I think next year will be a bounceback season for CC. He's probably going to spend the entire offseason learning how to pitch without a high velocity fastball.

He's not nearly as fat. In his fat is where the power lies, brother!

The Red Sox offense has gone ice cold, scoring three runs in the last 35 innings. This is what I was afraid of, even as the Sox were in first place. They need to find Jobu and wake up the bats, because these are the games they cannot afford to start losing, against division rivals like Tampa Bay and Baltimore. Fortunately, there's a day next Wednesday in which teams can exchange commodities for proven players who can aid the Red Sox and hopefully cure their woes.

Congrats to all 35 Rays fans for your team's hot run.
That pathetic fanbase doesn't deserve the playoffs-

With the comeback win last night in San Francisco, the Cubs currently have a better record than the defending World Series Champions. Think about that...

Mets manager Terry Collins estimated Matt Harvey has about 10 starts left before the team shuts him down.

Albert Pujols (foot) will likely be placed on the 15-day disabled list on Sunday.
Chris Sale threw nine innings of one-run ball but the White Sox lost to the Royals on Saturday.

I have a feeling that Pujols will be the second highest paid golfer by the time he's 37.
