I'm half convinced Ryback's career in the past 10 months is some post modern booking experiment to see how important they can keep a guy while still never having him win anything of importance.

But the unique thing with Ryback is that he's a hoss type and unlike say a Ziggler who's career has often been looking good but losing all the time, the former literally went from badass to choke artist like that; and as opposed a lot of other guys, didn't even get a world title reign out of it. Its just fascinating to me, its as if they only had so much good booking to go around that they used all on the Shield and had none for Ryback.

I believe that the Shield weren't meant to get as over as much as they did. Because the Shield got really hot with the fans, it forced WWE's hand and they made a few detours in their booking, unfortunately at Ryback's expense.

If this were 2009, he would totally be in Jerishow or Legacy's place in losing to the top faces and whoever the guest host is every week. But at least Legacy and Jerishow occasionally got PPV wins.

I think I need to stop putting my favorite wrestlers in my sig. Ryder, Morrison, Ryback, James Storm, etc. I pretty much curse them all.
Maybe I should use Bo Dallas.

When you've got ruthless internet fans having sympy for you, you KNOW you've been done wrong somewhere along the line.

It has to be sabotage. There's no other logical explanation.

Get a noticeable moveset. Get a chant over with a crowd. Get big reactions. Get support no matter how many failures occur.
Obviously, this person needs to lose everything that makes them popular.
This is totally that Fandangcrowd's fault for losing their minds at his attack on Cena.

I can buy losing these main event title matches.
But giving up and quitting from The Miz kicking your leg, when he's got a PPV match coming up, I'm assuming he's either gotten wellnessed or more likely pissed someone off.

Ryback tapping out to thigh kicks is still funny. He's done. I don't give a f*** what they do with him now. He's nothing.
