Not really reading anything that isn't true.
Cesaro in his current incarnation is boring. You can point out guys like Orton and Triple H being boring to you but they're atleast over with a big chunk of audiences.
Reboot Cesaro and try again. Putting a hat on him isn't exactly exciting.

I think the whole issue came from Swagger getting the Swagger's America gimmick. In WWE logic, you can't have 2 guys with similar gimmicks so they had to put start rethinking for Cesaro (see him going from being decked out in American gear and them talking about what he likes/dislikes in America to them never mentioning it again)

That being said, maybe they could have united over how stupid del Rio's bucket is.

I never got Cesaro/Castagnoli's ROH gimmick either of being "Very European." Let's review his schtick, shall we: A Swiss dude with an Italian sounding name, whose idea of getting heel heat is that he can speak 5 different languages. I'm sorry but that gimmick doesn't exact make me want to rush out and buy a ticket to see the guy get what's coming to him. I always found Chris Hero the far more entertaining character in the Kings of Wrestling, since he at least had a fun white trash heel persona in the Edge vein.
Cesaro is a solid wrestler with a marginal gimmick. He needs to be repackaged.

Antonio Cesaro at the height of his push last year, was one of the most exciting things on wwe television simply from his no nonsense bad ass behavior and the wrestling.... Just the matches he had were fun to watch.
Honestly, this supposed news sounds like something that guy, Kevin Dunn(? I don't even know if he's still around, lol) would stupidly say.

"Hey, let's strip him of his gimmick, give it to the much less entertaining Jack Swagger, then depush him for being boring."
Sometimes, I question the mental stability of the higher ups of WWE.

How dare you list the King of Kings with that group of clods? HHH is the the Ass-Kicker!! He is more interesting than the guy from the Dos Equis commercials! How many times does he have to punk out Brock Lesnar before everyone realizes he is the greatest ever?

Other have basically said what I would say if true, WWE has no one to blame but themselves. They'd randomly give him something new to do, give him a month to get it over and then no matter if it was getting over or failing, they'd strip it and go to something else. WWE forgot what it is to have patience and let stuff grow.
With that said, I don't buy it. He's just hit the down part of the WWE Yo-Yo like every other guy in WWE to debut past 2004 has. They gave him the world and now are taking it away to see how he handles it.

but it's clear Vince and his men have the final say. And this is why Vince needs to step the f*** down... He's so far behind, it's pathetic.

Meltzer did also qualify that although Cesaro recently had a huge viewer-losing segment on RAW, one of Orton's recent segments lost as many viewers, so ergo Randy Orton is boring too, yet he's not losing his push, although it is a bit smaller than it once was.

It continues to surprise me just how vast of an improvement a different haircut and a bit of stubble made for Miz.

A Cesaro match with Zack Ryder actually gained viewers. He should be in Orton's spot!

Sorry but in all fairness, Cesaro at times to me is extremely boring. He can be great in the ring at times, but other times he bores me to sleep.
Not to mention the crowd seems to have never given the guy a reaction either so it's not like it's unfounded or anything.
