Did they actually say an ECW guy would be there, or is it just speculation? If it's just speculation, I definitely am not looking forward to people bitching that no one showed up, even though WWE never said anyone would. That didn't stop anybody from losing their minds when Daniel Bryan didn't appear in the 2014 Royal Rumble match.

Yeah, but that's because it was absolutely insane not to have him in the match and showed how completely inept the company was being about how fans were responding to him. I doubt anybody's really going to get that worked up if they don't see Kid Kash.

I'm thinking that if we don't hear a major Team 3D announcement on Jan 4th we might just see a Dudley or two in the Rumble.

Oh believe me, I never said it wasn't illogical or stupid, it's just that Bryan was never advertised as being in the Rumble match. Of course he should have been in it and he should have won it, but at no point leading up to the Royal Rumble did Daniel Bryan say he was going to enter the Rumble match, and at no point did anyone in WWE say he was going to be, so I still don't understand why fans got so pissy that night and immediately after. It would be like telling your parents you want a Nintendo 64 for Christmas, but they never once shopped at an electronics store or wrapped a present big enough to be an N64, then being furious at them on Christmas morning because you didn't get one.

Not seeing someone from ECW the Royal Rumble would be EXACTLY like not getting an N64 in 2015!

If Roman Reigns really is/was slated to win the Rumble, WWE just f***ed him over so badly. It's going to be 2014 all over again out there.

I honestly kind of think the reason they're doing the Big Show feud the way they are is to have Reigns drop out of the Rumble so he can get his hands on him. That way they can protect Reigns from being tossed by somebody (and can line up something else big for him, like, I dunno, Rollins or Triple H or something. Lesnar if he loses the title) and Bryan can win the Rumble.

Of course, this means Ziggler has even less of a chance of winning

Yeah, Reigns has no chance of winning now.

Why is it Cena vs Lesnar III, did they forget about the Extreme Rules match?

I mean, with Daniel Bryan in the Royal Rumble, they seriously cannot be that stupid to not have him win a second time.
So, I look forward to seeing Roman Reigns win, Philly shitting on the Rumble again and Vince still not getting it.

Ziggler can EAD. Roman can EAD. Ambrose can EAD. Bray can EAD. Everybody can EAD.
It's DANIEL BRYAN. He needs to win.
As unfair as that is, that's how I feel.

Having Bryan in the Rumble seems like an apology for the f***up last year.

Then, we'll put him in, and Reigns can eliminate him! Then those people will realize that Roman Reigns is better than Daniel Bryan!" - Vince's thinking, probably.

Bryan is probably in the rumble to get a heel some major heat, like Rusev.

Cena loses to Lesnar, but comes out at #30 and wins the Rumble. This sets up Cena vs Lesnar Once in the Lifetime at Wrestlemania
