This was easily, IMO the match of the night on a very good NXT supercard, with great pace, psychology, and emotion.
Let its praises be sung!

Easily the best divas match in a long time, main roster included. I never really thought Charlotte was that good until tonight, was truly blown away by it. Most invested I've been in a divas match in a long time.

Absolutely match of the night. Not only that, but it was one of those star making matches where Charlotte is so huge now. This goes to show that women's matches can be so much more than they are on Raw and Smackdown. They don't have to be the death spot. They can have meaningful, big matches and what they're doing on NXT proves that.

Additionally, somehow the NXT Woman's Title now seems more prestigious than it did before it was vacated. As much as I hated the decision to strip Paige of the title and still think they should have had her drop the belt, I'm certainly not going to complain about the state of the Championship now.

I'm shocked, frankly; given Charlotte's inexperience I was expecting a complete mess. It was sloppy at times, and Charlotte's Sharpshooter was awful, but it was still a pretty damn good match all things considered. Kudos to both ladies.

One of the best women's matches I've ever seen; I actually enjoyed it more than the main event (only a little bit though).

Fully agree that it was match of the night.
It's awesome that I can say that without any qualifiers. It wasn't "great for a women's match". It was 2 talented athletes going out and having a long, physical, high drama bout that stood up to anything else on the card. I've always, always felt like great, serious-minded women's wrestling is an incredibly valuable asset for any wrestling promotion (see: TNA during the classic Gail Kim/Awesome Kong era), and it's depressing that WWE recognizes that on their developmental show but can't translate it to the main roster.

Freaking amazing stuff. I don't know about match of the night simply because the 3 main matches were all so amazing in different ways that it is honestly too hard for me to call one of them better than the other two. You know, I have not made it a secret that I find Nattie completely overrated and annoying she was on the whole night. From the set ups with Tyson to the match itself and the post show, just amazing stuff from her. Charlotte, from the first match of her's I saw she just had it, it wasn't always clicking but you could see that she was going to be something special and in the weeks leading up to this match everything started to fall into place with tonight being her breakout night. The reaction from Ric seeing her win and take this step, after everything with David, then Reid and his passing, the emotion from him in seeing Charlotte win was a touching sight as well.

I have to think Ric Flair had a hand in producing that match. The psychology was fantastic, great story telling, little throwbacks to Flair and Hart, really great match.
NXT is so far ahead of the main roster in women's wrestling. That match clearly was a draw and match of the night (which on that card is pretty amazing). WWE clearly has the talent (Paige, Charlotte, Nattie, Emma, Bailey, Alicia Fox, Tamina, etc.) to have a great women's division on Raw and Smackdown that can draw new viewers in like it did with TNA in the past. The whole show bodes well for the future given that hopefully one day HHH brings this booking philosophy to the main roster.

Pretty damn good. I had no expectations. Plus I love Charlotte's theme. Makes me wonder who all else can have a good match when there aren't really time constraints.

There are people on the boards who think Natalya's not very good. I know, I read them here, no lies from here. Unless I'm completely crazy.
It was a very good match. It's amazing though. In WWE, a woman's match is treated as a sideshow bathroom break with terrible performers, but in NXT, it's the semi-main event and match of the show. This show actually felt like it was built in an old school manner, with each match being very important, but building to a crescendo. It's kind of sad that you'll never see anything like that on Raw though.

Why can't Nattie be like this more? This match, the one she had with AJ, and hell, even the ones with Tamina, she was just much better than she usually is. I guess maybe it's an issue of motivation, which I can sympathize with.

Nattie is the best female wrestler in WWE. This match and her match against AJ on Main Event are the two best Diva matches of the year.

I absolutely loved that match kudos to both ladies.
2 things I got from it that make me feel good. One I thought Charlotte would be good eventually but I didn't think she'd be capable of that yet, and two, can we please stop calling Nattie overrated. The girl when she's given some time can go and she proved it tonight.
DB and Jericho talked about what it's like to work a short match...when that's all she's ever allowed to who could succeed. She did awesome tonight.

This match, no this entire show, should be how matches are produced on Raw and Smackdown. This is WWE's "C" show and it is so much better in-ring than the main programs. Forget it being a 'diva's match, this was one of the best matches I've seen in a while on WWE. I was glued the entire time. The real-life emotion after the match was over shows how much this meant to Charlotte and Natty as well as Flair and Hart. Very good. Can't say enough.

What irks me those is that I fear WWE will ruin this stuff once it gets to the main roster. What makes you think that?
