Who got to much of the push and simply didn't deserve it and who should have gotten more but never did. And why

Overpushed would be HHH. Easily. He's mentioned in the same breath (for some reason) as Austin and Rock, but didn't have the appeal of either. He's become legendary since then, nonetheless, and I will never understand it. Underpushed? Taka Michinoku. Likely because he was too Asian.

Since I was posting this in another thread. Del Rio. I don't know what it is, but it seems like the company always overpush their new heels (Del Rio, Sheamus, Kozlov) and in the end they only end up getting mild heat with crowd.
Bobby Lashley was another case. But I'd argue he probably would've stuck around as a solid maineventer if Krystal didn't get fired.

lol I'm kind of afraid of stepping on another landmine here but I think this is pretty safe.
Underpushed: MVP.

Underpushed: Chris Masters. Guy improved a ton, became a solid undercard babyface, and they never rewarded for him for it.
Overpushed: Controversial, but Carlito. Guy was given multiple opportunities and TV time long after the point where it was clear he stopped caring.

Overpushed: John Cena
Not to say that John didn't deserve all his attention, but I think if WWE had been more willing to take a few risks every once in a while over the last few years then the WWE could have been a lot more entertaining.
Underpushed: Diamond Dallas Page.
He was around during the Ruthless Aggression era and was pretty much wasted in my opinion. During his time in WCW he was a red hot face and probably the #4 or #5 guy in the world for a short period of time. His arrival in the WWE should have produced dream matches and wrestlemania moments, but it mostly just fizzled.

They both over and underpushed Jack Swagger to the point where many forget that his World Heavyweight Title reign even happened. Mostly due to them momentarily taking him out of his goofy jock persona that could mess you up in the ring to another serious wrestler. Plus, his feud with Rey Mysterio didn't do him any favors. If they built Swagger up some more before he cashed in his briefcase and gave him a little longer to be seen as a credible threat, then they could have had something on their hands. Overpushed him to the WHC, Underpushed him to the point that it was a footnote compared to Randy Orton and John Cena in the main event.
No better sign of that then Swagger being RKOed during that one segment. At least Swagger got a clean victory out of Orton, so that's a plus.

Recently, Del Rio has been incredibly overpushed in my humble opinion.
Underpushed... hmmm. Stevie Richards?

Overpushed: Ezekiel Jackson - How many chances is he going to get until the WWE realise he's worthless? Luckily they seemed to have mellowed on him at last but really, if it wasn't for his size he would have been released years ago.
Underpushed: Paul Burchill - Thought he was much more deserving than the jobber position he got. Also Tyson Kidd for the very same reason.

Overpushed: The answer can't not be HHH. It's not even posible to be anyone else.
Underpushed: A lot trickier, but I'm gonna go with DDP. I think he could have been AT LEAST at Booker T's level if they pushed him enough. Infact as much as I like Booker, I still believe DDP should have been in his role during the Alliance angle (but that doesn't mean Booker should have jobbed to Undertakers wife).

Masters was both over and underpushed at points in his career.
Kaval would probably be getting a nice little push now had he decided not to leave

The thing about HHH is that while you can argue him being overpushed, the man has stayed perpetually over for 13 years. That level of overness IMO justifies his push.

Underpushed: Swagger.
I dont understand why they can't seem to figure out what to do with him. The guy can go in the ring against main eventers (see: his match with Cena while he was ECW champ)
