Why do you have to make a choice? Isn't it possible to enjoy both? It seems awfully narrow thinking. It's like saying any match that isn't a five star classic isn't enjoyable. But if that's how you feel then fair enough. It's not saying that at all. If I see a match and think it was 4-stars, then another match comes along and just blows it out of the water but is still not a 5-star match, my opinion of the first match is going to lower at least a little bit. But it's you can still like both matches. I don't see how the second match would cancel out everything you liked so much about the first. Otherwise there would be only one single match in the entirety of wrestling that you have enjoyed. And that can't be the case.

I like some matches today just as much or maybe even more than I did the first time I saw them. With other matches, I question how I ever thought they were good.

As has been mentioned, all sports entertainers will have their haters. She is the best diva they have. Great worker + great on the mic + great charisma. Other than Sara Del Ray, I'd say she is the best womens' wrestler on the planet right now. Charisma is the ability to inspire loud crowd reactions. That's something AJ is incapable of doing. I'd say that other than the bella twins, she's the most useless womens wrestler of all time. And I would politely disagree.

I think originally they did want to book as her as a sympathetic character, although lately those plans have gone out the window. Tiger Maskeroo is completely on point that people think that face AJ was way more over than alot of people have said. While she did have decent crowd reactions during her matches, the crowd wasn't exactly going nuts as some have claimed. I will give AJ's involvement some credit, the way they are starting to book her is right and she has given an extra dimension to Bryan's character. But if anything I have to give Smackdown's booking(is Micheal Hayes still running it?) for making the adjustment to her character that fit it better and building on it. She is great at playing someone that is obsessed and almost too good at it because the fans have turned on her. Originally I believe they were going for a Savage/Elizabeth style relationship. Where they are going now is something completely different and original. AJ being too much of the cutesy type is what made this change necessary. I also liked what they did last week on Smackdown, absolute gold. Now she is a complete heel, without doing the normal things to become a heel. The fans are completely disgusted with both people. While before they hated Bryan and felt like she was just a nusiance. I'm not really sure whether people were claiming that the crowd was going nuts, but the point is that she was getting her name chanted, which as an unpushed, brand new, treated as little more than a rookie jobber - is pretty impressive. Not even some of the more popular divas who have been around for a while like Kelly get her name chanted. AJ is a good wrestler (top three active divas right now behind Beth and Natalya), she's got a great and unique look, and she's got a lot of personality and mic skill. Any suggestion that she is not a talent, or one of the worst ever (when she's not even close to one of the worst right now) is completely stupid.

While before they hated Bryan and felt like she was just a nusiance. It seemed that they originally wanted to keep AJ a face and have her turn on Bryan at Mania, but someone in creative decided that turning her heel (or at least in more of a grey zone) was the thing to do and it will be interesting to see if she turns into a full fledged heel at Mania or if she will continue to be in the grey zone where it not sure if she's being forced by Bryan to act in a heel manner (brainwashed) and could snap out of it later or if she's playing the crowd and she's consciously joined up with Bryan. As for the crowd, based on tweets during AJ segments and Facebook comments, most people were buying into AJ being abused/needing to be saved until her interference on Raw where most people turned on her and only a minority continued the original opinion. And the current head writer for Smackdown is Ed Koskey (Hayes is now the head of agents/producers). I think this excerpt from the Best and worst of Raw 3/26 thread that got posted sums it up: You're correct in that people on Twitter and Facebook are angry at AJ for her actions and voluntarily putting herself in danger by shielding Daniel Bryan this past Monday on Raw. But at the same time they also feel sorry that her loyalty and devotion is being wasted on someone who doesn't reciprocate her love and is only using her for his own ends. It's a weird dichotomy and like that exceprt stated we're not suppose to like AJ's actions but in the end those actions are coming about due to the months of Bryan manipulating her. Bryan supporting her during her matches and those kisses he gives her before each of his matches only furthers that manipulation. As Sheamus mentioned in his backstage fallout interview last week, AJ's naive and innocent nature is being manipulated by Bryan and that she still believes that he is the same Daniel Bryan that she fell in love with late last year.

Not really sure why you quoted my post, it doesn't even seem like you read more than the first line. I gave her credit for her talent and never said she wasn't. But I did say fans are giving her way more credit for being over as a face. During her matches she does get a decent crowd reaction, but entrance and when talking not so much. Well not until her alliance with Daniel Bryan. It is alot like the Mickie James obsession, you are either one way or the other and when you are in the middle people will criticize you to the point that it will make you go to one side. I actually like AJ, but I think some of the AJ fans are giving her too much credit. She's cute, she's a solid worker and I would accept that she is one of the best under Natalya/Beth, but certainly not beyond them. Heck, I even admitted she's great in this role. But you probably won't read most of this post and just jump to the conclusion that since I didn't say that AJ is more over than the other divas by 10 million percent that I was wrong and a "hater".
