Ah, I just usually take "Welcome to the internet" to be a little bit of a digital slap on such a polite forum, especially when I've given logic to why I think certain matches weren't great etc.

People disagreeing with opinions is why message boards exist.

"Welcome to the internet" should be censored to this:
Anyway, the Wyatts have been losing a lot of steam. I'm glad that I'm not the only one who seems to notice that Bray just isn't that great in the ring. He never was. Ever since NXT, his matches were bland but his promos were great. I don't think he's progressed much as a wrestler and his ring style is just rather dull. All of his decent-to-good matches came with incredible workers like Bryan and Cena. When he didn't have someone who could carry him, we got the awful Kane match.
He's an average wrestler, not fully suited to being a main eventer. Not YET, anyway. That can change but he should work on his ring craft for a bit.

It is kind of like the theory I have with Mike Tyson. In the 80's he knocked out everyone and people were scared to death to face him. He had fights one before they even started. Once it was proven he could be beat, people weren't scared anymore, the dragon was slayed.
Same with Wyatt. He goes through all the theatrics, but they are a lot less scary and creepy when you have seen that once the match comes around he is a tomato can. He is the kind of character that needed.some big wins for his mystique to hold up and he hasn't gotten that. Him losing to Jericho was terrible booking.

I think the idea is not that Wyatt wins or loses, but the fact he just screws with your head.

I don't think it screws with anyone's head when you know that once the lights come back on you can just kick his ass.

They need more members. What kind of cult has only 3 people in it?

I still love them, but they've been completely ineffectual in every feud they've ever been in. Not one person or team they've battled has come out any worse for wear. Even the one guy they did beat (Bryan) just ended up becoming stronger than ever after he lost to Bray You can't spell Bryan without Bray. ...I have nothing to add to this thread.

the issue is that even with Wyatt screwing with people after he feuds with a person everyone just kinda forgets that they were fighting him. If he was making people his followers or making people feel worse off I think his gimmick would make a little more sense.

At no point was Jericho even scared of Wyatt. He told him the entire time he was gonna beat him, then went out and did it. How does Taker fare if Jake The Snake tells him he is going to beat him, then walks out, DDT's him, and pins him clean as a sheet?

I don't think it screws with anyone's head when you know that once the lights come back on you can just kick his ass. I think they showed it when cena wanted to use the chair and check. Like beating Bray is not winning. Bray Wins even when he loses, because your fans are now his fans. Your do going might make you feel good but he gets everything he wants, and he doesn't even have to win to get it.

Personally I listen to Bray when he speaks and I like him but I haven't given a f*** about anything he has done since the Bryan fued. Prior to that feud I didn't care for him either. I do care for Luke Harper and I feel he will be more successful.

They are slipping because they are ineffective. They feud with Kane, DB, and Cena. Nothing happens. Now they are after Jericho, and he wins.
They are also the most exclusive cult in the world. Three guys. Is that it? Where are the converts?

They really need a dimension other than 3-on-1 beatdowns and cryptic promos that lead nowhere. I mean, they're a creepy cult but that's the worst they can do?

I really don't care where they are on the ladder, as long as they are doing stuff. I was kinda bummed they put Bray into such a high profile feud so fast as I feel he could have a lot of fun in the midcard. There's a lot of material he could pull out of guys like Miz and Ziggler, a feud with Wade could have been really awesome, I'd love to see him tear down Adam Rose with Rowan and Harper just obliterating the Exotic Express as Rose is forced to watch. I'm hoping he get's another shot at Kane just with less WWE tampering, with Bray retiring Kane.

To further elaborate on what I think they should do, they should indeed have some sort of effect on people, whether that means a match or something else. Have them attack someone out of the blue, have them cost someone a title match for no real reason, have them influence the Authority....just ANYTHING. Having just a feud after an interaction that has no lasting effect on either the Wyatts or who they're feuding with. A last effect to me, is at least taking away something that the other party would want, hence interfere in a match or something.
