am stuck, every time I go to do a heroic I get a group that wipes on the first damn pull then disbands and then its back in the que for another half hour and that is how anytime i try to play until i say screw this and log out.

I tried the game, but didn't find it much fun despite loving the RTS versions of Warcraft before it.

Some of my online friends who play think I'm very lucky. Which is probably true. Before I hit level 15 I had already gained the "Going Down?" achievement, fall 65 yards without dying. I found an orb of deception and sold it for 6000 gold. I'm averaging about 100 gold a day in the auction house.
I do have some bad luck though, I'm not exactly the best at PvP though I play on a PvP server anyway, and I finally got a good gun to drop in an instance. There is also the Stormwind rep thing so I'm doing tons of low level Stormwind quests to grind out those last 12,722 rep points I need to become exalted. I do have a Stormwind tabard equipped so thats helping a little. Of course since every random instance I go into is from Burning Crusade, thats not helping much.
I do battlegrounds sometimes which helps, but like I said, I'm not too great at PvP, although I get my fare share of kills. I don't gank though, and I have had plenty of opportunities, that doesn't stop it from happening to me though lol.
Oh yeah, before anyone says anything, I do know about "The Lost Supplies" repeatable quest to get Stormwind rep, but I like being sane thank you very much.
If anyone else is on Sargaras feel free to find me to do some questing. Of course I can simply make a Death Knight and come to any other server too I guess. Ok I'm rambling, I'll stop now.

Oh and I came across this right after I had finished that last post, and I had to film it. Very weird. And funny!
I'm sure working on this game is a constant nightmare for Blizzard. Glitches like this, quests that are broken. I'm looking at you "Saving Foreman Oslow".

Played a max level hunter since December of 04. Only within the past 6 months have I decided it was time to level an alt, and now I'm a proud owner/operator of a max level warrior.
I play on Silvermoon/Alliance

Generally you'll want a tanking pet out for questing... turtles work well for that since they have an ability that decreases the damage they tank, and I usually have a cat out in instances for the DPS+ they have a buff similar to the shaman's strength of earth totem. If you haven't already, I also suggest switching to MM spec, as you'll kill stuff a lot faster at that level w/ it. edit: my Hunter armory to give you an idea of what works for me us.battle.net/wow/en/character/area-52/Orisha/advanced

Here's my current one, then: us.battle.net/wow/en/character/dark-iron/Atiwasser/simpleAlso, Toyfare, your guy needs quite a bit of upgrades. The back, wrists, hands, 1 ring, and 1 trinket are all low for a guy who's several levels into Outland. Also, get some cheap gems or something so that you can socket them into your leggings. Hopefully, that helps you a bit.
