Mickie goes to shoot Velvet into the ropes, but Velvet reverses it. As Mickie bounces back, Velvet catches her with a back body drop! Mickie to her feet, Velvet with a dropkick! Cover!
1!
2!
Kickout!
Nearfall by Velvet on Mickie!
Velvet pulls Mickie up, but is distracted by Taryn Terrell and Taeler Hendrix walking down the ramp.
Wait, what are they doing out here?!
My guess is Taryn wants to scout both her opponent and her partner.
Taryn smiles and waves at Velvet.
And she couldn’t do that from the back?
Mickie uses the distraction to her advantage, stunning Velvet with a jawbreaker, then slamming her to the mat!
And Mickie takes control of this match!
Mickie pulls Velvet up and throws her into the corner. Kicks by Mickie to the ribs, then she leaps up, monkey flip! Cover!
1!
2!
Kickout!
Velvet just manages to kick out there!
Mickie pulls Velvet up, Velvet with a shot to the ribs! Mickie steps back, Velvet with another shot, forcing Mickie to let go. Velvet nails Mickie with a forearm to the jaw, then sends her into the ropes. As Mickie bounces back, Velvet clothesline’s her to the mat!
Velvet on a roll now!
Velvet pulls Mickie up and starts to hook her arms, but is distracted by Taryn and Angelina exchanging words, then slaps at ringside! Referee Brian Stiffler and Taeler try to separate the two, but while Stiffler is distracted, Madison slides in and cracks Velvet in the back of the head with the kendo stick!
Damn it, Madison interfering behind the ref’s back!
Mickie grabs Velvet, MickDT! Cover, as Taeler alerts the ref to turn around!
1!
2!
3!
“Here is your winner, Mickie James!”
Taryn and Taeler high five as they head up the ramp. Madison pulls Mickie out of the ring while Angelina enters and checks on Velvet.
Mickie James with a huge pinfall win tonight over one half of the tag Champs!
After a distraction AND outside interference.
Hey, Stiffler couldn’t keep his eyes on the action, not that I blame him with two pretty women getting it on at ringside, but don’t use that as an excuse for Velvet! She lost, plain and simple!
Well, Mickie picks up the win tonight, but will the story be the same come Sacrifice?

*Mr. Anderson is in Gorilla*
Well it seems my war with Aces and Eights has to be put on hold for now. I've been entered into the Strange Bedfellows Trios Tournament, and at stake for the winning team, shots at the World Championship, the X-Division Championship, and the Television Championship! I have been a World Champion, and I have been a Television Champion, all I need is one to complete the Hat Trick, but I'm not interested in a triumvirate of titles right now. Right now, I'm interested in my partners. The Samoan Submission Machine and The Greatest Man Who Ever Lived. Samoa Joe and Austin Aries. Without question they are two of the best and brightest TNA has to offer. After all, Samoa Joe took out a four-time, yes that's right, FOUR-TIME, World Champion in Magnus at Destination X. And Aries, well what is there to say about The Greatest Man Who Ever Lived? Strangely enough, A Double has never been a champion in TNA, and now he seems to have his sights set on one Jeff Hardy. Austin is in one of those moods that you get when nobody respects the work that you have done, and I can understand that. But, it looks like he's not letting that distract him from getting to the top either.
And now is the part where I talk the obligatory trash about my opponents. Christopher Daniels, the self-proclaimed "Bad Influence" of TNA. You talk a good game but after all the bluster you and your amigo Kazarian couldn't even get a V1 against Kurt and AJ at Lockdown. Now you are the former World Tag Team Champions of the World, and tonight your luck is going to get worse. Next, Christian York. Little man, big talent, big ego to match. I don't know much about York to be honest, but he isn't getting a win on arguably the most talented trio in this tournament. Last, and most certainly not least, Eric Young. Thanks in part to yours truly, The Revolution suffered two losses out of three matches in one week. The Revolution ain't gonna be televised for much longer after this EY, I promise you that. Now it's about high time for my partners and I to go forth and conquer for the first, and most definitely not the last time. It's time for a regularly scheduled Mic Check.
*Anderson grabs his microphone and leaves the frame* ---------------------------
Always move upward. That's what my father told me when I was a boy and now it's time to take that into practice. I've been put into the Strange Bedfellows Tournament of Trios and now must cooperate with Eric Young and Christopher Daniels. For how long? As long as it takes. The promise of championship opportunities for each member of the winning triumvirate certainly sweetens the deal for those involved however. Hell, this sounds like the start of an awful joke; a Bad Influence, a Greenhorn and a Revolutionary walk into a bar. The punchline of course is that they win the tournament and become World Champion, X-Division Champion and Television Champion.
What? Nobody's laughing? Too bad! The best jokes are based in reality, and the punchline shall become reality. Now who, exactly do our opponents tonight consist of? A has-been in Mr. Anderson, a never-was in Austin Aries, and a man who lives behind a facade in Samoa Joe. They will all be exposed for the old news that they are tonight.
I promise that.

We head backstage to Christy Hemme.
It is main event time! Another Tornado Trio Tournament Opening Round Match, as Samoa Joe, Mr. Anderson, and Austin Aries will face the trio of Christian York, Christopher Daniels, and Eric Young. Joining me is that final name, leader of the Revolution, Eric Young.
Eric Young walks into the shot.
Now Eric, there is quite a bit to discuss. I've talked with Sting, Morgan, and Devon as they've all prepared and fought their Trial By Fire matches. Now, lets hear what you thought.
Let's not.
Christy, you think I'm going to just spill my guts right now and talk about my stablemates behind their back? Not happening.
I'll do this right and I'll do it next week. Next week, we as a group will enter the ring. And they will receive their performance reviews face to face, and we'll see what happens and who may or may not stay then.
This show is not over, so lets stay focused on tonight. Tonight, while their matches have ended, I still have a big one for me. Just like Sting fought earlier in attempt to advance to the next round. Its for a shot at the X-Division, Television, or World Heavyweight Championship.
I'm a former X-Division Champion. When I was younger and more goofy, I was an X-Division star. I'm a two time champion that put on some of the greatest high flying matches in TNA history.
I'm a past Legends Champion. Back when the title was called that, I took it and gave it the prestigious value that it holds today. I'm the longest running Legends Champion ever and no one will ever be able to live up to that legacy. Since that title became the Television Championship, its gone to KCW who has done good work with it. But he hasn't taken on anyone elite. If I end up getting that shot, KCW will be in for his first real challenge.
And of course, I'm a former TNA World Champion. No one will forget that reign where I stuck it to Dixie Carter every single night and twice on Sunday. I worked hard to win that gold and I had one hell of a run with the top title. I want that title back. I want my title back.
I'm no stranger to any of those titles, and I'm not any stranger to pressure either. I've main evented a Bound For Glory and stole the show at another one. I've fought against the bests and I've beat them. I'm not afraid of Mr. Anderson, Samoa Joe, or Austin Aries. I've fought Joe before. I've fought Aries before. And I fought Anderson just last week and several times before, even beating him when he was TNA World Heavyweight Champion and I was TNA Legend's Champion. I've fought them before and I know their moves. I know their attitudes and fight styles. And I know how to defeat them. Tonight, I translate that into a victory.
My partners, Christopher Daniels and Christian York, are going to be a help tonight. While I don't know Christian York personally, I'm certain that he understands the importance of this match. He is young, but not stupid. But he can be our speed and a good compliment to us two TNA veterans.
Christopher Daniels *smirk* Now there is a guy who I have some past history with. Both of us have been here for years and our paths have crossed several times. I've been paying a bit of attention to Bad Influence, and I'll be honest. I like them. Ever since he and Kaz ditched AJ, they've been doing a lot better for themselves.
Daniels, York, and I are a combination TNA has never seen before and I assure you that we'll be a team that will not be forgotten anytime soon.
Eric Young exits the shot.

The following tag team contest is scheduled for one fall! It is an opening round in the TNA Tornado Trios Tournament and it is your maaaaaaaaaain event of the evening! Justice V2 (What You Know)Introducing first, from Memphis, Tennessee, Eric Young! Wings of a Fallen AngelFrom the City of Angels, Christopher Daniels! The CaveAnd from Fairfax, Virginia, Christian York! I have to say that this may be the team that works together the best during this tournament! There's no real conflicting interests between these three.Maybe not, but we still don't know whose getting what title shot. And jealousy could always rear its ugly head.Exactly. And jealousy is something that can hit anybody. And when it hits, forget about it.Nation of ViolenceTheir opponent, first, from the Isle of Samoa, Samoa Joe! FeedbackFrom Green Bay, Wisconsin, Mr. Anderson! The Greatest Man Who Ever LivedAnd from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Austin Aries! If the first team is the one that has the best chance of coexisting this one may be the opposite. Samoa Joe... speaks for himself, Austin Aries has never been shy about placating his ego, and Mr. Anderson, well the most level-headed isn't exactly lacking in confidence himself. But at the same time Joe has been unstoppable recently and Aries, while not on fire, has proven himself in the past. As for Anderson... well he beat Eric Young last week. That's a huge feather in his cap.No doubt EY will want revenge tonight. And if he has his way he might just get it.Eric Young, Christopher Daniels, and Christian York vs Samoa Joe, Mr. Anderson, and Austin Aries 10 Minutes

Hmmm, on the one hand I don't know if Spartan wants to have Young and Sting on opposite sides, but on the other only Anderson promoed for the other team.
I'll have to think about this one.

Tiebreaker: Mr Anderson with an Andersonizer. I don't think Spartan wants to pit Sting and Young against one another right now and Daniels hasn't promoed in awhile while Aries and Joe both have, at least. And Young won't look weak during the finish.
Samoa Joe starts off in the ring with Christopher Daniels, who looks less than enthused with this. He glances towards York then at Young as Joe cracks his knuckles. He charges in, unloading with forearms against Joe, backing him off against the ropes. He sends him off to the other side, lunging in a flying version but Joe simply slaps him aside. Daniels crashes to the mat, rising up and right into a stiff kick followed by another, Joe unloading on his opponent. He takes him down with a snapmare following up with a stiff kick to the back, Christopher writhing in pain on the mat.
He stumbles up only for Joe to grab hold, driving him down with a belly to belly suplex! Daniels gasps for air as Joe makes a cover.
1!
2!
Daniels kicks out.
Joe asserting himself early on. To think this is the same guy who barely tried months ago is nothing short of amazing.
Joe looks furious, dragging him up by the throat only for Aries to tag himself in from behind. Joe raises an eyebrow as Austin enters, unleashing a chopping fury against Daniels, lighting up his chest. He backs him off into the ropes and sends him to the other side, flinging him as he comes back with a Japanese Arm Drag! Daniels rises up, running right into a second one as well, Aries scooping him up as he rises and planting him with a Sidewalk Slam! He makes a cover of his own.
1!
2!
Daniels kicks out. Aries shakes his head, slapping Daniels across the face a few times before pulling him up only to get a forearm to the face, sending him stumbling back. Daniels rakes Aries across the eyes before scooping him and driving him down with a backbreaker, pushing him off to the mat. He makes his way over and tags out to York. York cuts Aries off with a running knee of his own, doubling him over. He whips him into his side of the ring, sending him crashing into the turnbuckle. York lunges in, nailing with him a stiff clothesline which seats him at the bottom of the turnbuckle. Then backing off, York charges full speed and does a cannonball into the corner, squashing Aries against it. He drags him away from the ropes, making the pin.
1!
2!
Aries kicks out. York sits him up and clinches on a sleeperhold, draining the air out of his opponent he lays on the mat. Aries struggles for a few moments, attempting to fight free. Eventually though he manages to reach back, flinging York off of him! York glares down at him and lunges in only for Aries to counter with a drop toe hold, sending him face first into the bottom buckle!
Nice counter by Aries! That could be just what they needed!
York grasps at his face as Aries crawls back towards his corner, lunging out and making the tag to Anderson! Young gets the tag on his side as he charges in, Anderson blocking a punch though and nailing him with a few of his own! He dazes Young and hefts him up, bringing him with a Side Slam Backbreaker! Young arches off the mat in pain, Anderson charging over and booting Daniels off the apron too for good measure! He then comes off the ropes and nails Young with a clothesline followed by another. Eric staggers back to his feet, Anderson pulling him right into a Snap DDT! Young bounces off the mat, Anderson making the pin.
1!
2!
Young kicks out. Anderson pulls him to his feet only to get a shoulder block to the stomach, Young scooping him up and bringing him down with a Pendulum Backbreaker! Anderson arches off the canvas, Young making his own cover.
1!
2!
Back and forth they go! Who will lose, nobody knows!
Anderson kicks out! Young slams the mat in frustration, delivering a back rake to the rising Anderson and doing more damage. He stumbles forward, Young nailing him between the eyes with a picture perfect dropkick! He covers again.
1!
2!
But Aries breaks it up! He then nails Young with a dropkick of his own, putting him on his back! He smirks and grabs the fallen Anderson, reeling him in for a Brainbuster. But Daniels cuts him off with a boot to the gut, planting him with a Double Underhook Slam!
Daniels rises only for Joe to grab him, hoisting him atop his shoulders and leveling him with a Musclebuster! He rises to his feet and glares at York, who wisely backs off. As he turns around though Young hits him with an Enziguri, taking him down to a knee! He then lunges back and levels him with a Superkick, sending him rolling to the outside for now.
Young then grabs Anderson and positions him for the Death Valley Driver.
He looks to drive him down, but Anderson slips down, grabbing him and going for the Mic Check. This time though Young scouts it, countering with a hip toss! He backs off ascending the top turnbuckle only for Daniels to tag in from behind! He shakes his head, motioning Young off as he climbs up instead. Daniels grins and leaps off with the Best Moonsault Ever... except in this case as Anderson rolls out of the way!
Daniels crashes to the mat, stumbling up to his feet where Anderson awaits, driving him down with The Mic Check! Daniels bounces off the canvas, flopping onto his back as Anderson hooks the leg!
1!
2!
Young tries to break it up, but Joe cuts him off with a massive shoulder block, taking him off his feet!
3!
Here are your winners, who advance to the final match, Samoa Joe, Austin Aries, and Mr. Anderson!
And Anderson wins again! He's definitely working his way back up here in TNA!
And we have our final six. Next week it'll be the team of James Storm, Sting, and Petey Williams challenging Samoa Joe, Mr. Anderson, and Austin Aries! The winners will get a big reward and move on to Sacrifice. Who will it be?!
We're out of time! For Simon Diamond and Rampage Jackson, I'm Mike Tenay! Thanks for tuning in and we'll see you here next week!
We fade out on the image of Joe, Anderson, and Aries standing in the middle of the ring, all making the belt motion around their waists as Young looks on in silent fury.

OK...
Brooke vs. Sara is moved to next week, if Natural's cool with that and I can figure out a damn finish.
I did NOT want Holly and Hannah to win tonight.
Taryn vs. Angelina next week, though that should've been obvious. Not booking any other Knockouts matches, since I have enough to focus on already with Raw and Catalyst.

Yeah, I figured as much. I didn't want them to win either, but I figure at least with a count out it's not quite the same as actually getting the pin. Again, that's my fault for not hinting enough as well as Hayden not promoing for the match.
And sure, I'm fine with that.
