Why in the hell would they? Did he show anything special this offseason that suggests that he would work better than any of the other 20 QBs recently released could not do? Did not seem that way to me. Did he ever light up the Patriots that suggests that it is advisable to have him on the roster to prevent some other team to use him to exploit a Patriot weakness that he is suited for? Far from it. In fact, I would say that no other team has his number the way that the Patriots do, and considering the lousy performances he has put out there that is saying something. I don't know. Maybe he showed them that he is a lockerroom leader that they think they would need to be around if Brady gets hurt.

Well, considering he was one of the last ones cut, it wouldn't be that far of a stretch for the Pats to bring him back.

Rumors are going around that because Brady Quinn is getting a guaranteed deal the Mark Sanzhez injury is much worse than the Jets are letting on

Drafted my fantasy team yesterday. This isn't for an official game or anything, it's just between myself and some family.
QBs: Russell Wilson and Aaron Rodgers
RBs: Adrian Peterson and Marshawn Lynch
WRs: A.J. Green, Sidney Rice and Wes Welker
TEs: Tony Gonazales and Rob Gronkowski (Nobody wanted him on account of him being prone to injury, but I figured he's absolutely worth a shot)
Defenses: Broncos and 49ers
Kicker: Matt Prater
Not too shabby, eh? Like I said, it's not an official game and I'm sure I wouldn't have ended up with such a stacked roster if it was with a ton of people.

My masterpiece of a fantasy team QB Colin Kapernick WR Vincent Jackson WR Brandon Marshall RB AP RB LeSean McCoy WR/RB Steven Jackson bench: Anquan Boldin, Ryan Tannehill, Lance Moore, Heath Miller K Justin Tucker bench: David Akers D Patrick Willis D AJ Hawk D Cortland Finnegan D Larry Foote D Antrel Rolle DB LaRon Landry DB Bernard Pollard bench: Justin Durant In this league I'm thinking of picking up Isiah Pead and stashing him on my bench on the off chance he takes the starting job from Daryl Richardson which yahoo says he might when he's coming off suspension. However, I'm unsure of who/if I should cut.
