Feel free to disagree with me, but it feels like Bray and company are sliding down the ladder a bit. Last year they were feuding with The Shield, Daniel Bryan, and John Cena in the semi-main event, and now they are repeatedly failing to beat the Uso's for the tag belts and involved with a recently returned Jericho. Nothing really wrong with that, I suppose, but it still feels like there is more to be done with them in the upper-card. I suppose the big factor was the break up of the Shield, putting three new guys into the main event circle and kind of elbowing them out a bit. Still, I hope they can regain the momentum eventually.

Rowan and Harper have been stealing the show for a while so they seem to be a decent spot.

That Cena feud did a number on Bray. He has not felt the same since, it's very noticeable to me.

It's the issue with having an idea for a big program which was badly handled, you put someone with Cena and they inevitably come out looking a bit crap, and 90% of opponents after Cena are huge step downs. I don't think Bray vs Jericho is so bad albeit if we ignore the low quality match they had, and let's be honest, Bray's only had two/three good singles matches on the main shows, he was better in NXT ring wise.
The Wyatts are just there for now, if the Bray/Jericho feud ends up being deeply personal without feeling like the last few eye roll worthy Jericho personal feuds then it'll be fine.
For Harper & Rowan though? They're good, but in kayfabe they absolutely suck. They can't buy consistent wins.
I think the Wyatts have presence which is 70% of pro-wrestling, but with Bray being a comparitively poor-hand in matches, and with his feuds being Kane-like-trash at points (latter half of Cena feud was something else, Troma would have cringed at that material) it does feel like maybe it's too much too soon for him. With that being said, he's still got more personality & presence than most of the roster, but since he's sort of sucked in ring since coming out of NXT (great match against Bryan, and decent Cena match at 'Mania aside), whilst his tag team have done ALL the impressive spots for him and are sort of standing on their own legs now...
I'm probably looking too much into it, but Bray needs some more material in promo land, and he needs to improve in ring, and then they need to book his stuff much better.
Rowan & Harper should be the tag champs now, they should be the main roster Ascension. Two huge violent men who are hellbent on keeping the titles in order to have the power Bray once said lies with the titles.

I don't know, are they what's slipping? Or is it something else?

I don't know, are they what's slipping? Or is it something else? Wait, does their PSU not have enough power to keep a consistent stream for their videos via their graphics card, hence the DEP cuts happening a lot? Someone send them a computer specialist! Those poor Watts.

They're not exactly electrifying arenas.

Eh, I think the booking with them has taken their legs out from under them and they're going to have a hard time getting them back.
As far as Harper and Rowan - They should have won the titles by now if you're going to have them in the title hunt at all. If not, and you could write the characters to make them not caring about the titles make TOTAL sense, then they don't need to be involved in a constant feud with the tag champions.
Bray - should NOT have gotten involved in a feud with Cena if you weren't ready to let Cena lose. Cena could have lost that feud outright and come out stronger than before but they're so dead set on his Superman booking that they're willing to sacrifice up-and-comers. The sad thing is that the fact that the audience was so willing to embrace The Wyatt Family as a face group while in a program with Cena SHOULD be an indication to WWE that the audience is thirsty for some kind of change to status quo, whether that be a Cena heel turn, Cena getting a lighter schedule and featured less, or whatever...
So, in short - No, the Wyatts are not slipping. The WWE has slipped with The Wyatts.

Curse these fast fingers of mine and autocorrect!
Back to topic-I'm of the opinion that the position Bray, Rowan, and Harper are in right now isn't a bad one, but it definitely pales to where they were not long ago. I think that now honestly might be the time to consider a twist like adding a new member to the group-perhaps a woman?-as a way of injecting some freshness into the formula.

The gimmick just doesn't go anywhere.
Bray blahs and blahs, Rowan and Luke beat on somebody, a PPV match happens. Reset.
It never feel like they have an actual goal or that there's any sense of progression.
The Wyatts are like Pennywise in the It miniseries. Sure, it's scary, but they don't exactly.... do anything.

There's almost nowhere to go but down after facing The Shield, Daniel Bryan, and John Cena.
The only alternatives on that level are to win the title, feud with The Undertaker, Brock or The Rock or to fight The Authority and none of those seem likely in the near future.

Depending on how the next year or two goes, Bray's loss to Cena at Mania 30 (and the feud overall) may be looked at the same way that Del Rio's loss to Edge at Mania 27 is looked at: a supremely idiotic booking decision that completely derailed someone who was supposed to be a future star.

Might add I'm hoping we'll get some sort of throwback to the Wyatt Shield feud such as Bray vs Ambrose, and that the eventual Shield reunion (we all know it will happen one day) will involve a program with the Wyatts.

They're not exactly electrifying arenas. This is either a delightfully crap joke that I love or I'm reading too much into it.

If the "New Nation" sticks together and turn heel, I want to see the Wyatt's turn face and take them on. Or, if the NN stays face and Wyatt's stay heel, I'd like to see the NN battle the Wyatt's and say they're a stepping stone to get what they rightfully deserve.
Either way, NN-Wyatt's. Book it.

I blame WWE again. Their creative team and bookers are shit. I'm not saying Bray should have won the feud with Cena (although that would have been nice) but he should have looked on Cena's level during the feud.
