Why doesn't WB just adapt the first three episodes of Justice League? Or hell, re-release those three episodes as a mini-movie and put THAT in theatres? Because you know in this new movie we're going to have to sit through Wonder Woman's origin, and Cyborg's origin, and Lex Luthor's origin, and probably retell Batman's origin because there's a new actor playing the character, and so on.

And he was also in Smallville for a few seasons. Methinks Goyer may get canned after this movie. I wish but he somehow gained enough power in WB to be put in charge of their comic book film division. There are people above him, who while they may not can him, they can convince him to step down. With Marvel movies already mopping the floor with DC movies at the box office, the Warner brass can't be too happy with Goyer blasting fans and hurting their bottom line.

Despite Sony doing it with Spider-Man, I can't imagine they'll do Batman's origin yet again. It's been done on the big screen twice now, and touched upon in a third film. Also, consider that Affleck is playing an older Batman who has been around for a long time, it makes more sense to just have Batman doing his thing. Everybody knows Batman at this stage, so re-telling his origin is a waste of screen time.

Kevin Smith Says Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice Is The Beginning Of One Massive Justice League Story Spanning Five Or Six Movies -CBM Warner Bros/DC should just hire Kevin Smith to help write these movies. He has an obvious love for the characters and stories. Plus he's written plenty of movies and comic books. Maybe not put the whole project on him but a team of writers with him and some other people who give a shit could turn out some really great movies.

Better than what we got in Superman Returns. But ha ha, Superman has to fight some giant death machine, who would ever want to see that!

I'd pay to see a movie with the Justice League vs a giant killer spider.

I just want Kevin Smith to write a Superman movie so I can hear Lex calls Supes a "pajama clad bastard." Hand to god it's the only thing I remember from Smith's script 10+ years ago and remains one of my favorite insults of all time.

Well, while not a spider, there is a giant creature with multiple legs they COULD fight in a movie AND thusly homage the comics.

People liked Smith's Daredevil stuff? I read through that and thought it was terrible, made Matt look like an even bigger idiot than I already thought he was.

"Guardian Devil" is alright in places, it's better received when viewed as the catalyst to Bendis' run on the book...and it's worth it when DD discovers the whole stupid plot is an entirely stupid idea by Mysterio and he lets him know it by the end and drives him to suicide.
