Vader. Just Vader. Here's this 440 lbs monster who can moonsualt off the top or 2nd ropes, looks like a killer and he never wins the belt?

Didn't Ultimo just want his Wrestlemania match ? Yeah, from what I remember the only things he really wanted to accomplish was to Wrestle at Madison Square Garden and have a match at Wrestlemania.

Teddy Long. After his first refereeing stint, he was sent home as they had nothing for him. Vince had no idea he was a manager who was a great talker.

DDP and Vader are pretty solid answers.

Part of the blame can be put on Shawn Michaels for Vader.

So much this. Big, beefy, clean cut, good looking white guy that could do cheesy comedy and has cred with "Teh IWC". That should've been Vince's wet dream right there.

Not a guy, but Kharma, even if she wasn't pregnant I could have seen her being misused, and they haven't even considered bringing her back when the diva division is at it's worst.
Basically any wrestler who's main gimmick was their technical skill, Storm, Malenko, Noble, Cesaro so far, Chris Hero, most of the cruiserweights, the only one they got right was Benoit, and the likes of Daniel Bryan, Eddie Guerrero and William Regal who were more known for their character.

Guys that were on teams such as Gymini, The Dicks, & The Heart Throbs obviously had no futures with WWE.

The only real answer is Colt Cabana.
With all the other big names mentioned (Raven, DDP, Vader etc.) at least WWE did SOMETHING with these guys. Cabana got next to nothing. Here is a guy who was a great wrestler, in decent shape, clean cut, and a shitload of character, and they used him as a jobber, then released him. I mean, he would never have been a main event guy or anything, but given the chance he would have been an amazing mid-card comedy guy, he would have been incredibly over with the audience. It baffles me why they didn't give him more of a chance.

I'll go a bit off-center and say Luke Gallows.
A big man with his personality? Easily could have gone further than he did.

Mike Awesome and Raven come to mind. I'd also add the nWo guys. Hogan of course had a huge run, but the nWo as a brand/group really didn't do anything. NWO went to crap pretty fast but I think there was a lot of bad luck in that. Nash injured himself in their first match, the audience wanted hulkamania back and by that point Hall just wasn't that big. He'd never held the world title and by the end of wcw it felt like he was just kind of there because he'd been there at the start. Later when they started adding members to make up for the loss of Hulk and Nash's injury yeah, they definitely lost the thread. Really though, their momentum was killed almost from the start.

John Morrison.
A guy that athletic, with that look, and was able to make his own web series, and they couldn't figure out a damn thing after ECW.

No, WWE had the right idea of what to do with a dude who showed up to his big opportunity in the worst shape of his career.
