Was a good match.
I'm one of the ones that have said Natalya is good but nothing spectacular. I stand behind that. She puts on good matches on occasion, that's inarguable, but she's still not 'great' by any stretch; at least not often enough does she perform at such a level to call consistently great.

It was well-done. Ric helped take the match to another level. I couldn't help but think of Reid as Flair was breaking down in tears after the match.

She does have her moments, but yeah when she knows she's gonna get some 3 minute match with Eva Maria, she half asses it and stop giving a shit while there's no tomorrow. Otherwise? She'll put on a pretty good match. Doesn't change the fact that the only personality we get to see is the unlikeable shrill and annoying personality from Total Divas, but the girl can wrestle when she wants to.

I have to think Ric Flair had a hand in producing that match. The psychology was fantastic, great story telling, little throwbacks to Flair and Hart, really great match. NXT is so far ahead of the main roster in women's wrestling. That match clearly was a draw and match of the night (which on that card is pretty amazing). WWE clearly has the talent (Paige, Charlotte, Nattie, Emma, Bailey, Alicia Fox, Tamina, etc.) to have a great women's division on Raw and Smackdown that can draw new viewers in like it did with TNA in the past. The whole show bodes well for the future given that hopefully one day HHH brings this booking philosophy to the main roster. Replace Tamina with Sasha & add Naomi & you nailed it.

Why can't Nattie be like this more? Because her entire training has been for actual long-paced psychology-flowing matches. You'll notice a direct correlation with her having great matches with a larger allotted amount of time given to tell proper stories in. The same for several others often pegged as not that great, who then shine when given real-time. I think the issue is, it's truly impossible for anyone to have a good match in two minutes, with no false finishes, that goes home after the first high spot. That said, Charlotte is easily the fastest progressing female wrestler in WWE history. She was already an incredible natural athlete, but so long as Vince or Dunn don't get some hard on about something being wrong with her look, she should easily carry the division in the not so distant future.

Just in general, Nattie's matches on NXT are at another level from her matches on Raw and even PPVs. It really all comes down to time. She looks so much better in some of her NXT matches, like with Paige last year and with Emma and Sasha from earlier this year.
I can recall a lot of Nattie hate on the boards from the past several months, but I often try to counter it by bringing up her work on NXT as examples of her talent. Yes, she can be annoying on NXT. I take some of that as the character they want her to be in contrast with the more glamorous Divas.

Not for nothing, but Charlotte should keep her hair in a pony tail more often, she looked a lot better on the post show.

Love love loved this match. I wasn't expecting much considering Charlotte's always seemed to have all the potential in the world, but a need for some more seasoning. Well they threw her right in the fire tonight and she came out looking like a million bucks. Those two tore the house down and it makes me incredibly happy to see women's wrestling in the WWE getting some serious respect.
But that's where the good feelings end. It pains me to no end to see all these women improving leaps and bounds down in NXT putting on tremendous matches, only to get called up and become an afterthought. The main roster is supposed to be top level of women's wrestling, but you get handcuffed like a motherf***er once you make it there, and all that hard work amounts to 4 or 5 minute matches on Raw and occasionally a good amount of time on PPV. You get no build up, no promos, and no chance to shine.
That has to change. WWE has to see what these women can do and give them a chance to be something more than the "bathroom break" match. Give Paige/Alicia time this Sunday on Payback. Let them wrestle for Christsake. Charlotte and Natalya got an opportunity tonight and they made the most of it. There are a bunch of women on this roster, who when given the same chance, could have matches just as good.
It's almost criminal that I can't think of many WWE women's matches that I've even put near this one.
So in the end, kudos to Nattie and Charlotte for pulling off a hell of a match, and praise to whoever the producer was. All around great show highlighted by this tremendous match.

That was awesome. They can have a tremendous rivalry once Charlotte gets called up. Sadly they'd never get that much time on the main roster as they got tonight.

Crazy old manager dad Ric Flair is great. His daughter looks to be solid talent too. Could bea fruitful ppairing on the main roster.

Good match, great pace, fantastic atmosphere. I might just be imagining this due to the names involved, but it reminded me of an 80s NWA style match.

Nattie made Charlotte tonight. I think we'll be talking about this match for years to come. Truly an historic match.

Hunter's NXT and the way he structures and books the show and how he wants things to run vs Vince's yuck yuck shitty booking John Cena and his friends vareity hour and how it's scructured (the 3 minute Divas matches is the big one). This why I don't think we'll see "real" change to the way things are booked until Vince is forced to take the hands off the wheel and let Triple H book HIS show HIS way.

Charlotte tweeted "This one's for you Reid". Nice to see the family get a feel good moment after what they've been through.

a 17 minute Womens Match on WWE soil, pretty unheard of. They were given time and a story to tell and it was great. I was impressed by Charlotte, but Natalya is an awesome worker, the fact a recent thread on here recentky had her down as average and less boggles the mind. She proves otherwise when given time on NXT and she drops the drippy annoying character and gets serious. Had she been booked like Beth Phoenix had all those years, she would be taken alot more seriously.
Charlotte reminds me alot of Michelle McCool in look, I think she deffo has a good future. If your looking for Womens Wrestling in WWE, Id give up on the RAW/SDN shit and just have them do it in NXT. Poor Paige and Emma should have stayed there.

What a match. On par with Emma/Paige and they were two of the best womens matches ever in WWE. Natalya being a part of it doesn't surprise me as she's great, but Charlotte...a star is born. I've been impressed with her from the start but it's all come together so quickly for her. I do think major props have to go to SDR (I noticed the way Charlotte would get up from the mat is the same was SDR was teaching the Diva Search girls in the training videos) but wow. Hats off to both ladies.
I said during the last big NXT show but I'd rather they just have all the divas down there than on the main roster. They get proper characters, they get time for their matches, they get treated with respect by the commentators and they get promoted as a big deal. It's like night and day with the Main Roster.

One thing I really liked was that, on RAW, the biggest hype this arch got was the Ric and Bret were going to be at ringside
They made it about them, and the title. I cannot wait to rewatch this match.

Came into this match with very high expectations and holy crap I was actually satsified by it that alone says a lot about it. It maybe one of the greatest diva matches I've ever seen.

I didn't like it quite as much as many others seem to have done but it was a great match, I just had no idea what was going on in that figure-four spot which tainted things a little. Admittedly part of that is because I wasn't particularly emotionally invested in either of them like I was for Paige vs Emma.
However I will be more invested in future, Charlotte has won me over as she's damn impressive for somebody who hasn't been wrestling long, if she carries on improving at her current rate she could be something special. I'll be looking forward to Charlotte vs Sasha and/or Bayley being given the same amount of time on a future special.
Actually I'm really interested in the BFF fall-out, Charlotte still felt like the sidekick until last night which should create a dynamic I can recall seeing before.
