........Um, I just realized we actually have 6 weeks worth of buildup to the Royal Rumble. Dang. There's always a long build to the Rumble, since they got rid of New Years Revolution.

I imagine that the Shield finally explodes for good during the Rumble match.

Punk is essentially unbeatable these days; it's very much becoming "LOL PunkWins!". I hate saying that because I love him so much but he rarely loses these days, hell, he just won a 3-on-1 match & most go crazy when Cena wins a handicap match - I know I did recently when he beat the Real Americans by himself. I could easily see Punk winning the rumble match as they treat him like one of their biggest stars - unlike Bryan - & it's another notch on Punks career before he retires in the next few years. Another match I could see happening is HHH vs. Orton for the Undisputed Title. They build up tension between the two but I don't expect it to go all the way until Wrestlemania, so this seems like a good place to have a match while Cena is in the rumble match this year. I wouldn't be surprise if HHH came out on top either, just so they can have HHH vs. Punk for the title headline Wrestlemania. If Triple H is holding the title come Wrestlemania, it only makes sense for Bryan to be challenging him. Not saying it wouldn't be Punk/HHH (at this point, it seems they're going in that direction), but it would make much more sense for Daniel to be in Punk's position.

WWE could easily do another 40-Man Royal Rumble if they wanted to. They could do it without bringing in surprise legends, but WITH surprise legends they definitely could have one.

I'm turning forty two days before the RR, and I would love to parlay most of that cache into going to my first PPV live. (King of the Ring doesn't count, I feel...) I'm sad that I can't do it because of my finances. maybe I'm biased, but I consider this one the second biggest one behind WM. I know it's really SummerSlam, but I have my reasons...
If Bryan doesn't win the RR, it will be more fodder for The Wyatt's to convert him.

Please... Not Cena again.
I don't even dislike the guy but I would be disappointed if they went with him winning back to back Rumbles
I'm hoping for Cena vs Orton just to keep both out of the rumble match (though over the years the loser of the title match seems to end up in the Rumble anyway)
Anyway looking at the current roster here's my predictions for whom shall be In it (I've been on abit of a wrestling hiatus lately so I bad if I mention somebody who is injured or out ATM etc)
01. CM Punk 02. Daniel Bryan 03. Sheamus (surprise return) 04. Big Show 05. Dolph Ziggler 06. Big E Langston 07. Ryback 08. Curtis Axel 09. Alberto Del Rio 11. Cody Rhodes 12. Damien Sandow 13. Rob Van Dam 14. Seth Rollins 15. Dean Ambrose 16. Roman Reigns 17. Bray Wyatt 18. Luke Harper 19. Erik Rowan 20. Kofi Kingston 21. The Miz 22. Goldust 23. Rey Mysterio 24. Antonio Cesaro 25. Jack Swagger 26. Bad News Barrett 27. Christian 28. Fandango 29 . NXT Superstar 30. Random Legend.
Probably missed out someone obvious but eh

It would, but they teased Punk/HHH more recently than Bryan/HHH. I think if they go anywhere with Bryan at Wrestlemania it's going to be either Shawn Michaels or the Undertaker.

I say keep it a 30 man, but no one does double duty. I'm not saying I want a 40-man, just saying they have enough people to do it. There are good reasons to keep it at 30. It's tradition. They can 'trim the fat' by condensing it down with the best on the roster plus a few surprises.

It has to be Bryan right? RIGHT? I don't think I've said this in about 10 years but I wish it was Triple H heading in as Champion, simply because it would mean so much more for Bryan to make him tap out than it will if he faces Orton. Admittedly, I am part of the problem as I'll be buying Mania 30 no matter what, there's no way I'm missing this one, but I'd prefer to be excited for it

Since he is my favorite, I want Punk to win the Rumble and go on to win the WWE Title in the WrestleMania Main Event.

so anyone think it will be anyone other than punk/bryan I'm trying to think of any other realistic options -Cody Rhodes might be an option if like HBK agrees to fight Bryan at mania and Punk/Trips happens.

My original prediction for Rumble winner this year is Daniel Bryan, but that's questionable right now. I'll need to see how the next few weeks play out. Cena and Punk are strong candidates to win too.

Just saw a local commercial for the Rumble!
When I walk into the Center on Sunday night, the first thing I'm gonna do is point at the WrestleMania sign.

I wouldn't be surprised if Cena wins again. Tying the record for Rumble wins is something he hasn't done, and I don't think WWE will rest until he reaches every single goddamn accolade there is.

I am trying to remain optimistic not Cena winning Rumble again, not with Bryan where he is right now just there ready to be made into the next guy as he has been for the whole of this year. If they want to do Cena vs Orton again then fine as it shouldn't go on last. Bryan, Punk, Reigns, Ambrose, Rollins, Bray final 6 is my current bet. Bryan eliminates Bray, Ambrose betrays Reigns and eliminates him, Ambrose eliminated by Punk. Ambrose and Reigns brawl on stage, Reigns spears Ambrose off it. Rollins uses his athleticism to stay in a couple of times, only for Bryan and Punk to double back body drop him over. Bryan eliminates Punk after another 15 min. Mania: Bryan vs Orton Championship, Cena vs Punk The Final Battle, Lesnar vsTaker Streak, NODQ Ambrose vs Rollins vs Reigns
