@the Man They Call Asher:
I wouldn't be that mean to Gus. Let's please treat each other with a fair amount of respect.
I feel SNS brought up a very good point. Gus showed a deeper knowledge of mafia games than I've ever seen from him and he used his understanding of previous games to create theories and attempt to search for mafia. He thought deeply/strongly, and was very active.
And revealing he was a cult, and the only cult, is one of the reasons town won this game.
Was he a little too resistant to admitting he was wrong? Yeah. But I don't think he should be painted as this massive villain. Because fact of the matter is, nearly any day phase, if we found him too annoying/uncooperative, we could've voted him out.
@jazzman
Your gambits early on left me nervous that you were mafia. But I slowly started growing to trust you to the point where I wasn't buying when B Natural was trying to turn me against you.
Towards the end, you were the main person I was looking to and relying on to help find the final mafia. You're a smart/strong player that knew what he was doing. Also, catching on to B Natural stalling the lynch saved the game for us.
And honestly, I was petrified that you were going to vote against me in the next day phase, and cost town the win.

I'm not faulting the guy for playing the game the way he wanted to. Everyone's got their own style of play and that's fine. I'm just putting my opinion out there because it was very abrasive over the course of the game and may turn other people off as well. It's as much for his sake and the sake of those who will play with him in the future as it is for my sake that I just needed to vent a little about it. If I've offended anyone with my post, I apologise and will remove it if needed.

I was 99% certain though that Zack was lying with that last post as it came across to me as the Mr. B. last post before voting. Had it happened though I wouldn't have even been made. If you were mafia you deserved the win more than anyone else in the history of the game.

Note Gus has never been like that. And I'm sure he won't be like that(at least to that extent) in the future... if he even decides to play again.
Much can be attributed to the length of the game as well as mafia burnout. I suggest anyone that has such frustrations that they think they will never play another mafia game(there are 3 of you now that have mentioned it), take a break from them and come back later and give it another go.
This was the excpetion from the norm... not the norm. And I really hope to see you guys back in another game.

Anyway, well played game by all. I feel like if I weren't so worried about my grades... I probably still would've been killed that night.

Me, on September 24, right after everyone decided to stop listening to me and allowed SNS, who was scum, convince you that Gus was town, which as of day four he was not.
"So you're ignoring stone cold proof now?
Fine, lynch me, I don't care anymore, just know when he flips Mafia, I am going to gloat for MONTHS.
MONTHS!!!!!"
I was also asked who else was on my radar on the time, I said Double H and Hawkeye, Hawkeye was replaced by the end of the day by Masonk565, and it turned out he was the cult leader and Dub H didn't really help until he was replaced by Bergman.
Me, on October 26, despite having been driven completely insane the previous day phase.
"This is what I feel, either Gus or Zack are scum, based on this, I don't see a scenario where they're both on the same side.
The only other possibility is for them to both be scum, but on different scum sides, as in one is mafia and one is third party."
The next day.
"WELL YOU WON'T LYNCH GUS WHO DOES NOTHING BUT CAUSE PROBLEMS!!!!!!
Seriously, I am so tired of the crap, we can't get our act together enough to listen to common frigging sense.
It's better to lynch someone suspicious and be wrong than not to lynch anyone ever.
Besides, if you lynch me it will STILL give you people more to work with than if you don't.
You will have a list of those who voted for me, a list you can study to figure out who the mafia band wagoners are.
And yet everyone is so desperate to keep the guy who refuses to help in any way shape or form because ONE GUY VOTED FOR HIM ONCE.
Seriously, the whole insane cop thing is worthless, for all you people know he didn't even investigate him, he could have investigated someone else and kept it to himself as strategy, while throwing Gus's name out as a red herring so as not to derail his investigation.
There are so many problems right now, and yet you come after me, WHO IS DOING EVERYTHING HE CAN TO HELP, instead of Gus, Zack, Magiconz, ALL of whom are less useful to the town right now.
Everyone wants to get the distraction between Gus and myself out of the way so bad, then DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT FOR ONCE!
I said it before and I'll say it one more time for the cheap seats.
YOU HAVE NO PROOF EITHER GUS OR ZACK ARE TOWN, HELL, THEY COULD BOTH BE SCUM COVERING EACH OTHERS BUTTS.
And the one time I try to give Gus the benefit of the doubt, the one time I try to humor everyone else's hunch that Gus is town, people still come after me instead of him.
I don't care what you do, lynch whoever you like, but if I'm lynched, at least I won't have to deal with all the slow, painful, torturous discussion that does absolutely nothing to help anyone.
But I will get to gloat, because you will finally realize you ignored the guy who has been telling you the truth all along."
"And there's another thing.
Did nobody notice that there's more than two different colors of dead people, there's green town, red vampires and orange mafia?
THERE IS A THIRD PARTY, CLEARLY!!!"
Sure, I got the color wrong, but what happened?
The Mafia and the Cult both killed me.
And God help me, I kept following the game, you have no idea how happy I was to see Gus turn out to have been scum since day four, the day I made my campaign against him went from mere suspicion to outright targeting, and you'll notice just how much more obstinate he became as soon as he turned.
So, in the end, we won, which is good and it turned out I was right about even more things than I thought I was.

Jono great game outta you. I owe you an apology I think. I am the one who first doubted Gus but I backed off too soon as the rest of town fell into line and I let you take the heat. It was just so frustrating to see people close themselves off to any and all possibilities, yet never commit to anything. If nothing else he should have been voted out day two for his omgus voting and focusing, that way town or not we get rid of a distraction and start to develop a voting pattern. As a member of the town I suppose I should be happy we won, but I really feel like the mafia lost this game more than the town won. We relied on power roles and role claims and a lot of luck and very little real game play.

I'm sorry to everyone that I disappeared during the game. I had some computer issues for a few months, but I was poisoned anyway, so I was going to die during the next night anyway. Everyone played a great game and definitely no hard feelings towards anyone. It's easy to get annoyed in these games, but at the end of the day, what good does it do to let yourself get so frustrated that you're not having fun anymore? The only thing I'd say about Gus is that he's said he was on Sharpshooter for a long time, but I tried to get him lynched 2 or 3 times and NOBODY backed me on it. Jerks. And I absolutely hate playing Monday morning quarterback in these games. I hate the whole "I knew he was Mafia the whole time!"..... but I'm going to do it. I actually had a feeling about both SNS and Latino when Pegasus was asking us all who we thought were Mafia, but I felt so in over my head in this game already, that I didn't feel like rocking the boat and getting into a lengthy argument/discussion with either of them. This definitely wasn't my best gameplay, but I mostly blame that on the fact that I had internet/computer issues twice during the game and I kept falling behind. Major congrats to the survivors. Great game by all of you. I really thought Spartan was possibly Mafia while I was in the game, but once I was killed and got to look at it, he really did seem like Town. Also, this was pretty much the only time I knew for a fact that Jono was Town. I thought it was pretty insane how much others believed he was Mafia. Feels good to be a part of another Town win, but I take absolutely no credit for it. Finally..... I was really glad to see Marnie get killed. Absolutely the most annoying True Blood character ever.

Honestly, I feel like a douche for going out the way I did I'll say this it really shook up the game during Day 1 caught everybody off guard and it eventually lead Mr. B to being a mafia member.

Hey guys! I'm only here briefly due to other priorities in RL and I will post MORE stuff tonight/ongoing, but while I'm here I might as well post something: Thanks B Natural. Also, Queen Mab, when you get a chance, can you post everyone's roles and a link to the mafia night phase page. I love reading what their intended strategy was heading into each day phase and seeing whether it worked or blew up in their face. Quicktopic Time! Great game, I was really surprised to get Town Cop again. (Batman game I was cop too, keeping track in my own PM box was a bit of a trick in itself ) Glad town won, but with so many people it was hard to keep track.

Really interesting reads.
The one thing I mainly want to touch on, was B Natural's idea/strategy when it was him and Morris, to try to turn the town against Gus.
While in theory, this was a good idea, it probably would've been much more effective against someone not confirmed as cult, like Magiconz. Especially after not using his role on Night Phase 8.
While Gus couldn't be completely trusted (I genuinely believed to the end that he wouldn't win unless he/cult controlled 50% of the lynch), this late in the game, when we had someone pretty much confirmed as not orange mafia, there was no way I was going to support lynching him.
Speaking of... the only reason I referred to and pushed the phrase Purple Mafia instead of Cult, is because I didn't want to be lynched after throwing myself on the line against MasonK565. By using Purple Mafia... I sounded like I actually came through on my prediction/promise.
I think that was to town's benefit too, as we couldn't afford another loss, but in the end it was probably a bit more of selfishness and trying to survive. ;D

Good game to all. It may have gotten heated at certain points but I still had fun.
Kinda surprised to find out that I came dangerously close to getting taken out on the last night phase.
EDIT: Actually, the last TWO night phases!

*I hope the game theme helped interest people in the source materials. I tried my best to camp up some characters. Was it good? Check the show out if you guys are interested. ----------------------------- TOWNIESRole # 1 - Judge B Natural You are... {Spoiler} Timbo!"Guess that just leaves us on the short end of the stick don't it?" References: trueblood.wikia.com/wiki/Timbowww.youtube.com/watch?v=-Dj1XhFmzckTimbo, you're a very young, somewhat slow-minded, but very kind-hearted Werepanther, living in a small neighborhood known as "Hot Shot". You love to help people, like Mr. Jason and 'dem peoples over in that town, down yonder, 'specially cause they got some problems, or so you heard. You're the town's Innocent Child. Whenever you wish, in the game, you can PM me during any day phases, for me to confirm in thread to everyone playing that you are 100% town and innocent. You're just a simple-minded kid, after all, of course they'll believe you. *Be warned: Use this ability wisely and strategically, as when you reveal yourself as town, you may become a prime target for a non-town night kill during the next night phase. So be careful and use the ability wisely! You win the game when all threats to the town are eliminated. Role #2 - Knailsic You are... {Spoiler} Eric Northman"I enjoy a good head-ripping as much as any vampire, but in this case it might be wise to consider the value of the heads in question." References: www.youtube.com/watch?v=N1DoxPeDxlswww.youtube.com/watch?v=n41ze_SUHxIwww.youtube.com/watch?v=w9sP10zyzustrueblood.wikia.com/wiki/Eric_NorthmanYou Eric, are the Vampire Sheriff of Area 5, although you don't follow rules that well. Something is going on in your district, effecting vampires, humans and other supernaturals alike. Sam Merlotte offered an invitation to help discuss and investigate this problem together at his bar, but you would prefer to take matters into your own hands. As the Town Vigilante, you can target to kill one player each night phase. You do this by PM-ing me the action --- Vigilante Kill: (Player's Name). Remember, it is NOT required for you to Night Kill anyone every night phase. If you think you're not going to hit scum, then you can opt not to send me an action by PM-ing me --- No Action, if you're afraid you'll hit town, as it is likely that you would hit a town member, if you're not too sure, so be careful! Post Restriction: You are usually quite a happy and smug vampire. In each post you must use the emoticon: : D Once per post. You win the game when all threats to the town are eliminated. Role #3 - Street Spartan V1 You are... {Spoiler} Sam Merlotte"Most of my customers *are* stupid people. " References: www.youtube.com/watch?v=qFrabxGEcuYtrueblood.wikia.com/wiki/Sam_MerlotteSam Merlotte, you are the owner of "Merlotte's Bar and Grill." You are also a shapeshifter. Your heart is there to protect the good people of the town you call a home, Bon Temps, Louisiana. Lately things have gone wrong in this town, with dead bodies turning up everywhere. You have arranged for a meeting at your bar "Merlotte's" to figure out who is responsible for this mess and string them up for lynching. As the town's leader, your a very perceptive man, who also uses your animal like senses which you've developed from shape-shifting into them, to smell and pick up the scent of scum. As such, you are the Town Sensor. You can do this a total of THREE (3) times, ONCE per night phase, to use your ability to sense scum the total # of scum voting on a single bandwagon of votes. To use this ability, during the night-phase you can PM me ---- Sniff out: (You Bandwagon vote choice from the previous day). Remember, this ability is limited, so use it wisely! It can prove very helpful in the long run. You win the game when all threats to the town are eliminated. Role #4 - Vadertime You are.... {Spoiler} Dr. Ludwig!"I can make you look pretty again, or at least what you looked like before, whatever you called that." References: trueblood.wikia.com/wiki/Dr._Ludwigwww.youtube.com/watch?v=2Y5TRcnmrTYYou are a dwarf Town Doctor with a no-nonsense attitude and have a specialty of healing even the most bizarre problems. Every night phase you get to PM me the name of one player at night to protect them from being killed with Heal: (Player's Name). Your healing is so effective that it can even cure poison. Whoever you target will be healed of any poisoning they may have from the past two nights and will also be protected from death. Be careful, you might also protect scum without knowing it. You win the game when all threats to the town are eliminated. Role #5 - Latino Meat You are... {Spoiler} Detective Andy Bellefleur"What ya doin' in there.... PIIIIIIG!" References: trueblood.wikia.com/wiki/Andy_Bellefleurwww.youtube.com/watch?v=9Vx-DpDc-QwDetective Andy, you're a drunk, gruff, drug addicted, but deep down nice guy. You often accuse the wrong people and get things completely wrong, but you're still a good Bon Temps, Town Cop!There's been some crimes happening in your town and you're on the case, investigating it. Once per night phase you may investigate one person, by PMing me the action ---- Investigate: (Player Name). You will either get a Innocent or Guilty read from them as a result, and a no result, if some other power-role has blocked you from doing so. Post Restriction: You have the tendency to blurt out the word "pig" and thus should include it somehow, into at least one of your posts per each day phase. You win the game when all threats to the town are eliminated. *Note - Wasn't told that he was really an "Insane Cop" Thus would get results opposite from what he normally would have.

My first role was insane cop and i did investigate Gus. I hot back a scum reading. I did initially think i was an insane cop, sinve my character description actually called me a drunk cop... But i was too excited to play to even act.
That's why i rode Gus so hard.
Second role, I just really wanted to get rid of Magiconz, because he waso . good. And then he ended up bring why we didn't win the last two night phases.
Although SNS bring poisoned really stopped our momentum.

MORE TOWNIESRole #6 - Pegasuswarrior You are... {Spoiler} Nan Flanagan"I have been alive for 816 years. I refuse to be retired like a fat first wife!" Your mission is to put on an unwaveringly friendly and politically correct face for the public persona, to get humans to trust vampires as part of a push for mainstreaming. Despite this, you are actually a very cold hearted bitch. Still, it is your job to keep any of these Public Relationship (PR) messes from happening. Lo-and-behold those f***ing idiot vampires and their fairy girlfriend are involved in yet another mess in Bon Temps, Louisiana. You decide to take it into your hands once again, to help figure out who is responsible for all this mayhem in the interest of public relations, as a temporary member of their Town. However you don't have time to just stick around in this little backwoods of a town. You're a very busy and important woman who needs to leave and do stuff and as such, you are the Commuter. What this means is that, every other night (not two days in a row) you will leave the state to do other things and as such are completely immune from ALL Night actions including: NK's, investigations and even role-blocks, among other things on the nights you decide to use your ability. Again, you can use this ability as much as you want, as long as it is not in consecutive night phases. You do this by PMing me your action --- Commute: Night #?You win the game when all threats to the town are eliminated. Role #7 - Big Bad Brad You are... {Spoiler} Lafayette Reynolds!"I wanted to meet the sick f*** who ordered the veggie burger.....with bacon." References: www.youtube.com/watch?v=890ULiSXZSYtrueblood.wikia.com/wiki/Lafayette_ReynoldsYou're a flamboyant and homosexual man, with sass and pizzazz. As a short order cook working at Merlotte's Bar and Grill, you've had a pretty swell life. Then, bitches started turning up dead all over the place again. The town of Bon Temps, Louisiana had enough of it, including yourself and together you've all gathered at the bar to find out and lynch those dirty MuthaF****** responsible. Unfortunately, despite being a medium you don't have any abilities, to help you here, cause that freaky ghost sh** scares the bejesus outta you. With that, you're a Vanilla Townie. Who'll use your vote, your very, very strong voice and personality to root them bitches out. Post Restriction/Flavor: You're very flamboyant, sassy and full of pizzazz. Each of your posts should cycle different colors, alternating after every post. The colors you use are up to you, just make sure they're readable! (Optional: Lafayette, you swear alot and love to say the word bitch, so you can fit a swear in whenever you want, just make sure you censor it was an asterisk *.) Role #8 - Ritt You are... {Spoiler} Claudine Crane"I am your Faerie Godmother." References: trueblood.wikia.com/wiki/Claudine_Cranewww.youtube.com/watch?v=reD-zpAhgLQClaudine, you are the protector and Faerie Godmother, of Sookie Stackhouse (The Joker). Something is going on in Sookie's hometown, and it is up to you to keep an eye on her and help keep her safe. Hiding your identity, you are helping the town lynch those responsible for the recent chaos in Bon Temps, with your voice and your vote. Being a Faerie Godmother, Sookie Stackhouse, cannot be night killed as long as you live. However, you cannot reveal yourself, in terms of your power-role AND/OR Sookie's identity in ANY way, or else this benefit is loss for good, due to the presence of other super-naturals, especially vampires, who love your faerie blood. You win the game when all threats to the town are eliminated. *My own role variation of Seraph Knight. Role #9 - Notorious You are... {Spoiler} Pamela Swynford De Beaufort"Blah, blah... vampire emergency. Blah." References: trueblood.wikia.com/wiki/Pam_Swynford_De_Beaufortwww.youtube.com/watch?v=z517jpEHs1sOh? This Sookie nonsense, again? Something's going on in that little hick town of Bon Temps, and apparently you're supposed to help. Well, you suppose you'll show some team spirit for that precious faerie vagina of hers, but you'll be doing the most minimum as possible, as a Vanilla Townie, as this is really your problem. Using, you voice and your vote, you'll try to lynch somebody... hey maybe this could be fun after all. Post Restriction: All your texts in your post should be in the color PINK. (Optional: You can also inject some of your sarcasm, snark, dry humor and one liners whenever you can, to capture that essence of Pam's personality.) You win the game when all threats to the town are eliminated. Role #10 - Bergman You are... {Spoiler} Jason Stackhouse!"Sometimes the right thing to do is the wrong thing. I know I did the right thing." References: trueblood.wikia.com/wiki/Jason_Stackhousewww.youtube.com/watch?v=wpy7cbLlo6MJason Stackhouse, you're a little slow, but your handsome good looks makes up for it. You have gotten yourself a reputation for your sexual encounters around town. Well, lately things ain't been right in Bon Temps, people are all getting killed and stuff. That ain't right! Everyone in town gathered together in Merlotte's bar and grill to talk things out and find out who are responsible. As a renowned, local playboy, you work as a Friendly Neighbor, you get to visit another player each night phase, by PM-ing me your choice of player that you want me to send this default message to: "Jason Stackhouse (Bergman) has visited you tonight. He just wanted to confirm with you that he's 100% townie and innocent." You make your choice by PM-ing me --- Visit: (Player's Name) during the night phase. You can do this a total of 4x this game, once per night phase. Be careful though, Jason's a bit dim and might visit the wrong people. So choose wisely who you want to use your ability on. Cause even if they are mafia, they will still receive the message and might try to kill you as a result. Post Restriction: Use the word "ain't" in every post you make. Role #11 - Jonathan Michaels You are... {Spoiler} Ginger!"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" References: trueblood.wikia.com/wiki/Gingerwww.youtube.com/watch?v=PIIUVVhV1zQGinger, you're a loyal worker of the vampire bar "Fangtasia," whose vampire bosses are allies of the people from Bon Temps Louisiana. Things are getting screw up in that town as more people are turning up dead. You're a Vanilla Townie, who uses your voice and your vote to find out whose responsible for this mess, and bring them in for a lynch. Post Restriction: Ginger has tendency to scream very loudly and yell. As a result, you must either post at least one sentence in every post in CAPS, OR add at least 3 !!! exclamation marks together at the end of a sentence. You win when all threats to the town of Bon Temps, Louisiana are eliminated. Role #12 - LodiRulz You are... {Spoiler} Claude Crane"Relax, we do not believe in the harvest of humans. This means, that should any other town power-role get eliminated from the game, you Claude, will take it's place with that same power-role. In effect, you can become very valuable for the town of Bon Temps, Louisiana. You win the game when all threats to the town are eliminated. * Selects a power-role from the first set of townies that died at the end of the phase if there are any. Role #13 - Evil Fluffy Bunny M You are: {Spoiler} Tara Thornton!"It's been a while since I been attacked by a vampire and guess what? It still sucks!!" Dead bodies are piling up, someone is killing people in the town and you've joined with the rest of them as a Vanilla Townie using your voice and your vote to discuss and root out the scum responsible. However as a unlucky side, you're also a Lover, forced to be one by the obsessiveness and crazy vampire, Franklin Mott (SNS). He believes that you two are in love and you're only pretending to love him so he doesn't kill you for not loving him back. You can talk to him here, during the day AND night phases: www.quicktopic.com/48/H/8s9dHsfcTnzcBe careful, if Franklin Mott dies --- He takes you WITH him to the grave and you die as well. You can win the game either with the town victory by getting rid of all scum, or together with your "lover" Franklin. This happens if it ends with you both being alive together at the end and outnumbering the rest of the players. Or if the game ends and you are both still standing, whether a town win or a scum win. It is up to you which path you wanna take to win! Post Restriction: Tara is constantly angry. As a result you must use the smiley in every post. Role #14 - The Joker You are... {Spoiler} Sookie Stackhouse!"I'm a waitress..." References: www.youtube.com/watch?v=msk9VYDLcLItrueblood.wikia.com/wiki/Sookie_StackhouseSookie, you are the main heroine of our story. Ever since the vampire, Bill Compton came into your life, it seemed like life could never be any normal. Things just keep going crazy no matter what you do and lately, things have been going screwy in your town of Bon Temps, Louisiana and again you put it up to yourself to stop this madness, before it goes to far. You are a waitress at Merlotte's bar and grill, with a special knack for reading minds. As such, you work as the Town Investigator (cop). By reading their minds, you can find out if they are innocent or guilty, unless they are really good liars at hiding their true intentions. Either that, or you look at them to see the obvious evil, cause you're pretty good at it. You do this by sending me a PM once per night phase that says... Read Mind: (Player's Name)You win the game when all threats to the town are eliminated. *Can "Cure" a Frenzy if Investigating a Townie on the same Night Maryann tries to Frenzy said townie. (To avoid confusion on a result). *Cannot be night-killed if Faerie Godmother Claudine Crane (Ritt) is still alive. Surviving Townies/Former TowniesRole #15 - Gus Richlen You are... {Spoiler} Sheriff Bud Dearborne"I’ve had it with this s***. Every time we clear one murder, two more spring up. It’s like crab grass." References: trueblood.wikia.com/wiki/Bud_Dearbornewww.youtube.com/watch?v=_Jap2gku3JUSheriff Bud Dearborne, the town on Bon Temps needs you once more. Dead bodies are popping up all over the place. You hate it, but you believe in protecting people and keeping people jailed, no matter what the cost, as long as the people of Bon Temps are safe. Using your experience as a Sheriff, you work as the Town Jailkeeper. What this means is once per night you can choose to put somebody in jail. In effect, you will both roleblock and protect the person at the same time. It's up to you how you wish to use this power, whether it is for protecting someone from dying, or by roleblocking someone's actions. This is a double edged sword, but an ability that can be extremely useful, if use right. So use it wisely! You can use this ability once every night phase by PM-ing me your action ==> Jail: (Player's Name). You win the game when all threats to the town are eliminated. Role #16 - Street Spartan V2 You are... {Spoiler} Maxine Fortenberry"What would it do you to keep your own mother locked up in her own house. Norman Bates!" References: trueblood.wikia.com/wiki/Maxine_Fortenberrywww.youtube.com/watch?v=iWdyupJNBPwMaxine, you are a very hateful and prejudiced old woman, who can be quite sweet to people you like and bitter to people you hate. You also love baking PIE! Recently some no good crimes and killings in your peaceful town of Bon Temps, has gotten you extremely paranoid of everyone around you. As a Vanilla Townie, you use your voice and your vote in attempted to root out and lynch scum. Post Restriction: You have the tendency to offer baking pies for people you like. Thus you should include the word "pie" somehow, into at least half of your posts per each day phase. You win the game when all threats to the town are eliminated. Role #17 - Jazzman You are... {Spoiler} Arlene Fowler"Someday, if I ever find another man, I want you to look inside his head and tell me everything that's in there." You are, however just a Vanilla Townie, who'll use your voice and your vote to find scum responsible for the deaths happening around your town. Post Restriction: Just like your Bright Red hair, you will type each of your posts in RED text. You win the game when all threats to the town are eliminated. Role #18 - Super Magiconz You are... {Spoiler} Bill Compton"Leave, before I throw you out, through a window, that is closed!" References: www.youtube.com/watch?v=fIxEuus0bJEtrueblood.wikia.com/wiki/Bill_ComptonBill Compton, you are a quite noble, mainstreamer, vampire, with a heart and love for humanity. Things in Bon Temps have been going crazy lately, which in turn affects your loved one, Sookie Stackhouse and her friends. You wish to keep Sookie and by association, her friends in the town safe from this unknown threat. Using your skills at the art of "Glamour," your cunning, and your might as the Vampire King of Louisiana to hold people captive, you Bill Compton work as the Town Roleblocker. The roleblocker can block an action from being performed by anyone during the nightphase, unless they have a special ability protecting them from being roleblocked. You win the game when all threats to the town are eliminated. (Scum Roles along with ALL Night Actions & My Running Commentary to Come in a Future Post. First off, surprise I had a post restriction. Bet none of you caught on to that. ;D Secondly: In reality, I did never catch on to Bergman's post restriction. Thirdly: There were several huge plays that could've changed this outcome. 1) If Lodi doesn't kill Producerman, town could've very easily been swept. 2) If Gus doesn't reveal he is the only cult left, I think the rope would've been around his neck the next phase, causing town to lose. 3) If B Natural waits to lay down the hammer on Sharpshooter and Gus doesn't get on in time, perhaps the phase ends in a no-lynch, and mafia would win with a night kill. 4) Jazzman catching on to B Natural stalling the lynch. But in my eyes: Although SNS bring poisoned really stopped our momentum. SNS's death is the reason town won this game. While I'd say the Day 7 lynch of Mason is what got town back on the right track (due to Joker leading us down the right path), its impossible to overstate how important SNS death was to this town victory. Seriously, he said it himself, but if he lasted one more day, without a doubt in my mind, the game would've ended in practically a sweep. I, and I know I'm not the only one, fell for his act hook, line, and sinker. Him going was a major blow to the mafia for a lot of reasons. 1) You lose a keen mind in planning/tactics. 2) You lose a guy practically guaranteed as town. 3) The picture became a lot more clear for town that things weren't as they seemed. 4) It was a huge morale boost. Honestly, we really screwed up the middle day phases and had practically nothing to work on late in the game when we could've used it. But deyeneewS's (SNS's username 'Sweeneyed' spelled backwards, the clue I gave in my "if I die" post) lucky death ended up not just being a huge area for town to research/examine... but a huge morale booster. I can't lie, you mafia did an amazing job breaking down my spirits into believing that town didn't have a shot at winning. After Day 5, I was pretty much ready to throw in the towel. SNS' death out of nowhere really rejuvenated my hopes. It really felt like town had been given a huge break, and we had one more chance not to screw it up, and I think others had the same thoughts/feelings. I'd say that momentum carried us to Sharpshooter's lynch and from there, the snowball effect continued and town started catching fire with the lynches. So in the end I'd say SNS poisoning was responsible for town winning this game. And that Day 7 phase helped a lot. With Cult taking away SNS for all the benefits I just talked about, and Joker's subtle reveal that killed the cult leader, there was suddenly a new opportunity for town to step in and win the game. And finally: I have Jazz, Magiconz, and even Gus to thank, as us four were able to come together (despite disagreements and distrust for each other) and successfully lynch mafia three days in a row. Magiconz- You were probably the most quiet of us four, but you let your vote speak for you and you made it count. There could have been several points where you didn't agree/believe (I couldn't tell) but you put trust in and were a vital part each day phase in actually getting the lynches done. All it took was one townie to screw us all over, but you were great with working with others to ensure that we actually got things done. Especially given you props for the quick switch vote to B Natural. ...sorry for keeping you as my go-to mafia member if Morris turned up town. ;D Jazzman- You were an amazing help and key mind. You did a great job inspecting everyone and drawing your own conclusions. There were times I didn't agree with you (B Natural during Day Phase 7), but it was quickly apparent to me that you were working with town's benefit in your mind. Having you as a lock for town made the whole process much easier, and having a go-to townie to talk to and discuss evidence and bounce ideas/theories off of was pivotal. Trusting me and going back to Sharpshooter meant a lot, and from that point, you pretty much earned my trust. LOTG (lynch of the game, don't know if it is a real thing) has to go to you catching on to B Natural stalling. If they had gotten through that day phase without die'ing, town would've been screwed. You rallied us against B Natural, and saved the game. Gus- You're already catching quite a bit of crap from people. (Some of it deserved ) But just like Magiconz and Jazz, you were pivotal to town winning this one. Not coming clean about being cult would've costed us the game. Beyond that, the same steadfast attitude that I disliked, kept its vote on both Sharpshooter and B Natural which were both the right call. And even after reviewing evidence, eventually I'd come back to your side with those votes. Don't know why you went for me again towards the end (I thought I was acting pretty town-like ;D) but I still liked the way you were using your mafia knowledge, even if I disagreed with the conclusions you were drawing from it. You can look through the posts and see all the wrong suspicions I had, or anyone had. We all make mistakes. Like I said, I was advocating that the entire town follow the lead of a mafia member. Being wrong isn't a big deal, because no one particular person's judgement is perfect. But when more eyes/minds can view and interpret the actions, there's a lot better chance for success. SNS worded it best, "Its GOOD that you were thinking like that(wish more would do this)... it was BAD that you set it in stone." A little more flexibility and trust would've went a long way. It's not like it wasn't there at all, but it wasn't there towards the end when we needed it again. Still, you did a good job.
