Watching the second episode of SNME, after beating Volkoff and spitting on the Russian flag, I learned that Hulk Hogan is one of the biggest names in wrestling AND romance....?? Wrestling And Romance. That was a Japanese fed! WAR!

during the January 24, 1995 episode of ECW Hardcore TV at the 13:55 mark during the Benoit/Scorpio match you can clearly hear a young Luke Gallows in the crowd How do you know it's him? you have to be a fan of the Art of Wrestling to understand this joke

They used (what became?) Jake "The Snake" Roberts' music for a Hulk Hogan training montage on episode 37 under Saturday Night Main Event.

It should be noted that Hogan was obviously a fan of King Kong Bundy to let him get a countout victory over him on a Saturday Night's Main Event and then a rematch at the next SNME which was to be Bundy's last match with the company (he did a one-off MSG date in early 1988 because they asked him to fill-in)

When Bertha Faye debuted (the night after WrestleMania XI) to attack Alundra Blayze, she looked like her much better Rhonda Singh character. A few weeks later, when she has her first match on Raw, she's been retooled to look like the Bertha Faye we remember. I think the Bertha Faye comedy character was not the original intention. Also, I believe this was the first instance of someone debuting on the Raw after WrestleMania, with Mankind debuting the following year. That could be a trivia question I suppose. That would be quite interesting to look into, "night after Wrestlemania" debuts!

That Hogan v. Flair at Bash at the Beach '94, is comparable to the moon landing according to Michael Buffer.....

it could be argued that Andre The Giant's WWF World Championship reign actually lasted until his death because he technically surrendered the WWF Tag Team Championship and not the WWF World Championship

The Heavenly Bodies were in WCW?!? LANE, Pritchard AND Eaton with Corny?
I learned something. Really!
Also, by 1993, Missy has taken a turn for the skanky.

during the April 1988 episode of SNME they had to dub in the Million Dollar Man's theme (which he didn't even have at the time) during his entrance because Don Muraco's theme was STILL playing during DiBiase's entrance for some reason

wow, during Hogan/Bad News, Hogan doesn't do his classic no sell of his opponent's finisher. instead he ducks the Ghetto Blaster and Hulks Up.

"Simply Ravishing" might just have been the best WCW theme song, ever.
Just has so much energy and fits Rick Rude so much better than the stripper song he had in WWF.
Hell, Rude had Smooth Operator with a custom intro as a theme before he went to WWF and that was better too!
Watching the NWA/WCW library makes me realize how much Vince and Pat Patterson dropped the ball with Rick Rude, and you'd think they would have a ton for him to do. Why didn't this guy feud with Hogan? Savage? Steamboat? He feuded with Jake and then was fed to Warrior... and THAT's all they did with Rick Rude?!?
Unbelievable, criminal.
And then, of course, what could have been had he not died in 1999 at age 40, as he was training for a return to competition.
