They don't know they are doing with AJ and Paige so they are running with the lesbian angle to fill a few minutes on RAW. I strongly believe more than ever that Divas should be exclusive to NXT. They'd be better booked there. I...actually wouldn't mind this. Give more time to the midcard, let the Divas show what they can do when given more time. I mean, the past few NXT special events have had some of the best Divas matches we've seen in years. Imagine if we got something like AJ, Charlotte, Paige, Sasha Banks, Bayley and Nattie in one match? Sure, it'd be a bit of a clusterf***, but it'd be a technically sound clusterf***! Oh, and the explicit language will be Cena saying "Crap" more often.

Because I always find the most awkward thing about women's wrestling to be when they run the ropes. Because women are shorter (generally), they aren't able to catch the ropes beneath their shoulders, and so have to slow down obviously to avoid the ropes catching them in the neck. It's something that always takes me out of the match, and I wonder if using lower ropes would automatically make matches flow better. So if the WWE launched a women only show, I'd be interested to see how lower ropes might improve things.

I wouldn't worry, 1. there seems nothing to suggest they'll go beyond what they've already done aside from speculation in the Observer and something somebody maybe pitched at a Creative meeting, plus nothing of that nature happened on this week's TV.
2. AJ will probably just decide the time has come to get the hell out of WWE if anything too sordid is proposed. She might even have a degree of creative control at this stage where she could block it too.
3. The idea that they'd go for more risque stuff to generate 'buzz' but don't want to do anything that would get any attention outside of the wrestling audience is completely nonsensical.
Still, I do wonder how the f*** we're ever gonna see decent women's wrestling in WWE while Total Divas is still a thing, a potentially progressive feud like Paige/AJ gets weighed down with this crap, and they seem to be back to their old tricks of going 100% down the model route with their female signings. Such a shame, things looked so promising early last year.

Why don't we give the Cena/Lesnar feud sexual tension and AJ/Paige can be about German Suplexes? It's a Switcheroo! Can we switch out Lesnar and let Cena have the gay feud with Ryder or Devitt?

I assume it's because they actually learn how to wrestle first before appearing in Shimmer, unlike the WWE, that they are just more adapted to it. Lacey said that one of the girls she was learning to wrestle with cried after hitting the ropes and gave up! Obviously some are better than others at it, but they don't seem as dependant on running the ropes in Shimmer as the WWE and seem to be.

Lol. I know a few lesbians. If they watched Raw they could tell you that's exactly how their first lesbian experience happened.

I kinda hate the lesbian teasing stuff. To me it's lazy writing, and makes me cringe. These women ought to be warriors, just let them want to kick each other's ass and be done with it.
