Can he not be bothered? I'm a fan of Matt Bloom, a big fan, particularly when he was A-Train but between him sandbagging Ryback and then falling onto Brodus last night I really wonder if he's struggling to give a monkeys anymore. Not that I blame him.

Or those two couldn't lift him. I think he is the largest guy that Brodus has ever tried to lift and probably wrestle even and we've seen Ryback struggle with Heyman so I don't think you can say it's all on Tensai.

I too am a closet fan of the guy, loved him back as Prince Albert, hated when he wore yellow and danced around, but followed him after WWE to his career in Japan and was happy to see like Scott Norton he found success over there..
When I found out he was coming back I got excited. I didn't mind the gimmick they gave him. It was thrilling to see him rip people apart..
I think his biggest downfall is that people don't care about him anymore. The WWE hasn't given to squirts of piss to care his way in months. I realized it was downhill when he lost Tyson Kidd.
I would love to see him go after the US title in all honesty, sadly I think WWE has given up on him.
I say repackage him into Albert have him come out wearing the leather pants again and let him be some evil heel's enforcer or let him Tag with Yoshi Tatsu

Not that I blame him. Brodus and Ryback aren't exactly the strongest guys. Brodus really doesn't have much muscle mass, and Ryback has useless bodybuilder muscles. So they can't really handle Tensai's weight. I doubt the real strongmen in the company, like Kane and Cesaro, would have much trouble working with him.

I think Tensai is great really. Dude had a fantastic match with Sheamus a couple months ago on Smackdown. The fact that the crowd goes out of their way to shit on his matches pretty much ensures that he's never going to get over.

I like him and don't get the hate he gets from the crowd. He puts on decent matches, has a fun, hard-hitting style and a mean look.
All I can think is his shoddy debut and original gimmick immediately put people off.

They simply need to scrap the "Tensai" thing. To prevent the crowd from heckling him, they need to cover all of their bases by calling him "The Giant A-Train" Albert Bernard, formerly known as Tensai.

Or they could mix-up all names and have him call himself "Lord Giant A-Tensai" and insist everyone to call him by his full name. Imagine it. Cena:"Look here Albert--" Tensai: "MY NAME IS LORD GIANT A-TENSAI" Cena:"...You are a giant A-something alright, but listen Giant A-Tensai--" Tensai:"YOU FORGOT TO ADD LORD"

I thought he was great last night, and Brodus had no business trying to go for that T Bone imo. He can be a great upper midcard worker if the 'E decides to change their mind on giving up on him.

A few times, if I'm not mistaken. I find it funny how easily people forget that.

Funny thing about Tensai? Dude's over as a heel, at least according to the Survivor Series crowd. I love how everyone, including the bookers, thinks he's not over, but he is.

The Florida crowd after WrestleMania screwed him by giving him no reaction and chanting for Daniel Bryan during his whole match

And Ryback easily lifted him again last night. Ryback didnt have trouble on Raw but he also lifted him differently and Tensai didn't bother to help. I just think he either sandbags the shit out of everyone or is incapable of movement.

The thing is that other than the name, is Tensai any different from those past personas? Once he dropped the "Lord", Sakamoto, and the entrance robes, there's really nothing to heckle. Although I do think Albert Bernard would be a nice name. It ties to his past AND fits the formula of the "FCW Name Generator".

Still a fan, still like his matches. Still perplexed by the strange insistence that (a) he somehow sandbags guys in moves where that's not really possible, and (b) because Wrestler X lifted him one time but not another, it's somehow instant proof of point #1.
He's heavy, he's built like a truck and he's not as easy to perform certain moves on as other guys. I'm hardly an expert, but I really don't think there's anything more to it than that.

The Florida crowd after WrestleMania screwed him by giving him no reaction and chanting for Daniel Bryan during his whole match That probably was the worst crowd ever to debut someone with that kind of a gimmick, looking back. An "Attitude Era" style character like Lord Tensai in a time where guys like CM Punk and Daniel Bryan are hot is probably not a recipe for a great moneymaker. Especially when it was so obvious that it was the guy who used to be Albert, just more oily.
