Serious question, because practically every single thread around the WWE board is nonstop bitching about the product. What happened to this place? Where's all the hilarious photoshop threads? This place used to be fun damnit!
Some of the posters around here need to just relax and enjoy the show as its presented on tv. Quit worrying about who's getting berried and who's spot is getting taken away. Just try to be a fan for a change and stop complaining when the show isn't booked to meet your extremely high standards.
There is nothing wrong with critically analyzing the show nor do I think all threads need to be positive, but jesus this place is a total buzzkill when damn near every thread is filled with people complaining.
The only people that need to be worried about the company's future and impeding doom (end sarcasm) are people who hold stock in WWE. Wrestling is so much more fun if you can just take off your smartshades and enjoy the ridiculousness that is the WWE and quit over analyzing every little aspect of the show.
And yes I know this thread is just adding more bitching to the board, but I think it's time we start embracing positivity! I feel like I'm Dr. f***ing Shelby right now.

Silly stuff aside, I do honestly like the product. For every nonsensical thing WWE does, there's about a lot of other things they get right.

Embracing positivity without realizing flaws is no better than perpetual bitching.
There is good and bad and there are ebbs and flows.

I like Sheamus. And there's been plenty of Sheamus over the last year.

I'm like that father who tries to keep his stupid son in line. The son is WWE.
I love my son very much, and want him to succeed. He's shown that he has potential, but he always seems to f*** up in the long run, so I beat him to a pulp with a stick.

I love WWE, I just hate the way it's being booked right now. I've been watching since I was 5 back in 1989, and it's been a part of my life as long as I can remember. I want so badly to enjoy it still, but they've made it very difficult for me.
A lot of it centers around two guys - John Cena and Big Show. If I never saw either of them on my TV again it would be too soon.

Yeah, I love it.
Khali would probably be my least favorite part of WWE, but I can even have fun watching him. Especially when his theme's playing.
I don't know, I guess getting into the business has lightened my perspective on things a bit.

Yes. Everybody here hates WWE. That's why we all post on this forum. It couldn't be that people have gripes about the company and decide to air them on this forum since this is a discussion board. ...Dude.

I take the bad with the good. I'm not someone who just loves everything, stupid comedy skits and all, but at the same time, I'm not like "OMG! CENA SUX!! THE WWE IS AWFUL! ATTITUDE 4EVER!" Those people just come across as hating on everything new because everyone else is doing it. I was one of those people before, and it hurts to see how dumb I was.

Just when I wanna quit...they do something SO right even if it's just a personal thing.
I was ready to stop. Haven't criticized the product this much since 2005 (when I actually stopped watching till 2008 for Flair's retirement angle...they got me back).
I was ready for another break...then they hired my friend. WWE has my loyalty until that man is released...which is hopefully never. OLE!
All I can say is...the DVR is a wonderful invention.

Is it a sponsored fan board? There's people here that have been watching since the beginning. If something isn't good, it isn't good.
Me, the toughest thing about the shows is the constant 4-5 minute commerical breaks.

I think we all want to enjoy WWE and are passionate about it. You just can't ignore when they do something bad, which just happens to be often lately.

At it's best, it's awesome.
At it's worst, it's terrible.
Sometimes it switches from one to the other within the space of one show.
I'd rather read people's honest, well written thoughts than a bunch of shiny happy people holding hands.

I like almost everything WWE does, hence the reason I watch so much. I only criticize them when I think things can be done better. And I try not to harp on the stuff I don't like and let it ruin a show for me.

I just wish they'd go back to 2 hour Raws. I love WWE and I enjoy posting in the Raw thread, but three hours every week is ponderous.

From late 1990 through about 1992, when I first started watching it as a kid, I loved it. I wasn't totally as passionate from 1993-1994, but I still regularly watched and asked for my family to buy the PPV's, even got to go to Wrestlemania X as a birthday present.
Stopped caring in late '94, watched it but was more into WCW during the Monday Night Wars, really can't stand it now (it's simply a product that's not aimed at me), but I enjoy keeping tabs on it and discussing various aspects of the wrestling industry, it's history, and the intricacies of booking.
So yeah, WWF was my first foray into wrestling fandom as a child, but outside of the Hulkamania era I'm really not a big fan of the company.
