Also, even if he wanted to just name the women he's banged, there's no way Vince would let him. He'd rather not have to clean up that mess.

You wanted him to talk about his TNA run and his past relationships? Is this supposed to be a joke thread? Because really that stuff would just be unnecessary and dull padding.

Because you know, The Gathering made such a big "impact" on TNA...

I don't see how it matters that the stuff they talked about was things you "already knew". Good for you, that means you're a big fan. You think they're just going to leave it out then? Or make up new details? "Well, everyone knows he's from Chicago already, so let's reveal in the DVD that he's from Hoboken and he once f***ed Traci Brooks there while Doink watched". Give me a break.

The depth of the personal info you wanted is almost kinda creepy. If it was worth talking about, it would have been.

see this is why i hesitated to post this, because look at all the hate. I must be a "troll" and all im wanting to sleaze, couldnt be farther from the truth. I have been coming to this site for probably longer than most of you, but I just dont post that often so just because I have a different opinoin than the majority doesnt mean im a troll. You mention how his time in TNA he didn't do anything important, that may be true but my point is is was apart of his pre WWE days..they mentioned about everything else, why not tna? Like I said they didnt have to mention it by name, just call it "a company down south" And why would it be that big of a shocker? ?Didn't Cena mention a couple years ago during the Nexus days that if he gets fired, he would show up on someone elses television show and then he threw in a Brother. Also, didnt Kaval, mention tna in a rap on NXT? So its not like they have never atleast acknowledged TNA. He may not have liked it in TNA, but he had a pretty big feud with Raven in TNA, would have been a perfect way to get into their ROH stuff as well. I love how i imply that a dvd should have gotten more in depth in his life as a whole, and how someone that means Im wanting to know who hes f***ed in the lockerroom or in the Indys, I dont beleive I said that. It would have explained better his passion for the business as where he cannot find a steady gf, in or outside of the ring because the wrestling business consumes him, you then could have interviews Lita, Maria..etc..etc....but u know, instead of it coming across as Punks passion for wrestling doesnt allow him to be in a steady relationship, it automatically implies im wanting them to talk about f***ing each other....... I love this site I really do but anytime anyone has a different opinoin, its always o they are trolls or your just an idiot or whatever.... If this DVD was for anyone else i would have given it a 7-8..but Punk is different, his story is different, his morals and his path to that top was different...I dont feel I learned much from this documentary other than things I already knew. ( hes from chicago, wrestled in the Indy, and hes kinda a jerk to people thats not his friends)...Also, I heard about the Joey Mercury story last Summer

I was going to give you a full response, but I decided not to waste my time since you're probably just a troll. There's nothing I loathe more than someone who says they don't want to waste their time with a response, but respond anyway and also go out of their way to insult the person. Classy.

What I'm trying to understand here is this.
Here is the thread title.
And then here is the first sentence of the last paragraph.
If 5/10 is considered sucky, what would 1/10 be on your scale? Hitlerish?

A throwaway line on TV isn't the same as a feature or chapter on a dvd.
And about TNA being his big exposure, and I'm sure I'm not the only one, but I never knew he was ever in TNA until they released that dvd compilation of his time in TNA back when his popularity sky rocketed....

Ok so before TNA, the second largest company at the time, the only step up was the WWE..so dont try telling me IWA or ROH were above TNA....if TNA wasnt his biggest exposure, what was?

WWECW. when Punk was in TNA, they were still doing weekly pay-per-view, which were so successful Jeff & Jerry Jarrett in less than a year had to sell the company to Panda Energy to keep it from going under. being the number two company on that level doesn't mean a thing

TNA at that point in time was during the weekly ppv period and was nowhere near the company it is now.
It most certainly was not big enough to count as anyone's first exposure on the national scale as TNA wasn't even at a national scale at that point as not every market carried it. It was a large indy and was about on par with Ring of Honor at the time period and calling TNA the number two promotion at that time period is grossly overstating it's significance.
