I'm kinda certain that, at some point, they just stopped using his first name and just called him "Lashley." I think his graphics may have only said Lashley, but they always referred to him as Bobby Lashley from what I remember.

Droz, Darren Drozdov, Puke, The Droz..
On a PPV, I think Break Down 1998, in his entrance the ring announcer called him 'Darren Drozdov', while the name graphic read 'The Droz'.

Billy Gunn at one point around 2002 was jut Mr Ass, because in the crap surrounding Columbine, the network (UPN?) decided that Gunn was too offensive for TV.
in the 2 weeks before he was Johnny Nitro, the man was known as Johnny Blaze and Johnny Spade.

Which confused me for some reason, since the new name shares a name with the movie ticket ordering site Fandango.com. One would think that the original spelling was WWE's way of getting around that issue. And funny enough this nugget from PWInsider just today: I hope someone can confirm this for me, but I'm 99% sure it was Fandango for the first vignette, then Fandangoo, then back to Fandango.
